I have had to go to my credit card company and fill a complaint and dispute charges and change my card number. What ever you do...do not order this product or any other product they may offer. You will regret it! Also most of the credit card statement charges are from different company names. Are they trying to trick us into thinking that it is a different company? It has cost me time away from work to make calls and send emails to cancel and several hundreds of dollars. And frankly I am totally drained from the whole experience.

second even if you dont except the order and return it the charge you anyway and i can go on and on about there terms and conditions. you should read them. this company should be charged with the RICO act useing there terms and conditions for the warrant.
I also filed acomplaint with the US Secret Service and if any one else has been riped off do the same and also fair trade commision and Flordia Attorny General and your state Attorny General and the post Master general, and dont forget the better business bureau. these people belong in Jail

This company is so disonest they hide behind there terms and conditions like organized crime every term in there aggrement is writen so there is no way any one can stop them from rapeing there accounts from several diffrent places. The phone numbers I gave you are some of the different places they use. I have also made a Complant to the US Secret Service in Camarillo Ca.these people should be Charged under the RICO act useing there own terms and Agrements to get the warrent.I have Read thousnds of complaints Of horror Stories about this company From different Comsumer Afairs Sights and Rip of sights please help in in getting these people off the streets. they belong in Jail

Advanced Wellness Research, Inc. is now Netalab.com and already there are complaints about the scams.
Free offers are not free offers from these people.
Ordered Vital Rezv which I thought was grape seed supplement and a wrinkle reducer. Never used any of their products because after calling to cancal, I knew this was a scam. They refused to close the accounts.
Because of the power outage and the power surge took out our computer, I was unable to learn of this scam until it was too late.
There are pages and pages of complaints about these people and yet nothing is done to stop their practices. Why?
The "CEO" is Andy Philips or Phillips and is based in Miami FL?

Free trial offer! Pay for shipping only @ $4.95. I was charged $78.88. Per two web-sites the address noted does not exist.

Ordered both a ACAI 3000 and Colon Cleanse to help with my diet change and excercise. They were both 4.99 for just shipping and handeling, but I was not told of an international charge that was added to my credit card. I contacted the company and attempted to cancel both orders of the ACAI 3000 and the Colo Flush but they stated and that I had to call the ACAI 3000 company at another 800 number, which I believe is the same company. They gave me a cancellation number for the Colo Flush, but they stated I had to contacted the ACAI 3000 seperate, so I did. When I called the second 800 number they stated it was a different company, and they could not cancel my order. I went ahead and did research on the internet and found more than 100 complaints from people on these products. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid any other charges to my account. If you order from these companies, do youself a favor and just block your credit card and get a new one.

asked for a free trial with the only cost to me of $4.99 for shipping they send me an order right away which i sent back and they billed my credit card then i emailed the company asking for them to stop the monthly shipment and guess what ? I got another shipment. This is such a scam and i am lost at what i can do now . Please help

I[t] does not work and I never would have even sent for it if I had any idea I was signing up for a monthly charge. I will of course cancel my credit card and wil not pay for this product and will return the second bottle. What else can I do. This will cause me undo harm as I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. How can people like this be allowed to stay in business. The calls I made (2) were to people in India.

I saw and ad on line as a free trial for only $4.99 for shipping and handling so My mistake was to ordered the free trial for a month... Since it was free and i only had to pay $4.99 Sounded like a good deal but I never realized that they were a bunch of scammers and they kept charging my credit card every month for $83,99 per month since March 2009 to July 2009. I've been trying to cancel this transaction since April and it's been impossible This customer service people are probably all trained to deal with this kind of Scamm. Till now I keep calling to cancel this product and service but they only tell me to write to customer service and they do not do anything about it....Now Im at this point that I need to cancel my check card because of this people... Please help.

I ordered product (ACAI Berry) off of AOL advertisement for $6.99. I started receiving a bottle monthly, I did not realize (stupid on my part) for a couple of months that they were charging me $83.80 per bottle. I sent numerous email (which I have), and called them three times, to cancel order and give me credit for two returned bottles, and that I needed to return another bottle. Every time they come back with they will give me a new discount rate, and to keep taking them. When I tell them I do not want it to cancel they reply that they will get back with me in 72 hours. I called today and got very nasty with the girl because she kept saying the above things, when I literally demand that she cancel, she told me that she canceled, and now I can not return bottle because she canceled order. When I told her pointedly at the begin of our conversation that I wanted to return this bottle. When I asked for a manager she said that they had a high volume of calls from unsatisfied customers, and they would call back in 72 hours. I am very concerned that is not going to happen, and that they are not going to cancel order.

My story is much the same as many people here. I saw the endorsements and figured I'd do the discounted trial of the product. It didn't do what I wanted, so I sent it back. Several weeks later I received more of their product, so this time I returned it and got a proof of delivery receipt, which I still have. I figured problem solved. Imagine my surprise when I returned from a 4-week trip to find more Akai berry and another charge for $83.80.
After several phone calls and a long email correspondence, which I still have and have sent to the Illinois Consumer Protection agency, they once again sent me more product and billed me again. (I had been asked to leave the account open so that they could refund the money. All the more fool me.) The only way to deal with these scam artists has been to cancel that credit card, which is a pain because I have several ethical companies that direct debit to it. Whenever I contact them, they barely speak English and somehow cannot find my account number, although they can always find it when it comes billing time! Their latest excuse is that, with the merger with Netalab, there seem to be some computer integration glitches. Like I say, there seem to be enough to prevent my refund, which I have requested at least 5 times now, but not enough to prevent them from billing me repeatedly.

I ordered the test trial Acai Berry Pro Capsules 60 Ct. and after using them for two weeks, I wasn't happy with the results so I called to cancel my future orders. However, when I tried to call and cancel I got the run around from a person who I could barely understand and they continued to try and sell me other products. I was on the phone for at least 20 minutes with this customer service agent who was very rude and told me the main reason I wasn't seeing any results was because I needed to stop eating so much and that is the reason I am overweight. First of all, this is very unprofessional and I am not overweight and I work out daily at the gym and only tried these capsules to see if they lived up to their reputation.
Well, if has been two months since I cancelled my future orders. Guess what? The orders keep coming and my credit card keeps getting billed for $86 dollars each time. I am very upset. I wrote a complaint to the internet fraud IC3 department and hopefully the attorney general from Illinois will contact me soon about my dispute with this fraudulent company. With everything I've read today about this company I can see I'm not alone in getting ripped off. In these hard economic times, we as hard working individuals can't afford getting ripped off by thieves like this. It is like being robbed by someone who has your bank account number and and can access it anytime they want. I hope nobody ever buys from this company again. Oprah, Rachel Ray, 60 minutes and all the other celebrities that endorse this company need to go on tv and apologize for misleading the general public. This is a complete scam and needs to be stopped now.

Like others, false advertising, unauthorized charges, unsealed product that I wouldn't use anyways. I have saved the product for possible legal action. If the company is being unethical then the product is probably not what they claim and is probably unsafe to use. Product wasn't shipped timely which makes it easier for them to run their scam.

He proceeded to tell me that I could not cancel the order now. I would have to wait until I received the product and cancel by sending it back within 14 days or be charged an exorbitant amount for said product (some miracle pill or cream to reduce facial wrinkles). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that it was not possible. After 20 minutes of telling the man that I wanted the order cancelled NOW, I finally hung up and proceeded to file a dispute with my credit card company. Tomorrow, I will go to the post office to see if I can stop the delivery. Problem is they have my information somehow.

Now owned by Netalab. This company in combination with The Natural Source has been sending bleach kits to my house each month at over $100 a month with no way to cancel. I have not opened the first one. I have emailed and called to cancel but they continue to debit my account. Over $600 so far plus I still haven't gotten them to stop.

My name is Jessica, I am speaking on behalf of my grandmother. Apparently on May 15 my grandmother, under the impression she was ordering a FREE sample of a teeth whitening kit and was only told she was paying shipping and handling, gave this fraudulent company her credit card number and billing information. She was told she could cancel her subscription and account no later than 14 days after to ensure no further charges for new kits if unsatisfied. Come to find that day she was charged $24.99, where as she was told she was only to pay $4.95. Apparently the extra charge, which she was never informed of, was for an extra laser light that came in the free sample. Well, she has tried fervently to rescind her membership and has found the company uncooperative and to have charged her several times in varying amounts of around $80.00 for whitening kits she didn't even receive. She pled with them to allow her to even return the one kit she did receive for a refund and they refused.
They were so unhelpful in fact that I began to assume that the only reason they continued to speak to her was to convince her not to call up her credit card company and cancel the card based on fraudulent activities. I was, of course and sadly, very right. While she continued to plead and and argue with the almost unintelligible customer service agent I decided to do a search of this Advanced Wellness Research and then came upon many complaints, including the ones here at consumer affairs. Upon reading such complaints she hang up the phone in frustration and immediately called her credit card company to cancel the card, the apparent only other option. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! This company is a clear cut scam, do not give them the privilege of getting their hands on your account numbers.

