Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Ordered a 7 day trial of the product Extenze for .97 on Saturday, July 31, 2010 and was immediately billed for $50 the same evening, which I discovered Sunday on a routine check with Wells Fargo on the status of my account. It was then I discovered the debit from BioTab.

I only wanted to try the free seven-day supply of Extenze and now, I am receiving and being charged for a product I do not want. I have shipped back the full 30-day amount and spoke to a representative on 3/25 to ask for my refund. The representative said it would be taken care of. Now, I have been charged with the following amounts on my account. This is not acceptable and would like a full refund for the following amounts: 3/23 $49.41, 4/12 $43.95, 4/12 $19.95, 4/14 $6.95 and 4/14 $3.49. This is not acceptable to continue withdrawing money from my account when I have emailed, faxed and called to dispute and cancel this product. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Consumers Affairs, The California District Attorney and they will be contacting and filing a police report.

I ordered Ateril sleeping pills for an overseas trip. When I returned in October 2009, I had two more boxes of Ateril waiting for me. They did not work for me. Per their instructions, I returned the two boxes UPS with an invoice; I had to pay the $3.50. They gave me credit for just one box, because they had to "review" my request for credit of the second box.

After repeated calls of trying to get the additional credit of $26.90, they asked for a faxed copy of the UPS shipping document! (another $2) After more phone calls, they claimed they only received one box, even though they previously admitted getting both. Upon protesting, they hung up on me.

I tried the 7-day trial period of Extenze. They required a credit card to enroll you in a membership with the promise of a full refund and cancellation of membership upon return of the product. I tried the product, did not care for it, and canceled immediately. I was charged for both Men's and Women's Extenze immediately after signing up for the "membership".

I was sent two packages in the mail soon after the charges, and then after canceling the membership, received another box with an additional charge to my account. Upon receipt of the additional package, I returned all of them to Biotab (I opted for delivery confirmation from the post office and tracked the day they received the product). I asked for a full refund and kept getting the answer that the refunds were being processed and that I would not receive any more product.

About two weeks passed and I was charged again and received another box of the product. I returned this one again and asked for a refund for this one as well. I was told all refunds were being processed. Another couple of weeks passed and the company charged my account again, this time without sending me any product. I was told that I would receive a provisional credit upon return of the product. It did not happen. I contacted my bank and closed the card I had used.

They are going to help me with the unauthorized disputed charges. I also filed a complaint with the California District Attorney and the Better Business Bureau. I encourage anybody that is having the same issues with this company to close out the card you gave them to stop any further charges and to file complaints as well. The more complaints the authorities get, the more they will be interested in going after this company.

I called the above number in response to a t.v. add for alteril, a sleep aid. They sent me a sample and it was not effective. I called to cancel and they would not answer the phone. I sent the subsequent order back and have a certificate of mailing. They continue to send their product monthly;billing my card for $28.00 and I continue to send it back. They are a total fraud. What can I do next?

I called and ordered the seven-day free trial and on the fourth day, I was calling to cancel the product and they already took $50 out of my bank account. I never received the bottle of pills and they never refunded my money back to me. It has been three months and they are still giving me the runaround. When they took the $50 out of my bank account, I went into an overdraft. I had to come up with the $50 they took out and the $35 the bank charges. I'm on a fixed income and that was very hard for me.

Ordered trial on web it was supposed to cost a stamp as advertised on natl TV. It cost $.97 . Drug was Alteril sleep aid. It did not work and notified Biotab by email not to send more or charge for it. They sent more and charged my Visa card. Notified Visa in writing not to accept any charges before drug shipped. Biotab did not provide return instructions as requested and delayed giving them to me until after the 45 day return period. Now they won't cancel charge. Appears to be a scam. Refused to pay Visa charge and they have started to charge interest even though I told them not to accept charge. Retuned drug in orig. unopened package for credit. No action by Biotab

This Kind of business ofering in TV ads a product named Exten , and say that first time only the customer paid de stamp mail , of course they got the credit card number (in this case my credit card number) 5 days later they are charging on my credit card $53.04 and they are sent the product ExtenZe product for 30 days, so, 16 days later are sent another product and are charging again others 53.03 plus 21.00 for a ************ video two times a month! Please you can do something against those compabies that are offering fraudulents ads on TV?

I ordered a free trial of alteril [sleeping pill] for shipping charge of $.97 gave them an american express credit card and they charged me $36.90 extra for another 30 day supply which i vehimently said i did'nt want.

Got my AX bill, saw the charge, called them, got no resolution so told him i would take it up with american express. he hung up on me. I called AX and put in a claim. This company is a BIG SCAM. Thru away the pills, because they did'nt work and becasme worried about the content!

I ordered a product from this company on 12-16-08 it was the extenz one week free trial, I was obligated to pay $.97 for shipping but was told that if I paid $5.00 more the product will get to me sooner. As of this date 12-31-08 I have not received the sample and the money was taken from my account.

I was also told that I had a trial period from the time I received the product to cancel any future shipments, as I said I never recieved any samples.Instead these people went into my account and took out $50.90 more for a 30 day supply that I never authorized. I was told when I made a query that I had to send the shipment back to get credit. The package came today and when I called to ensure my credit I was told I will only receive credit for the 30 day supply and not for the $5.97 for the product I never received. I believe this is fraud.

They took money I could not afford right now and I think their action is fraudulent.

I watched a television add advertising Extenze. It said that if the purchaser of there product is in any way dissatisifyed to return the unused portion of their product for a full refund. There was no way I could use there product because after taking 4 tabs in 4 days I developed a severe migrane headache. I called to discontinue shipment of any more of this product. The next week I recieved another 30 day supply and noticed that they had charged my credit card another $49.41 I was very angry.

I called Biotab Nutriceuticals Inc again and spoke with someone in there office that told me to send the unused portion and the full box and I would get a refund to my credit card for both boxes. I waited about 6 weeks and called them again and was told that they were not going to refund for any open box. This is false advertising and I havent recieved a dime from these people.

It took me two weeks to get over the migrains this product caused me. It has cost me $98.82 and I expect a full refund from Biotab Nutriceuticals Inc.

This company claims to send out a 14 day trial period pills with satisfaction is guaranteed or you can call and cancel future shipments and have no further obligation or billing from this company. I am trying to cancel within my trial period, but the company is giving me a run around and I am afraid that they are going to bill me for merchandise I do not want. The product did not work.

Items shipped to me without my authorization. They claim I owe a balance of 19.95 for some porno DVDs. I would like this amount and any further transactions removed from my credit record and have a formal complaint written against the company. If any charges can be pressed against them I would like to pursue the matter. Their mailbox is full and the number is actually registered to an individual.

we ordered a male enhancing product and when we decided to canel the purchase the company convienently made themselves unavailable for the past two months by phone and by email. and in doing so have charged my bank account for funds that need to be returned.
