Amy of Wellington, CO September 30, 2009 I have called/email since March of 2009 (it's now Sept 09) to cancel my automatic membership of Pure Acai Berry which is 83.80 per month. I have gotten cancelation numbers and they assured me that it will be canceled. I also returned unwanted product and have not been refunded. Everyone that I have talked to on the phone have been rude and unhelpful. I have had to go to my credit card company and fill a complaint and dispute charges and change my card number. What ever you do...do not order this product or any other product they may offer. You will regret it! Also most of the credit card statement charges are from different company names. Are they trying to trick us into thinking that it is a different company? It has cost me time away from work to make calls and send emails to cancel and several hundreds of dollars. And frankly I am totally drained from the whole experience. Paul of Carpinteria, CA August 28, 2009 I sent in for a trial offer only to find out my checking account had been raped from five different sources, so i notified the fraud department at my bank and found uot there were hidden terms and conditions that were so criminal that no one could stop this company from ripping you off. first of all they hold the shipment for five days so when you get your sample they have allready robbed your account. second even if you dont except the order and return it the charge you anyway and i can go on and on about there terms and conditions. you should read them. this company should be charged with the RICO act useing there terms and conditions for the warrant. I also filed acomplaint with the US Secret Service and if any one else has been riped off do the same and also fair trade commision and Flordia Attorny General and your state Attorny General and the post Master general, and dont forget the better business bureau. these people belong in Jail Paul of Carpinteria, CA August 28, 2009 This company is so disonest they hide behind there terms and conditions like organized crime every term in there aggrement is writen so there is no way any one can stop them from rapeing there accounts from several diffrent places. The phone numbers I gave you are some of the different places they use. I have also made a Complant to the US Secret Service in Camarillo Ca.these people should be Charged under the RICO act useing there own terms and Agrements to get the warrent.I have Read thousnds of complaints Of horror Stories about this company From different Comsumer Afairs Sights and Rip of sights please help in in getting these people off the streets. they belong in Jail Sharon of Ridgecrest, CA August 9, 2009 Advanced Wellness Research, Inc. is now Netalab.com and already there are complaints about the scams. Free offers are not free offers from these people. Ordered Vital Rezv which I thought was grape seed supplement and a wrinkle reducer. Never used any of their products because after calling to cancal, I knew this was a scam. They refused to close the accounts. Because of the power outage and the power surge took out our computer, I was unable to learn of this scam until it was too late. There are pages and pages of complaints about these people and yet nothing is done to stop their practices. Why? The "CEO" is Andy Philips or Phillips and is based in Miami FL? Nina of Inglewood, CA August 7, 2009 Free trial offer! Pay for shipping only @ 4.95. I was charged 78.88. Per two web-sites the address noted does not exist. Debra of Tucson, AZ August 4, 2009 Ordered both a ACAI 3000 and Colon Cleanse to help with my diet change and excercise. They were both 4.99 for just shipping and handeling, but I was not told of an international charge that was added to my credit card. I contacted the company and attempted to cancel both orders of the ACAI 3000 and the Colo Flush but they stated and that I had to call the ACAI 3000 company at another 800 number, which I believe is the same company. They gave me a cancellation number for the Colo Flush, but they stated I had to contacted the ACAI 3000 seperate, so I did. When I called the second 800 number they stated it was a different company, and they could not cancel my order. I went ahead and did research on the internet and found more than 100 complaints from people on these products. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid any other charges to my account. If you order from these companies, do youself a favor and just block your credit card and get a new one. Diane of Milton , MA August 4, 2009 asked for a free trial with the only cost to me of 4.99 for shipping they send me an order right away which i sent back and they billed my credit card then i emailed the company asking for them to stop the monthly shipment and guess what ? I got another shipment. This is such a scam and i am lost at what i can do now . Please help June of Sacramento, CA July 31, 2009 I stupidly ordered a free trial of Dermacai Anti Wrinkle Serum for the cost of shipping 4.99. I recieved another bottle in the mail and when I recieved my credit card bill I had been billed 85.49. I called the number and was told that since I had not called to cancell with in two weeks I would have to pay. No where did I ever see anything about two weeks notice or even the cost of this product. I[t] does not work and I never would have even sent for it if I had any idea I was signing up for a monthly charge. I will of course cancel my credit card and wil not pay for this product and will return the second bottle. What else can I do. This will cause me undo harm as I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. How can people like this be allowed to stay in business. The calls I made (2) were to people in India. Silvia of Newport Beach , CA July 25, 2009 I saw and ad on line as a free trial for only 4.99 for shipping and handling so My mistake was to ordered the free trial for a month... Since it was free and i only had to pay 4.99 Sounded like a good deal but I never realized that they were a bunch of scammers and they kept charging my credit card every month for 83,99 per month since March 2009 to July 2009. I've been trying to cancel this transaction since April and it's been impossible This customer service people are probably all trained to deal with this kind of Scamm. Till now I keep calling to cancel this product and service but they only tell me to write to customer service and they do not do anything about it....Now Im at this point that I need to cancel my check card because of this people... Please help. Sherri of Brentwood, TN July 22, 2009 I ordered product (ACAI Berry) off of AOL advertisement for 6.99. I started receiving a bottle monthly, I did not realize (stupid on my part) for a couple of months that they were charging me 83.80 per bottle. I sent numerous email (which I have), and called them three times, to cancel order and give me credit for two returned bottles, and that I needed to return another bottle. Every time they come back with they will give me a new discount rate, and to keep taking them. When I tell them I do not want it to cancel they reply that they will get back with me in 72 hours. I called today and got very nasty with the girl because she kept saying the above things, when I literally demand that she cancel, she told me that she canceled, and now I can not return bottle because she canceled order. When I told her pointedly at the begin of our conversation that I wanted to return this bottle. When I asked for a manager she said that they had a high volume of calls from unsatisfied customers, and they would call back in 72 hours. I am very concerned that is not going to happen, and that they are not going to cancel order. | |||