I ordered a trial of teeth whitener for 5.95 from an online ad. received 2 months supply at $80 per month. I had no idea I had been entered into this agreement with the company. The product hurt my teeth and burned my gums, but when I called to send back the products, they said they would not refund my money after a 14 day trial period. I told them to at least cancel the contract(that I didn't know I agreed to to begin with) they said they would but I am leary. I am hoping I don't have to cancel my credit card to straighten this out. at the very least I am out $160 for a product that I cannot use. I see many complaints like mine fro this same company - I don't understand why they can't be stopped from duping unsuspecting people.

billing me for product on my credit card every month

WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW . . . DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER contact Advanced Wellness much less buy anything. I foolishly ordered a "free sample" of Pure Acai Berry. Now I am trapped in a death spiral of charges and telephone calls. I am in the third month of fighting to get these shipments cancelled. I won't bore you with the details . . . because you've already read them in the previous posts.
Because of the economy, the credit card which I use exclusively for Internet purchases was making some adjustments at the end of May. So, I called Advanced Wellness twice in April and once in May to get the account cancelled. Each time being assured that it was - only to have another shipment show up. June 6th I spoke with India again and reinforced that there were to be no more shipments or charges.
Yesterday I got another shipment and, because my credit card was used after the end of May, my interest rate has gone up by 5 percentage points. The credit card company insists that an RMA be provided in order to start a fraud claim. They said that there is nothing that they can do to block the charges from being submitted. So, not only am I trapped in the death grip of India & Advanced Wellness but I seem powerless to make my credit card company refuse the charges and my entire card balance is now being charged the additional 5% in interest.
The agents in India refuse to escalate to a supervisor or cancel the order. The credit card furnished me with additional contact numbers for Advanced Wellness and those numbers turn out to be bogus too. There has to be some way to stop these people!!!

I ordered their "free trial" of Max White Tooth Whitener. About a week later, it came. I tried it. It burned my mouth. I called the number on their flier to cancel. I told the man I would send it back but he said that wasn't necessary and gave me a cancellation number. I misplaced it. When my Visa bill came, I was charged $78.93. I called the number next to the charge (the one above), and got someone in India who insisted I didn't call to cancel in time by a day or so and that I was paying for the product I received. Free? No. They would not refund my money. I'm angry, over 60 and can't afford this kind of bull. Anything you can do to help me or save others from getting ripped off by this company...I'd be glad to help. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Responded to Internet ad for free trail of Acai berry pills was told it would be 5.95 then they kept charging my credit card $83.80 for several months I tried to cancel the service to no avail and then I just canceled the credit card to get a new number8$

Max White (Advanced Wellness Research, Inc.) is truly a scam company. I would advise all viewers to stay away from that company or their new company name (Whiteningnow.com). They will rip you off and not give you any monetary relief. Stay away from Max White, Whitening.com, BrightTeeth, and Advanced Wellness Research, they are all the same company.

I spoke to the company on the phone -- called the phone number on the packing slip. Got the exact same answers that everyone else has received. They said I could not return the first order, and they said the second order was already shipped (and already charged on my debit card). The second was sent out supposedly on 6/16/09, and I have not received it yet. Below is what I wrote when I sent the first order back (in tact). This company must be stopped! And I MUST have my money back! I am a single mother who may be in jeopardy of losing my job with the school district!
I asked for the trial order for shipping only, and when I received my bank statement, I saw that my bank account was already debited for the amount of $78.93 plus tax plus the shipping plus a foreign transaction fee! The total is actually $86.40. This is outrageous! If my account is not reimbursed within 2 weeks, I will contact authorities immediately! Nothing in shipment has been used, touched or opened. I will check my bank account daily to make sure [they] have complied with my request and order for monies to be refunded.
Please help me stop this madness. The person on the phone was hard to understand, and he also insulted me and was totally rude! But I will pursue this to court, if necessary. When the second package (which I did not order) arrives, I will simply send it back period. I KNOW they will give me the run around and not give me a shipping ID number. I WILL NOT pay a restocking fee, either! I did not order anything!

Ordered a product for $5.95 trial. Account was charged $70.00. I called the number to cancel this product. I then receieved an 2nd shipment and when I called I was told my cancellation was not received and my account will be charged $80.00 and again submitted for cancellation.

I ordered a trial of their tooth whitening product for 5.95. I received this in the mail a few days later and when I got my bank statement, they had charged 79.95 for a membership and another 80.00 for something else. I did not authorize them to charge anything to my account other than the 5.95 that the trial offer was for. I had to cancel my bank account because they could not promise that other charges would not be made. I have talked with them twice and they are apparently outsourced because I get a foreign person that you can barely understand on the phone. He keeps telling me that after 10 days they will not refund and money.

I contacted my credit card provider and asked for their assistance, the only thing they could do was to closed the original account and issue me a new account number. This was very inconvenient as I had automatic charges going to the card, so I had to notify all those vendors and give them new card #.

They said I accepted a monthly plan, which in no way did I want or know about. They charged my credit card $83.00 ! and said they would reduce the charge but not cancel my order. If I cancel they charge me the $83.00.

I recieved a tooth whitening kit in the mail. there was a charge placed on my credit card without my knowledge or authorization. I canceled my credit card.

I agreed to purchase a "free" sample of a tooth whitening product for $4.99. I have not used it yet, and yesterday another package arrived, and my credit card had an unauthorized charge of 78.93 on it from "Max White Teeth". I'm embarrassed to say I fell for the same scam the other folks did. I did not see any indication on the web site that I would be charged the second charge.

No where in the confirmation of the received package (received after 10 days) was there an indication of need to cancel the puchase of a "months supply". When an additional charge was noted on my credit card bill (78.93$ on 5/13) I called the company on 5/22 to alert to a billing ocncern.
I spoke with Annie Fernandez (Clearly a false name for someone at a call center in India), Ms Fernandez assured me my ongoping account would be cancelled and I would receive a confirmation email. When asked for a physical address so I could write a complaint letter to the company all Ms Fernandez would say was she was in Miami Florida (again a lie).
When asked if could speak to a supervisor I was told there was none. When I persisted with asking for either a supervisor or an address I was put on hold and then said she could offer me a 30$ refund, I again stated that was inadequate and I would like to speak to a supervisor or have and address to write to again she denied either of these. Clearly there is a supervisor there since she kept going on hold to talk with sopmeone. After she assured me on the call that my account would be cancelled and no further charges received and I would receive a confirmation email I waited a couple days.
I then received a package in the mail on 5/26 for more product which I did not open. I sent an email to the email on my original confirmation expressing my concern and wanting my account canceled and also sent via UPS the packages (both the 14 day trial and the new one) back to the company.
I then got an Autoreply that ADvanced Wellness labs was now being run by Netalabs with some email contact for Kelly@netalab.com and accounting@netalab.com. I forwarded my ealier email to them the evening of MAy 27th and received a reply from Kelly on 5/28 askin "meetu@netalab.com" to please look into my concern. I have heard nothing from them since and have no confirmation that my account has been cancelled (depsite a second request for action sent by me on June 1st to both Kelly and Meetu.I have received a charge of 78.93$ on visa 5/13 and another 83$ charge 5/26/09. At this time it is unclear I will not be charged again since they still have not cancelled this account.

I was pulled in by an endorsement of the product by a local person and was offered a $5.00 trial offer plus shipping and handling.
I ordered, did not receive the product in a timely manner and was told like several others that I had exceeded the 14 day trial offer. By the time I received the tiny unit of product--felt through the foil wrapper but not opened--I called my credit card company and learned that my account had received a second charge for $78 dollars plus some cents.
I refused shipment on the second box when it arrived and wrote "return to sender--shipment refused".
When I contacted the company, the phone rang and when I pressed the button routing me to customer service, instead of being greeted by a representative, the phone rang again and was answered by someone who could barely speak English. After a heated conversation--only part of which I could even understand--she left to get me a "routing number" and never returned to the phone. During this conversation, I was also offered the 23% and 30% off refund but a restocking fee, amounting to 20% of the full product price was quoted and I said I would not pay this and would be in contact with my lawyer should they try to enforce this.
When I dialed again the same number immediately when it was apparant she was not returning, I was routed to another ringing phone and again the phone was answered by another person whose English was slightly better. I explained I was waiting for another person to return to give me a routing number who had never come back. This representative did give me a number and explained that without the routing number they could not accept the package. They would charge me a 20% restocking fee which I informed them I would not pay as the merchandise was unopened.
I immediately called my credit card company, cancelled my card and spoke to them about the transaction. On my second call to the credit card company, they mentioned a "contract" that the AWRI supposedly had with me. I did not see a contract, read a contract, or agree to a contract at any time during the entire fiasco.
I then returned to the site to cancel my account which I was told was "easier than ever" and turned out not to be.
After three attempts to use the number to cancel, I tapped another number on the screen which put me in contact with another person. The responses to my questions were almost automated and repeated no matter how I couched the question. When I asked if this was an automated system or a real person, I was told it was a real person (duh) and that she was only to deal with new accounts. I expressed the opinion that this was a scam and again that I would contact my lawyer should any more problems arise with the company.
After talking again with my credit card company, I was reassured that my card had been cancelled and later, I received an email from AWRI assuring me that the account was closed.
These people are not to be trusted and everyone needs to be cautioned not to give them any information or attempt to do business with them.
My experience was very like several others I read and I wonder how people like this can continue to do business without a flagging of their account or some other safeguard...even game sites have a method of showing if it is a secure line or not.

My experience with this company is the same as other postings on this page. I received what I thought was a 14 day trial sample of the teeth whitening product order dated 5/04/09. After using it a couple of times my teeth developed a sensitivity to the product so I stopped using it. The remaining product was shelved. On 6/03 my credit card company notified me of possible fraud charges. MaxWhite 1.866.922.5572 billed for $78.93 on 5/21 and BrightTeethNow 1.877.211.5860 has a pending charge of $83.92. I called 1.866.922.5572 I asked if I could return the unused product for a refund I was told that it was past the 14 day trial period which was spelled out in the agreement I checked off. There was nothing in the shipping papers to indicate that this was a month's supply of the product. No charges were noted. No information at all about the terms of the trial period. I was also told that they could not reverse the second pending charge until I had received the product and that I could not return the product. They gave me a veiled assurance that the second pending charges would be reversed once I received the product and called them back. This isn't clear to me at all. I will refuse delivery on this shipment. I will file a dispute for the second chargeif the company doesn't reverse that charge. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company on the first charge which I'm being billed for.

