Better Living Alpine Air

I called to cancel my order right after placing it on 11/28/11, still no order or refund as of today. Dusty, the owner, replied with, "It shipped and don't ** at me about your order and I don't know where it is." How about that? Four attempts have been made for shipping or refund information, however, nothing. This is a scam!

I am taking back the complaint as the units were delivered about two weeks ago. It took over a month for me to receive them and that's why I thought it was a scam. They should at least inform customers that shipments come direct from China and not allow them to believe that they are national shipments.

I placed an order on 30 July 11 and have yet to receive the air purifiers. Devin (the CEO and President) emailed me after complaining that I would receive them in due time. I sincerely doubt it as any reputable company would send you a tracking number to let you know if the shipment was made. If reputable, I don't believe CEO and President of any company would personally respond to email inquiries. I guess I lost my $190.

I'm an older single employee who can't afford to throw my money away. Unfortunately, there are many scams out on the Internet and I fell for one of them. I suffer from severe allergies and thought that this would help me breathe while sleeping. It's a shame some people find ways to make easy money at the expense of others' illness.

I ordered 3 air puifier and paid $670 and the next day I called and cancelled the order . when I called and email and asked for my money back . and I told them that I would pay for restocking and shippment even they have return policy . he was rude and nasty I still have his email.

This company claims a 3 Year warranty on their machines but does not back their warranty at all. I had the BL3500 machine die on me in about 9 months. The owner of the company tried to claim that by using the machine constituted neglect. Actually buying the machine was neglect! I emailed the company to tell the machine had started arcing. They told me that it may be dirt plate and to clean them, which I did. The machine still arced when calling for ozone purity, so I turned that feature off. I used the machine for the filtering purification only, to which they claimed neglect. Bad machine from the start and a bad company. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE!
