I called and ordered the 7 day free trial and on the fourth day was calling to cancel the product and they already took fifty dollars out of my bank account. I never received the bottle of pills and they never fefunded my money back to me. It has been three months and they are still giving me the run around.
When they took the fifty dollars out of my bank account I went into an overdraft. I had to come up with the fifty they took out and the thirty five dollars the bank charges. I'm on a fixed income and that was very hard for me.

Ordered trial on web it was supposed to cost a stamp as advertised on natl TV. It cost .97 . Drug was Alteril sleep aid. It did not work and notified Biotab by email not to send more or charge for it. They sent more and charged my Visa card. Notified Visa in writing not to accept any charges before drug shipped. Biotab did not provide return instructions as requested and delayed giving them to me until after the 45 day return period. Now they won't cancel charge. Appears to be a scam. Refused to pay Visa charge and they have started to charge interest even though I told them not to accept charge. Retuned drug in orig. unopened package for credit. No action by Biotab

This company claims to send out a 14 day trial period pills with satisfaction is guaranteed or you can call and cancel future shipments and have no further obligation or billing from this company. I am trying to cancel within my trial period, but the company is giving me a run around and I am afraid that they are going to bill me for merchandise I do not want. The product did not work.