I, too, was scamed by this company. I ordered their "sample" off the internet.I believe I was charged $5 on 3/31/09 on my credit card. I received the "kit" which consisted of a small tube of whitening and a tube of cleanser(?), plus whitening trays. ON 3/30 I was also charged $78.93. My 1st shipment. There was nothing on the internet to state I would be signed up for monthly kits. There was noting in the box to indicate it either. I was traveling on my job and called them on 4/24. I also could barely understand the man that answered. He advised me he could not cancel my order without the order number (my name and addres were not sufficient). I had also contacted my credit card company(CitiCard) They initially credited my account for the $78.93.
After that I had to have surgery and this slipped my mind! Anyway on 4/14 I was again charged (only this time it was $85.92).
So on 5/15 I called and actually received a cancellation #.
I then discovered that they had shipped and billed me again on 5/14.
I have been in contact with CitiCard several times and they have sent me several letters. They advised me that since I had not actually cancelled until 5/15 there was noting they could do. So I have now incurred three months of charges. And, by the way, I did receive two boxes of the "kits" however I wrote on them "Refused Delivery" (This is what the post office said I should do.)
Oh, I also was charged with a "Foreign Transaction Fee" on each billing. Apprxo $2 each time. I asked CitiCArd about these charges and they could not even tell me what country it was! I was advised by one of the "teeth whiteing" phone employees that the comapany was in Miami.
I am now paying for being "one of the stupid ones."
Whoever is running this scam needs to to caught and made to repay all of us poor suckers out here!!!

A man answered, same spill from him,And he to hung up on me. I called to see if I could get a different number from directory, there were 2 neither were the skimmers #,1 of the numbers, a young lady said, she gets calls every day, and she didn't know how they had a Illinois Address, that it was in Miami, they are not even listed,But this has in total cost me 183.93, And I am not going to just let it go, I will keep calling whoever I need to until I feel justice has been served, someone has to stop them,I canceled my card, told my bank about them, and will continue to call, and talk to as many people as needed, they stoled this money from me, and I will not stop trying to get some justice. IT IS JUST AN OUTRAGE,That as many of us that this has happened to, And, they are still being able to get away with it,Yes it is A scam,I call it stealing, and I want my money back, from those thieves. And some justice to rise to this occasion.

On April 21st I responded to an ad on the internet for Bright Teeth Whitening System in which the company offered a free 14-day trial pack for shipping and handling only (a total charge of $11 and change). About a week or so later I received a shipment of a 3-month supply and my credit card was charged an additional $78 and change plus $4.99 shipping for a total of more than $82.00 for an item I did not order.
Last week I received another of their "sample 14 day" pack. When I called the company to complain I was told that there was no way to return the items and get credited for them and that by ordering the sample I also agreed to get a full 3-month kit and was billed for it. I never authorized this expensive shipment! I was told by a rep in India that this full kit purchase was agreed to by ordering the "sample trial kit". This clause supposedly appeared in some fine print within the ad that I believe was deliberately meant to be overlooked. This is a very deceptive marketing approach.
Upon checking other complaints I have found that this is exactly how the company evidently dups the public into buying this product and incurring charges without the customer's authorization. They have recently been acquired by Netalab Inc. in Miami Beach, FL. When I call the number they list I am once again routed to India and was told that I cannot reach a person in that company in the USA. I believe that this whole operation is a scam!

Called and said I didn't like it and wanted to return unused portion.
They continue to charge my Visa every 10-20 days in amounts between $78 and $84. There are blogs all over the internet detailing the scam activity of this Company. I have emailed and called customer service at my Visa as well as Advanced Wellness saying I have not received any additional product since the "free trial" and that I don't want it. What else can I do??? $161.85 charges on my Visa

Upon purchasing their trial offer which specified the consumer must contact the co. w/i 14 days to cancel any further shipment at a cost of approx $78. the telephone # listed on receipt and on website is not in service, the links provided by the takeover co. "Netalab" goes nowhere. I then found many other complaints of the same nature and worse.
They seem to be a fraud company and I am afraid they will start billing me, with no authorization, as they have others. They ship the trial offer immediately and "disappear"! I found this offer on either the Hughes.net home page or one that pops up along w/ the Hughes site. How are they allowing this co. to advertise? I am returning the product with a letter which I am sure, will fall on deaf ears. I will send it back ASAP with the return receipt requested. Hopefully they are found out soon and no one else gets taken anymore.

The small print also says the buyer agrees not to ever initiate or take part in a class action and in effect agrees to pay them no matter what. These pond-life also seem (I am led to understand) to be connected to / associated with Maxwhite and a few other similar low life enterprises... AVOID and please can we have some decent consumer protection against this 'default ordering' type of scam? If Europe can do it why can't we?

The product I received contains 10ml. of a jelly in a syringe and a tray that fits in your mouth. Hardly a $79.00 value. This is a scam and I hope you can do something. I would like to have the 79.72 removed from my credit account.

I authorized the purchase / trial of $4.99 then received another charge to my account of $78.93 (unauthorized). Contacted the company and was given the run around and not given any opprotunity to resolve this dispute. No where in my purchase did it say that there would be another charge to my account.

I saw an ad on the computer for a free trial size of teeth whitener just pay 4.99 for shipping and handling. What happen the following month is I am billed for 78.93 for this supposely free trial size offer. Then I am billed manother 83.92 for another supply which turns out to be a little tube which I thought was a free sample size. Called 2 numbers and complained and they argued with me and told me I couldn't get my money back something about a 14 day trial. Called the credit card company they helped me out and told me what to do. But I think they gave me false information about the address to send back the package when I receive it because the guy took over 15 minutes to give me an address. I found out that some company named Netalab supposely now owns this company with certain products. No luck getting on their website. All their products are a scam People need to be aware and not get involved with these 2 companies at all. Their free trials aren't free..

After following the lead from an article in an email wellness newsletter I receive, I ordered the 'free trial' of teeth whitening product, for the cost of shipping and handling. This was presented as a 14-day free trial offer. Being that whitening products are generally sold in packages that say "14 day supply, 7 day supply" etc., it made sense to me that I was receiving a 14 day supply for the cost of shipping and handling.
The product was ordered on May 13, 2009. Imagine my surprise, and anger, when a charge for $78.93 showed up on my PayPal debit card at 1:28 AM on May 28. I called the 24-hour customer service line listed on the packing slip to complain and demand a refund. I was polite but firm. The first rep was a broken record, repeating over and over how the it was a 14-day free trial, NOT a 14-day free supply (for the cost of S&H), how I allegedly entered into an agreement to pay full price for the product at the end of the 14-day trial, etc. At one point she offered a $20 discount and then a $40 discount. When I insisted on my money back she acted as though she could no longer hear me on the phone. This charade continued for a few minutes until I hung up and called back.
My second call found a male rep who started the same song and dance, at which point I stopped him and commented that they must get a lot of these calls because they are awfully good at arguing about it. I also told him that it didn't matter what he said, I wanted my money back and would send the product back since I hadn't gotten around to using it yet. He said it was too late, the 14 days expired. I pointed out that it had not been in my possession for 14 days and he argued the 14 day trial period began at the time I ordered.
I pointed out that a 14 day trial indicates that I have 14 days to try the product, and I couldn't possibly try a product for 14 days if it wasn't in my possession that long. He then switched tactics and said that he would refund my money but he couldn't access that part of the system and was thus unable to and advised me to call back at 2 PM EST to speak to a supervisor.
I figure if the peons are this good and stubborn, I'm really in for the fight of my life with a supervisor. I have never responded to an internet ad before because I always feared getting ripped off. This a scam, pure and simple. I just want my money back. I'm tired of people thinking they are more entitled to my money than I am! I cannot afford to pay $78.93 for a tooth-whitening product.

I order their whitening kit for a trail and was charged S/H for $7.12 which I paid. I was also charged $80.50 and $87.63 on two separate occasions. I've talked to them several times and cannot seem to resolve this. I did cancel my order after I was charged $80.50 and was told I would receive a refund of only $60.00 which never happened. Then I was chagred $87.63 and called them again. Still nothing. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the Illinois State Attorney General's office. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

The company is in the US, but you can't get a hold of anyone here. They claimed I agreed to the terms and conditions (which I did) but for a product and they refuse to listen to reason. In addition I was told managers don't answer the phone. I was also told that I called before and was told the same thing, so basically "too bad".

I ordered a trial sample of their teeth whitening product called Bright Teeth Whitening System from the Internet. I paid $4.99 plus ship and handling, which was fine.
I later check my credit card and saw that I had been billed $88.73 because I did not cancel within 14 days. I was six days late. The point is, it was not clear that a cancellation had to happen within 14 days or be billed that amount. Although this caveat is not on the advertizing page of the produce I am sure it is buried somewhere in terms and agreement, which they are banking on that no one reads all the way. So, I paid roughly $7.00 for a sample of the product and billed $88.73 for additionally for supplies that I will not receive. In essence, one small sample tube of their product cost me almost $100.00.
I believe that their advertisement is extremely misleading and now that this has happened to me, I have found numerous complaints on the Internet from people who also have been duped. If not reading the fine print is my fault so be it. However, why was I charged $88.73 for future products that they refuse to send to me because I cancelled the product (or at least they said it was cancelled).
Now, I have to wait until my next credit card statement to see if I was or was not cancelled and may possible be billed once again for a product I did not recieve. I am out approximately $200.00 for both products and have several small tubes of teeth whitening product to show for it.

a foreign transaction fee of $4.93. Called to tell them to remove from credit card bill - said they could not
because it had to have been cancelled during the 14 day trial period. Never received kit - Called credit card company to dispute - this is definitely a Scam!!!!

They have charged my credit card without my authorization. They say one has 14 days to stop charges after an order is placed for "free trial" materials, but they delay shipment until the return window has expired in order to exceed the days allowed for stopping charges. This group must be prosecuted for dishonesty and fraud in baiting then switching offer parameters in order to capture customer accounts. They have taken over $80.00 in unearned charges to my credit card.

I ordered the coloflush as a 4.99 free trial on 4/1/09. It was recommended on Good Morning America as the best one.I received it and also a bill for two charges on my credit card. I called on 4/2/09 and told them I only ordered one so they did credit my account. On April 16th, I then see a charge for $83.87 so I call and they tell me that I have home delivery each month which I did not sign up for.
When I try to cancel this to get a refund on my account they tell me that the order is nonrefundable. I threw a fit and screamed for her supervisor but to no avail. This woman finally said she would credit my account for $50.00 which has not happened yet. I have a feeling that it will never happen and as much as I hate to give up , I guess I am. Incidently, I could not understand this woman, the phone line was such that everything I said was echoed back to me, and there was so much background noise that It was terribly distracting- is all of this planned too??

They are breaking the law in a number of states. Multiple Attorney Generals have to get involved to shut this company down and get refunds to all their victims. One more thing, AWR claims their Berry is Pure, has anyone checked our the other ingredients? I checked out the price of Acai Berry in stores and you can get it for as low as $7.99 for 100 capsules. AWR sells their not so Pure Berry for $79.99 for 60 capsules. Extreme over-pricing in itself should be a crime.

Unethical business practices. I ordered a 14 day "free" trial for a teeth whitening product. I never received it and by the 10 or 11th day, phoned them. They promised to send me another and extend my 14 day to 28 days. I just received the whitener with the printed invoice as them sending it out on 05/12/2009. 8 days later I saw two charges on my credit card by them for $79 and $83. I phoned to a. cancel and b. get a refund.

I tried the free trial, called within the 14 days and asked for address to send back product. After being told that I should not try something if I did not want to buy it, I became angry demanded my money back! They hung up on me, I called back and said give me the address to send this back, you are charging my debit card for charges I did not sign up for. With this I was hung up again, oh before they hung up this time I was told they don't offer refunds! Well, I went to their web site and found their policy, and yes they do refund the money. So I send it back to them from address on box. They received it on April 29, 2009, it is now May 19, 2009 and so far no refund to my account.
This should not happen, this company should be ashamed of what they are doing to people, but what do they care once they have your money. I am going to the bank today to see what can be done to reverse those charges. I have printed out everything on their site, and have my delivery confirmation receipt. Please someone do something for all of us who were ripped off by them.
Everyone who is showing this company on their shows should also be ashamed. Oprah, Rachel Ray, Dr. Oz. You all are about helping people, ok now stand up and talk about how this company has taken God knows how much money from your viewers. I just want my hard earned money back, and don't know where to turn. I refuse to call them again! Thank you for any help you can offer
They have taken money out of my account that is not theirs! We need this money to live on, this has caused us so much stress that we don't need in this day and time.

I finally got there phone no. from my bank statement on Sunday May 17th 2009, and cancelled the trial, but they refuse to refund my money, stating that someone in my family can use the product if I cant use it.
I called them back three different times, and talked to 3 different people. There is no way that I can use to product, and I didnt even have the 14 day to use it if I could of.
All I want is to have my money Refunded to me. $78.93. I will send the product back to them unused.

I am VERY suspicious of this Co. and told him they would be reported. He gave me a cancellation # and said no further charges would be made on my account. This coumpany has apparently done this to hundreds (according to the testimonials I've read prior to wrinting this)-SAME story for all of us. NOWHERE did I see ANY terms saying there would be a monthly charge following the "FREE" sample.

I ordered the free teeth whitening kit and gave them my credit card # for the shipping charges. I failed to read the fine print and didn't cancel within the allotted 14 days. When I received my product, I called and canceled, but it was after the 14 days. My credit card bill shows a charge of $78.93 on 4/6/09 and then again on 4/19/09 another charge of $85.92. When I called them to see if they would remove the charges the said because I didn't cancel within the time period, my free sample reverted to being a charged for item and that was the first charge. Then because is didn't cancel until 4/18, that was the second charge. I explained that I didn't receive another product and I didn't want to pay for something I haven't received. The people you have to deal with have an East Indian accent and it was very difficult for me to understand them.

On April 23, 2009 I ordered teeth whitening product on internet for $4.99 with 14 day free trial offer. I used a debit card and was charged for that amount. I received the product on May 8, 2009. On May 8, 2009 the company charged my account another $78.93 which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. When I called for a refund, the rep said the 14 day free trial period had started the day I placed the order, and thus had expired and I was not entitled to a refund.

I order there product of Acai Berry Pro Capules 60 ct. And I cancelled the order after I found out that I did not want the product anymore and than they took 86 dollars out of my account and they gave me 40 dollars and than after I called and told them I did not want it anymore were going to try and take money again I had to cancel my bank account and it cost me money to do that. The supervisor said he could not do anything about it. If nothing else I just dont want anyone else to get scammed out from this company.

My experience is the exact same as everyone elses. I ordered a "free" trial of Acai Berry and was charged for that. When I noticed a second withdrawal from this company on 4/8/09 I called and told them to cancel me immediately they said that they would do this. I had no idea that this was an automatic system. I can't use the product it makes me sick. On 5/5/09 I noticed a third withdrawal and went crazy. I had cancelled this a month ago. I called again and talked to someone named Jeff Thomas in India! I asked to speak to someone in the States and was told that there was no one. I asked for his real name and was told that he wouldn't give it out.
I explained the problem and was told that the computer didn't show any cancellation in April. We argued back and forth about this problem and finally he said that he would credit me $70.00 of the $83.80 that they stole from my account. I was not happy about this - I really want all of it back. I have now contacted my bank and have put a stop payment for this company. They are a complete scam and I advise anyone even thinking of getting involved to run away.

I called the3 company to complain and get a refund and they were very unhelpful and the person on the phone was almost 'gloating' about the situation and when I said I would complain all I got was a 'good luck' and the phone put down.
I called again and got through to a supervisor (apparently) and got my order cancelled but offer of a refund was refused.
After a little reseach on line and finding all the 'complaints' with this company and ACAI BERRY PRO being a scam I contacted BANK OF AMERICA and explained it all to them. They were very helpful and refunded the money to my account within 24 hours.
This Company is still sending me the tablets so I am going to write to them offering to return them for a payment of $50 a bottle as that is what they must be charging for p & p as you can buy these tablets at a health store for around $20.
Most banks and credit card companies will refund your money if thet consider this as a SCAM - which it most certainly is - the more people to take this action the sooner the company will be refused access to these payment options.

Advance wellness is ripping people with it's free trail offer of their Bright Teeth Whitening kit. I did not see any terms and the initial kit (trail) did not say "This is a 30 day supply anywhere". I ordered a 14 day supply and paid for shipping on March 18. I got my credit card statement May 1st and this company has billed me on April,3rd for $78.93 and April 18th for $85.92 for products I have not received nor ordered. I called and the guy tried to offer me the product for $38.92 every two weeks if I didn't cancel.

The shipping cost is a little high and it took forever to get here. the product works great but it jsut takes to long to get it.

After seeing an ad for FREE trial teeth whitening and reading the script that the gal whitened her teeth for just the shipping cost, I decided to try it. NOWHERE in the ad did it state that they would charge you $70+ in 14 days. OR that they would continue to send product. I received a total of $167.22 charges on my credit card in addition to the initial $6.99. When I called, they refused to refund me. By the way, I NEVER RECEIVED the 2nd shipment. They said they would refund $70 which is their maximum.
I have emailed with their customer service, and they continue to tell me that under their TERMS AND CONDITIONS at their website, it states you will be charged in 14days and continue. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! I'm being charged for product I don't even have AND the conditions for the 14 day trial are
masked.

I am now being told that I had 14 days to cancell the free trial. They had already debited me the additional $78.81 within 14 days from signing up for the free trial. I am in the whole for $ 246.40 for a free trial that was suppose to cost $4.99. There has to be something that can be done to get my money back and to stop them from taken people for a ride. Would reporting them to the Better Business Board do any good? I am going to report this to my credit card company, because I only authorized the $4.99. Thank You.

On 4/11/09 I ordered 2 trial sizes of teeth whitener for only the shipping and handling of $4.95 each. The online order form did not make it clear that you were signing up for a club to automatically have a tooth whitening kit sent to your home each month for $78! I received my trial sizes later that week. While on the Internet on 4/18/09 I saw the same ad and clicked on it again and read the fine print that is posted in a very light, hard to read font FAR below the order form, that this was indeed a "club".
I immediately called on 4/18/09 to cancel. They tried to charge me $18.93 for the product that they had sent, claiming that I could not return it since it had been opened. Finally, after a 20+ minute phone conversation in which I stated numerous times that in would not authorize them to charge my Debit Card for ANY amount, asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor available the operator finally agreed not to charge me after I told him he was forcing me to contact an attorney (it was an empty threat, I can't AFFOD an attorney!).
I specifically asked him to clarify that he was NOT going to be charging me for ANYTHING, not the $78 for the kit and not the $18.93 for the trial size that was supposed to be free. He said that there would be no charge of any kind. I asked for a confirmation number and he said there was no confirmation number. Today, 4/27/09, I checked my bank balance and was told that there is an incoming debit for more than was in my account. Lo and behold, it's from Advanced Wellness!!! I called Advanced Wellness back and they looked up my order. They said that there had been a "computer gitch" on 4/18/09 and my account had accidentally been charged. He said that he would refund my account but it would take 3-5 days.
He DID give me a confirmation number this time and said my account was closed. In the meantime, I will be incurring overdraft fees because I didn't have enough money to cover this charge AND, I had made two small debit transactions since then.
I HAD the money to cover THOSE transactions. I asked him who I could speak to about being refunded for the overdraft fees that I incurred since HIS company had made an illegal transaction on my account and he, of course said there was nothing he could do.
Compounding this problem is the fact that every time you call ANY of the numbers that you find for this company, you reach a call center in India and it is VERY difficult to understand the person you're talking to.
When I got home, I looked at the mailing address on the return information for Advanced Wellness, and it tis the Wood Dale, IL address that I have listed above. I got a number of 1-630-694-7200.
That number is for Inktel Direct Corp, which is a telemarketing firm. When I asked for a phone number to contact someone from Advanced Wellness, they gave me 800-503-9355. This goes to the same option menu that the 866-964-1011 number, which is the number you call to order these tooth whitening products. They ALL go to a center somewhere in India.
I called this number and asked the individual on the phone for a number for Advanced Wellness Research in the United States as I was having terrible trouble understanding him. He stated he needed my first and last name, I refused, we went round and round for about 5 minutes with him. I finally gave him my name, then he looked up my account and proceeded to give me a blow by blow of when I ordered, when I called on the 11th (he insinuated that I lied when I told him I cancelled on the 11th since I didn't have a confirmation number from that date until I inquired why else I might have called then), that I had called today and said that I had been charged, that they had refunded the money and closed my account. He refused to give me a number again until I once more threw out the "lawyer" threat. He put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back with the number 866-964-1011 and said it was located in Miami, FL and I could call it any time. I pointed out to him that that was the same number that is on the Invoice from my purchase and which I had called before, only to get the call center in India!!!!!
At this point, it was clear that I was NOT going to be given any means of contacting anyone from this company in the US, so I hung up. I'm terrified that this is going to occur over and over, since I have now done some online research and have found dozens of instances in which people have been charged several months in a row for products they didn't order!!!!
These thieves need to be put out of business, if you can even LOCATE them!!!!!

I used the product, had very little results and thought that was the end of it. I recieved a new box of product April 24, 2009. i immediatly phoned the toll free number listed and in unintelligible English was told that I could cancel tonight, but I would be charged $85.00 for the shipment. I asked for customer service and she gave me a web site. I immediatly wrote and received an answer today that they would not issue a refund and that in addition to the $85.92 I was charged $78.93 on the 15 day after placing my order to pay for the monthly shipment.

I signed up for a free trial of Pure Acai Berry and did not read fine print on the web site. I called and cancelled the order and they continue to send me product and charge my credit card. I have returned the product and they say they cannot refund my money and I have an email from the company stating that my account has been cancelled and they still continue to charge my credit card.

I ordered the "Bright Teeth" whitening system from Advanced Wellness Research on April 7th, 2009. When I saw the price of $78.95 would be deducted from my checking account within ten days, I cancelled my order immediately! A few days later I recieved a package from them with the "Bright Teeth" whitening system inside. I knew that I had ten days, and knew that I had cancelled my order on the same day.
I am handicapped and live on Social Security. That's why I cancelled the order the same day I placed it. On April 17th they charged my checking account $78 any way! It caused my account to be $1.02 overdrawn! So of course I was then charged $34 in bank fees and additionally $6 per day for ten days or until I put the overdrawn amount into my checking account of over $131.00 plus the $54.00 for 9 days of $6 fees, $185.00! I can't believe this. I'm sick now from all this distress and don't know what to do. Please help me!

I ordered the trial offers for Whitening Now and Celebrity Smile. The only thing I had to pay was the shipping and handling for a total of $11.94.
After waiting over two weeks for the product, it finally came and I was not impressed and chocked it up to a learning experience. This was until I received another shipment and found my credit card had been charged $69.99, $39.95 and yesterday another $54.98. I was furious to say the least.
After getting no where with the idiots on the phone, I called my credit card company and told them what happened. They are sending me a form to complete and have promised to get my money back. I also changed my account number so these crooks can not continue to charge me for these unauthorized purchases.
I can not believe this happened to me. I am not a stupid person. This has consumed me. I will never purchase anything on line again, unless I check the company out completely. I can not stand dishonesty!

While online I saw advance wellness ad on Bright Teeth Whiting Kit. The ad stated that you could try this product free only the price of S & H cost. the order was placec and about 2 weeks later I received the free trial, less than a week after I received the product they billed checking acct. for $ 69.99.
My arguement when I called to complain was that your ad said I get to try the product Free for 14 days, I was told that the 14 days start when you place your order, but how can you try a product before you receive it. They have refused to give my money back, I explained that there ad is very misleading to consumers. Because they took this unauthorized money out of my account, my acct has been over drafted more tha $300 dollars, because I have scheduled monthly drafts.
I only authorized my account to be drafted a one-time charge of Six Dollars and Ninety-Nine cents. My account was over drafted more than $300, their draft caused all of my monthly bills draft to bounce.

I ordered products from a free trial. It was not made clear that monthly orders would immediately begin coming. I received the first order 2 weeks later and was charged $83.00. I immediately called and canceled my account. The next month I received more products and my account was charged again. I returned the order and I was never credited and then received products for the third time!! My account was charged again and overdraft charges occured.
I called and they told me I never called and canceled anything. When I confronted them with proof that I called they changed their story and said I must of clicked twice when ordering because I had 2 accounts with them. They would not credit my account because they said I didn't put the cancellation # on the packages. They were completely dishonest with me and their products were a scam.
I have given this company $166.00 and do not even have any of their products! Everything has been returned and canceled. They refuse to refund my money. Also, because of them debiting my account without me knowing i have paid $140.00 in overdraft fees. I had to go to the bank and close my account to keep them from continuing to steal from me.

I ordered product Acai Berry Pro Capsules 60 CT through internet offer of Free Trial Offer for 4.95 S/H (Order ID 315005). Learned through internet blogs that other consumers had been unable to cancel the trial offer once ordered & this company was ripping them off, making continuous deductions from credit card used for the free trial offer and refusing to cancel the shipment and order of the product once placed.
I have called the company approx. 15 times requesting to cancel the free trial, instead they mailed the product and continue to mail the product monthly, charging 84.00 to my credit card each time they ship it. They have made it impossible to cancel the free trial offer and refuse to cancel the order, informing me my order id as given by them contains the improper number of digits, etc. This constitutes fraud, false advertising, and possibly RICO. Please investigate. I want my free trial offer cancelled. I have returned all product. Thank you.

Ordered trial of teeth whitener for $6.99, didn't receive product, then was charged $78.93 a few weeks later! Called merchant and they were asking way too much information of me: they said they couldn't verify who I was even tho I gave them name, address, and phone! No resolution, then I find many other complaints about the same jerks.
Hassle trying to cancel credit card charges. The company is run by a bunch of credit card crooks.

I accepted an offer of a free sample of their teeth-whitening product and was charged $69.99. Three weeks later they charged me another $55 for more of the product, which I did not order. They finally refunded the second charge after several phone calls and emails, but they refuse to refund my money, even if I return the product unused.
$69.99 charged unauthorized which I cannot get removed.

I purchased two products, Acaiberry and Total Cleanse as part of a clinical trial. After some thought I my part I called the companies back and told them on February 6, 2009 I wished to cancell both products. I was told by Sheila to return both products to Advanced Wellness Research,Nampa, Idaho, as they were part of the clinical trial together and since both were shipped from there they needed to be sent back there. I sent them both back Federal Express. On March 25, 2009, I was charged yet again for the Total Cleanse in the amount of $78.84.
I filed a complaint with my credit card and this is currently being investigated. And the credit card was cancelled and another one issued. I returned the product Total Cleanse again RMA 17349382929980 after I had talked to Chris and cancelled yet a second time on March 30, 2009. It was returned to Return Department, Miami, Florida 33126. I also sent that Federal Express. I also wrote a letter of cancellation and included it when I returned this product yet again. I have copies of the FedX shipping papers in addition to a copy of the letter I sent requesting for a third time to cancell the product. I recieved my new credit card today and I registered the card and balances transfered from the old card to the new card.
On April 3, 2009, I recieved a credit of $78.84 however on March 27, 2009, they billed the old account another $84.79. I talked with my credit card company twice today. This is being investigated yet again. I also called the Total Cleanse/ Cleanse Pro and got the run around from a woman named Sky, who when I questioned her kept saying they could not hear me and to call back. So I called back and talked to another representative named Mark, and again I got the run around. The products were returned by Federal Express and since they have not come back to me I know they were recieved.
I have been billed for products that I did not use, were returned to the appropriate departments according to the people I talked to and then was rebilled again in a different amount of $84.79 which is the Total Cleanse @ $78.84 plus a shipping charge of $5.95. They need to credit my credit card in the proper amount of $84.79. I made it clear three times, two verbal and one written that I wanted to cancell the product and did not want to continue with it. I had to spend an additional $15 to send the product back a second time. The products were never used by me, they were never opened. They were returned the way I recieved them.

Ordered trial teeth whitening kit from Advanced Wellness Research & Natural Source Store LLC and was to pay shipping of only $6.95 each. On April 6, 2009 my checking acct. was charged $78.93 for teeth whitening now and on April 9, 2009 my acct. was charged $84.79 for NSS*SB Smile. I called and spoke to supposedly, Jonathan Davis today to complain about the charges and he said there was nothing I could do now, because I did not respond within 14 days. I didn't even try the kit because I took it to my dentist to show it to him and he said it would not work since I was trying to lighten crowns which are already shaded with color and to return the kit, which I am trying to do. I can't believe something that was suppose to cost $6.95 (2) is ending up costing me over $150.00. They have my credit card number which they charged all this to. I have just called my credit union and cancelled my credit card, but I am still out the $150.00.

i woke up this morning to find my credit card had been charged 78. from company. i just assumed it was a mistake. in march after a long research decided to try product. i am very hesitant to put my credit card info on line due to incidents just as this. so i called and spoke to a represenative from company and thought i got all the details. they informed me that if i didnt get results from this product i would be able to cancel it within 30 days but i would be charged the shipping. so i went on line ordered the product.
ive used the product but did not get the results i wanted so had planned to cancel the order this week. when i realized i had been charged i immediatly called and the represenative i spoke with told me they were sorry for the misunderstanding but the only thing he could do was refund me 60$ and cancel the order. i asked to speak to a supervisor and he said they couldnt do any thing else. after several minutes and feeling very frustrated i hung up and called the number again and the rep said the same thing and did connect me with a supervisor his name was m. slater. i still continued to get the same story.
i am a very honest person and #1 if i would have gotten the results i wanted i fully planned to use the product and if it didnt i would have cancelled the order as i was told. i feel like company has not been fair in this situation and i am angry! i realize its only 18$ and some odd cents but its more about companies morals. i am sorry that rep either didnt know the terms of the product or was delibertly dishonest but regardless this matter should have been handled differently. my fear is that im not the only customer that has been misled.

Orderded a sample package online, and it was a free trial sample. They did not make the trial pediod clear on the order form. Because of a recent mix up with another company, I called to cancel my account so I didn't get stuck with some other charge I didn't want. Then next day I check my account, and I was charged an additional $78.93 from the company. I didn't want this extra stuff, and can't afford the charge right now. I offered to return the package for a full refund, but they said that wasn't possible.
They agreed to refund me $40 of the $78.93, and said I didn't need to return the product. This is definitely better than the last company that screwed me, but I wanted to simply return the product, and get a full refund. What kind of store (aside from Goodwill or St.Vinny DuPaul) doesn't take back a product for a full refund. Two days in a row now I've been screwed financially, and I was just laid off. UGH!

This is the second time I received a order of a Berry Trial after cancelling the first one. Again they took out $83.80 and another foreign transfer fee out of my debit acct.I spoke to Sid empl# 83458 and he stated he cancelled the order, and they gave me a cancellation order number.Sid informed me they already sent me another order and if I mailed the order back to them the company would refund me the $83.80. If any problems occurred he would personally take care of it. I've sent the package back over 2 weeks ago and still have not seen the refund.
Today 4-07-09 I've called twice and spoke the first time to Jason and he said to call in one hour and I could speak to Sid. I called back one hour exactly and spoke to Neal and he said to call in another hour more because Sid was not there. I feel they are playing more games and I said I would report them again.I've had to cancel my bank acct and re open a new one because of this incident. The bank informed me they had another problem with this same company last week. The address they gave me over the phone was West Parkland,Illinois but the bottle states a Miami address.
I've had to cancel my acct and wait almost 2 weeks to get another debit card. I'm still waiting for my acct to get my refund back.I'm strapped for money to pay my bills and its not rigt they can do this to me

I ordered a free trial of Acai berry and was not satisfied with it. I canceled and was told my account would be credited the full amount I was charged for another shipment which was 78.81. Monica, who I could not understand told me I can be credited 50.00 I want the full amount, and I want it confirmed.
My account is not up to date with this withdrawal. The product does not work and I feel I have been take advantage off.

I placed an online order on 3/16/09 for two products for a 14 day free trial or Colo flush and Acai Berry. There was nothing in the disclaimer that said my 14 days started when I placed the order. The shipping was charged to my Bank of America account on 3/19/09 and I received the order on 3/20/09. I cancelled the order on 3/31/09 and was informed that I did not cancel in time. I tried to speak with someone in management to try to settle the dispute but no one I spoke with would say anything except repeating that I placed the order on 3/16/09 and that is the date my free trial started. I have opened a disputed charge claim with Bank of America. I feel that this company is mis-leading the consumer regarding these free 14 day trials. I would be willing to return the unused product.

I ordered the teeth whitening product from Advanced Wellness Research on March 19, 2009 and was charged $7.06 for shipping. When I got the product I read the instructions (which were not on the website) and it said to not use it while breastfeeding. I am and tried to cancel. The first few times I called the line was broken and crackly. I could not get anyone who actually heard and/or understood me. The customer service people sound like they are in India, but later claimed to be in Miami. I finally got a person who could understand me on April 6, 2009, who not only refuses to cancel future orders, but has charged me for an additional $78.93. I asked to speak many times to a manager and was told that they were busy and I would have to call back.
One time I refused and said I would hold for a manager, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then the person who answered said he was a supervisor, but only read me the exact same lines as ever other person who answered the phone. Here is their script: - Can I have your customer order number? - What is your mailing address, phone number, and e-mail? - I am sorry, but you are past the 14 day trial period. - It was in the terms and conditions on the website. You should have read them. - All the managers are busy right now. If you veer off that path of questioning, they will ask you for your order number again.
After reading the other complaints on Consumer affairs, I will be having my credit card number changed. I dont believe that AWR will do anything to cancel future orders or help me in any way. One of their scammer websites is http://www.whiteningnow.com/terms.asp They say that they can change the terms anytime they want and we have to abide whatever they change them too. Thats where they have us. It ends up translating to I will charge you as much as I want and you can never end it.
So, far I am out $85.99 for a product that I can not use. I have wasted hours with them on the phone and on hold. I continue to be charge for a product that I do not want.

I ordered acai berry 2-17-09 item-pf0058 they shipped it. I canceled 3-2-09 337pm CT (2 days prior to 14 day trial period) they gave me a confirmation#. I got my bank statement and they charged $78.81 + .79 (foreign trans.) I then called back and they have no record of my call that I made or that I cancelled. I called on 4-6-09. I was persistant and said I wanted a refund and credit to my account. the woman said all she could do is refund $40.00 in 4-5 business days.
I called back again spoke to someone else. Now I cannot get any more money back because I have been removed from the system. They gave me a e-mail to further my satisfaction. services@advanced wellness research. I could not get find it in a search so I could make a complaint.
I saw no change in my eating habits I saw no change in my physical appearance.I am furious that I cannot get a full refund.I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to make sure they stop further charges. Since I have been removed from there system I have my doubts of seeing a refund of the $40.00 promised

I ordered a free 14 day trial of pure acai berry capsules. I paid shipping and handling with my mastercard when I placed the order. Lo and behold, my MC was charged 103.77canadian dollars on Mar 11. Okay-- I thought that maybe I didn't read the fine print and i did have to pay for the free trial if I didn't return it. But then, 5 days later I was again charged with 109.31 Canadian.
A week later, I received another bottle in the mail. I called the 800 number and was told that I had signed up for a subsription when I requested the free trial. Fortuneately, the fellow I talked to said he would cancel the subscription. I told him I wanted to return the product for a full refund. He said he could give me a refund of $60.00. I insisted that this was unacceptable and he then told me he would refund the full amount.
Now I need to watch my credit card to ensure this happens as promised. In reading the above reviews, I realized that some people were only refunded $40.00 or $60.00. I'd like to advise people to be insistant on a full refund. I hope I get mine.

I ordered 2 teeth whitening products, from Advanced Wellness Research, Inc. & Easy White Labs from the same web page onto different websites on 3/12/09. I ordered these at the same time! $78.23 was taken out of my account on 3/26/09 & $78.93 was taken out of my account on 3/30/09. Neither company gave me the 14 days after I received the product on 3/25 or 26/09 to try it. Shipping & Handling was taken out of my account on 3/16/09 for 6.99 from Teeth Whitening. Shipping & Handling was taken out of my account on 3/14/09 for $5.83 from Easy White.
I left a message at Easy White Labs to call me back (at the phone number given to me by my bank)) by giving my name & telephone number, also what I wanted. I later called back on the other number (from the pamphlet & instruction sheet sent with the kit) & left another message for the Customer Service to return my call. (Both of these calls were made after I talked to Advanced Wellness Research.) Christine called me back 4/2/09 & told me that it was their practice to charge the bank account 10 days after the product was ordered from the internet website. I told her that I read that we were supposed to have time to use the product before getting charged!
I, also, told her that I had been impatiently waiting for the product, that's why I know that I did not receive the product until the end of last week on March 25 or 26, 2009. She said that it is not customary, but that she would give me time to try it. I told her that I had already had the money taken out of my account. She asked me what I wanted to do. I told her that in my case, since I had a tooth fixed by the dentist as a teen to match my unwhite teeth, it wouldn't help me. (I did not remember this before I ordered both products!) I thanked her for her help. I told her that I would appreciate my money returned, if that was possible. She gave me the Return Authorization Number. She stated that the remainder of the kit must be received by them by 4/17/09. To make sure that it was delivered, I must have a card returned to me by the post office saying that they received the product in their office.
Monies taken out of my bank account were $78.23 taken out of my account on 3/26/09 & $78.93 taken out of my account on 3/30/09. (I think $78.93 was Easywhite.) Because they did not wait the proper amount of time to credit my account, it was overdrawn when I wrote a check for my car license to the State of Michigan & was charged an overdraft fee by my bank. (I wanted to give the product a try before I was charged or needed to return the product. I would have handled the money situation before I would have had a problem with the bank. That is why I was looking every day for the product to be sent to me. I thought that it was like another product that I had ordered that was never sent!)

Ordered a 14 trial of the supplement via the website and never EVER received any information about canceling the order within 14 days. I have only used 10 supplements and was very surprised to see the charge of $78.81 on my account. They will not refund the total amount. They state that they will refund $40 but it will take 3 days for this to process. I want all of my money back and do not want to wait the 3 days to find out that they did not follow through. I have requested a RMA number and they will not provide this. SCAM!

I thought I was buying a product called Berry weight control for a trial of $4.99 (for shipping and handling) I got charged on my credit card $78.81. They stated somewhere in there add (I saw the add on MSN.com) that if you don't return it they will charge you $78.81 for the balance. Nowhere does it say that!
I explained that to Ramond who is in India with a real bad connection. They only promised to refund me $60.00. I told them that I paid $18.81 for a free sample of there product and that I would contact you to be aware of this fraud. At the same time I purchased from this company a product called Colon Flush with the same amount and was also lead to believe that it was free and they charged me the same thing.
I was charged for a FREE product. Both charged me $78.81 plus a $1.58 each for handling. They have not as of yet refunded me.

Order date 3/12/2009. Bright Teeth Whitening Kit. I ordered 1 & they shipped. I received this March 25 or 26, 2009. I was supposed to be charged $5.99 for shipping & handling only. In the contract, I was supposed to have 14 days to try the product before I called to cancel the product. They would then bill the product onto my checking account. Of course, this did not happen! They billed 14 days after I ordered the product & had not even received it. (I had tried to cancel before this date without success through the internet website since I seemed to be unable to find the website again.)
3/31/09 in the afternoon. I just finished talking to the person on the phone X2 since I could not hear him because of the severe background noise & his language. I told him of these problems & hoped that another person would answer the next time. The same person answered and told me that he was talking the best that he could after I asked for his supervisor or someone that I could understand. He said that he was the supervisor. I could not understand all that he said, but I did understand that he was trying to give me $14.00 of the $78 or $79 that he said that had been charged to my account!
Since I could not understand most of what he said, he repeated X3-while I told him that he could not have already charged my account. I told him that I had just received the product the end of last week & was supposed to have 14 days to use the product before deciding to keep or send the product back. He kept repeating about that he would send me $14 of the full price back to me only. I told him that I would handle this situation myself to get the full price back! After he continued repeating about sending the $14 to me only, I hung up the phone since he seemed to keep repeating himself. When I tried to find the web site for the product today before calling, I came across consumer complaints for another product with the same company on the Consumers Affairs website. I found the telephone number on my Shipping Invoice mailed with my product.

I will send a separate complaint form for Easy White Labs.

I ordered on line a bottle of ColoFlush. It was advertised as $4.99 for a trial. Now my account was billed for $80.45. It does not work. How can I make this stop?

I cancelled this product Total Cleanse Feb. 6, 2009 and the woman I Talked to was named Sheila. I returned the product to Advanced Wellness, Research, Nampa, Idaho. My return cancellation number on that product is -----. I returned the product by FedX on February 7, 2009. I also returned another product with Total Cleanse and those people state they have that product cancelled and I will not be billed.
I checked my credit card today, I was billed $78.84 by Total Cleanse. I have been on hold for over an hour trying to get hold of someone to talk to to no avail. Their Tech Support Site does not exist. I cannot get hold of my credit card company until tomorrow. So in the mean time I have written a complaint to them, as well as to you. These people have no business charging me for merchandise that I cancelled. Please respond. Thank You.

I took advantage of a Free Trial Offer for Acia Berry Pro Capsules. When I called to place my order for a Free Trail the representative said that I would be billed $4.95 for shipping and handling only, and if I decided to keep the bottle I would be billed $78.81. I was told that if I did not want to keep the trial bottle I had 10 days to notify them and return the product.
I specifically asked the representative if I kept the trial bottle, would I be sent any more.....and he said NO I would not be sent anything more unless I reordered. So I kept the bottle and used it (which - by the way, does not work!). Oh yeah, and the package came with only the product, no paperwork whatsoever! Nothing identifying the cost or the terms. The next month I received another bottle in the mail, again no cost information or terms. When I called the (1-866-964-1011) number to inquire as to why I received another bottle, I was told that it was a recurring order. That I never called to cancel the orders.
I explained that I was told by one of the representatives that I would not be receiving anything more and therefore was not expecting anything more I did not know that I needed to call and cancel. The representative said yeah I have been getting a lot of calls like this!! When I told him I wished to return the product, I was told that they do not accept returns or give refunds. They misrepresentated themselves from the start. They sent me another bottle of this joke of a product and billed my credit card for it. This company advertises fradulently. Their marketing and buiness practices are nothing more than a SCAM.

Received trial bottle of pure acai berry 12 days after I ordered it and it had to be cancelled within 14 days. when i called to cancel the next order they would not refund the full price of the next bottle they had to keep $18.00 of the $80.00 they were going to charge me.

I received a trial product of Achi Berry and the day I received the product I cancelled my order and any further shipments. 10 days later I noticed a charge to my account of $78.81 from this company. I called and demanded a refund and was only refunded the orginail shipping of $4.99 two days later. I then again call the toll free number and was told they would fix the problem but I still have not received my refund of the $78.81 and it is going to cost me at least $30 every month to have stop payments done for this company!
The home company has no phone number listed and I can only talk to people in foreign countries who don't understand my problem. I can't afford for this company to continue to make with drawals from my checking account.
I was placed in a position I was not able to pay on some of my bills due to them taking money from my account. My bill is now past due, I had to cancel a doctors appointment I needed to go to because I could not pay for the office visit, and my bank is now charging me fees due to them using a foreigh bank. I live from pay check to pay check if this continues they are buring me!!

I ordered the free trial of Pure Acai Berry and paid the 4.99 s&h charges. I canceled a couple of days after receiving the product as I did not like the way it made me feel like my heart was racing. I DID read the fine print before I ordered and knew it was a short window of time to decide if I would keep the product coming, as it was expensive. The woman on the phone asked me why I was canceling, and told me it was no problem, I would receive no further shipments, and be charged no more.
Well you can imagine my surprise when I got another shipment yesterday. I had not looked at my bank account, but when I called this morning, I learned that I had been charged $83.80 . He told me there was no note on my account that it had been canceled, I clearly and strongly stated that I would not be charged for his company's error and that my money needed to be refunded. He asked for my cancellation number, and I had not been given one. He offered several different amounts for my potential refund. I believe he started in the 20 dollar range, went into the 40s, then into the 70s...
I was losing my patience with him and demanded that the entire amount would be refunded. He came close to it, and I asked him where the confusion was. He said I had to pay for shipping and handling. I told him I would NOT pay for that on a product I canceled. He asked me to hold. It sounded like he hung up as it was totally silent, but he did come back. He said I would have to return the product to get the entire amount refunded. I got an address from him and a number that had to be written on the outside of the package above the address. I got his name and had him spell it. I will return this and see what happens.
I wonder if I can talk to my bank and see if I can block the amount or something since it seems the company uses different names to keep processing transactions. It is my business account and I would rather not have to cancel the whole thing out. What total aggravation and a complete SCAM. Buyer beware! I wish I would have looked further into this before ordering. I should know better than to trust a company such as this! UGH!!! Don't let them push you around. I will keep this posted with what happens in the upcoming month etc.

I signed up for the trial offer of ACAI for $4.99 which I recieved. I got a call from the fraud dept. of my credit card company a few weeks later about them trying to charge $78.81 on my card. I denied it and I called to cancel with the ACAI berry people and I recieved a cancellation number. On the next months bill they charged me again for $74.95 this time and a charge of $34.95 for Purity (by the same company). I never recieved any product after the trial ones and they had the nerve to add new charges. I have to call the dispute dept. with my credit card and block charges from them in the future. I called the ACAI phone number on my credit card again and I got a second cancellation number from Bob in India. I asked why the first cancellation didn't work and he got tongue tied. What a SCAM. Can't they be stopped?

March 21,2009 My bank called to inform Me that activity was billed on my account for $78.81. This product Pure Accai Berry was mailed to my address on March 12,2009 for $4.95. This berry product was a promotional item. Talked to Niccole with a broken accent. She gave an e- mailed could not pull up.

I ordered this product online for $4.99 which included shipping,I received this product and found out I couldn't take it so I called the very next day from work and cancelled my order. The person told me it was cancelled,I asked what to do with the product and they said to keep it.I said I was going to throw it away because I could not take it.They said it was fine.
Then, I noticed another $78.81 plus another foreign transfer fee of $2.36 or somewhere around there was charged to my acct. I called up and spoke to a foreign voice telling him I cancelled previously and he denied me doing that and now I was going to be charged because I did not call w/in 14 days. I told him I cancelled when I recived the bottle. He was adament I didn't cancel and was not going to refund me the money. When I asked for a supervisor he stated they were in mtgs. he finally said he would cancel this order and refund me $40.00 of the $78.81. The man was so incompetent and wouldn't listen to me when I said I cancelled the order, I hung up the phone.
I've never received that refund and today noticed another $83.80 charged to my acct. They (Alex and Sid employee # 83458 )told me nothing was in the acct to cancel and then later on said I hung up on the caller previosly and they did not have info from me to cancel. (They just asked me all the info on me earlier to go into my acct). Syd said they have to end the call and give me a confirmation number to cancel order and cancel number over the phone. I was not able to get the $78.81 refunded because I supposedly called too late and hung up on them. Not the case, they are just incompetent and play by their rules they change them and state we are wrong. These people need to be stopped and speak better English .They mailed out another shipment and I have to pay to mail it back when I get it in 4-5 business days. It doesn't make any sense. This phone call took over 30 mins to place because I kept being put on hold. I told them I was going to report them.

I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry capsules for $4.99. It took 2 weeks to get the bottle. That's their SCAM..you have to call withing 14 days to cancel. It's hard to cancel when you haven't received the product! I called 10 days after I received the product to let thm know I was not satisfied with the product and asked for a refund. I was told no problem, ma'am.
On my next credit card statement, I had been charged $78.81 on 2/7/09 and another $83.80 on 2/22/09. I called again today and spoke with a Mark (with an Indian/Pakistani accent). He tried everything to not credit my account back the $162.61. After I stopped him the third time, I told him to credit back my money or I want a supervisor. He said he was crediting back my account. I asked where to ship the unused and unordered product. He told me to keep them with our compliments. When I got home and opened my emails, I had received an email from their customer no service saying they had credited me only $60.00.
I am out $162.61. With no satisfaction from Advanced Wellness, I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. My card company has removed the charges from my account and will dispute with Advanced Wellness Research. Hopefully, this will be the end of it. BUYER BEWARE!!

Selected the free trial for supplements on 02/08/09 that was for $4.95 S&H only. On 03/16 I receive (2) Full bottles and with charges $78.81 & $83.83. I called to find out why when I haven't even gotten the free trial they are charging me. They said I was suppose to call within 30 days of my receipt of the free trial. (That I never got) I called and was disconnected 3 times when I finally selected the button #3 to put order in I finally got a person and didn't get disconnected.
I tried to explain I never got a trial and how can they charge me for 2 months if it is just been 30 days from the order and that I never got the free trial. The man was rude and I said cancel anything you have on my file, he was yelling at me and I had to say cancel 12 times before he would cancel. He wouldn't listen, they charged me $162.64 and it wasn't even 30 days from the order and I never got the merchandise I asked for.
I was charged $162.64 in under 30 days from a free trial. If anything one order but for (2) months? Actually $162.64 + the orginal $4.95 for the free trial that I never received.

I ordered Acai Berry supplement and when it arrived, I looked at the ingredients and noticed there was a lot of caffeine. Since I cannot use caffeine, I didn't ever open the bottle. I did not notice that there was a 14 day trial and thinking I had paid for this bottle of pills, I just wouldn't get any more. When I noticed a charge of $80 + on my credit card, I called and said I hadn't opened the bottle and wanted to send them back.
They told me no since I didn't call them before the trial date was over. The person I talked to was extremely hard to understand. I kept asking for their address and she finally transferred me to a floor supervisor - - another person who could barely speak English. He, too, told me that I would not be able to get a refund. This is a big scam! I would imagine the pills probably cost them $1 to make and the way they make all their money is through people who forget or don't know about the 14 day trial.

i got charged for 5 bottles of acaiberry and coloflush when i only ordered 1 bottle of the acai berry..5x $4.99 I had to pay over draft on my checking because i did not have enough in my account to pay for 5 bottles... i need to be reinburst for 4 bottles and over dfraft fee of $64.00

I ordered a free trial of acai berry pill to try for 14 days, but before the 14 days they charged my credit card $78.81 so I called & told them to take the charge off my card & I had so much trouble understanding the guy who said his name is Alex I think they're in India so after much discussion I agreed to a $70.00 credit.Well it has shown up as another $70.00 charge on my card so I called again & tis time I talked toThomas also apparently in India & he said that it would take a few days to correct the mistake . When I called the credit card company they told me to deal with advanced wellness directly but I am going to call them again. This is a big scam!
Well so far I'm out $153.80 & they have my credit card & it seems I can't stop them from charging on my card.

I ordered the Pure Acai Berry supplement for a 14 day free trial period and was to be charged only for shipping of $4.99 which I was. I cancelled the order by phone and spoke with a Aund 10 days after receiving the product and was repeatedly assured that I would not be charged anything further and did not have to mail back the product. I received my credit card statement to find I was charged $78.81 on the same day I had called in to cancel.
I spoke with a Shane to complain and state that I had called before 14 days were up and assured that I would not be charged anything except the shipping and he stated that it was 14 days from the date of order and not from when received!!! Who ever heard of that! It does not give you any chance to try the product because I received it 1 week after ordering. I was on the phone with him for 40 minutes and I finally got him too reimburse $70 out of the $78.81 and I asked that I would not get charged further and he assured me I wouldn't. After reading other comments I hope I see the partial credit and don't get ripped off further. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!

Just like so many of the complaints i have read on this site, I too accepted the trial offer. I paid $4.95 and $5.95 for both the acai berry and colon cleansing formulas. I was charged for both and international fees. I mailed the pills back without opening them. Soon thereafter I was charged $78 and again $83 along with more international service charges. I received another package and sent it back also.I cancelled my card. But I cant get anyone to give me my money back.
I was on unpaid maternity leave and it was harder on me and my family financially.

I ordered Asai over the internet (a free sample).a couple of weeks later they charged my account $78.81, and 2 weeks later charged my account $83.80, and have received NO orders other than the sample, which did not work. I have contacted them online, but received nothing from them, and have tried to call, but only listen to their music for 10-15 minutes and then get cut off.

I ordered their free trial $4.99 Acai Berry. I was then charged $78.81 plus foreign transaction fees. 14 days later i was charged another $83.80 plus more foreign transaction fees. When i called to dispute, Roger told me he would cancel all future orders and there was nothing i could do to get refunded. After getting upset and asking for a manager, Roger told me he would refund $40.00 and i agreed.
But when i realized 10 minutes after getting off the phone they had charged another $83.80 not even 14 days later (friday) i called back and spoke to mayra who said she would refund the 83.80. she had no notes that i had called & spoken to roger or that my account had been canceled. I asked her to email me a receipt of the refund and she said she would, but i havent received anything.
This is a complete scam. And whats worse is, they have my debit card #. Each transaction shows up as something different on my statment so i cant block them. Bad News!!!!
currently i thought i was paying $4.99 and now 30days later, im in about $180 deep with them. I have a feeling this is not the end of it. Its my checking account and i think i may have to cancel it.

I signed up for the free offer for Acai Advanced weight loss pills. Within 30 minutes I was reading about many complaints for this firm. I immediately cancelled my credit card voiding an initial charge of $5.95. Since then I have been trying to contact the firm to cancel my trial offer.
Every time I think I found their address it was like hitting a dead end. I sent an e-mail to selfhelpworks who said they didn't have anything to do with sales and cancellations but sent the above phone number. My phone couldn't connect with that number and I had the Quest operator try the number. She said there must be something wrong as she couldn't connect either.
I would like to have this cancelled but can not find any one to talk to. Hopefully I won't receive unwanted products.

I ordered in early December (2008), a free bottle of pills, how they got my credit card I am not sure, don't remember if I talked to anyone or the required field demanded it. . They not only billed me about $79 for a simple month's size capsules, and I didn't check my bank statement carefully until February, then saw the February statement also had a charge, this time for $84.47.
I tried to figure out the phone no, I couldn't --it wasn't accurately presentedd on my statement. Ffinally a friend suggested I google the company . this I did today, and found out a lot of info, thank heavens at the top was acai berry-consumer complaints-advanced_wellness. and I followed that and other links. They are a disgrace, and must be prosecuted, and quickly if possible.

When I ordered a free trial of Acia Berry from Advanced Wellness Research. I immediately panicked when I recieved the verification email because my order number only had 2 digits. That didn't seem right so I immediately called to cancel ( within 30 min. of ordering ), their home page advertises easy cancellation, after getting my order # and putting me on hold he told me that their computers where down and call back in about 8 to 10 hours. I new then I had been had.
I tried to call again immediately to see if I could get a different person and I did, after getting my order number and putting me on hold then she said their computers where down and to call back in 2 to 3 hours. And then one more call after that getting the same response so the next day I called and the man told me after getting my Or# and putting me on hold again that it's to late now until after I recieve the product, then I'll have 14 days. First thing Mon. morning I cancelled my CC. Then the day after I recieved the product (6 days later) I called back again to cancel and again after getting my order numbers and putting me on hold they told me their computers where down to call back in 8 to 10 hours.
Again I called back several times (getting at least one other person) all with the same response. Their terms say they won't recieve the package back unless it has an RMA number but yet you can't get one because their computers are allegedly down 24 hours a day 7 days a week and you only have 14 days before they charge you $87.00. Even though I've already cancelled my card I have continued to attemp to cancel as directed in the terms of the offer and return the item for fear they will start sending me letters (bills) and possibly ruin my credit. I shipped it today anyway but I expect it to be returned since it has no RMA number. I would also like to add that when I recieved the package I noticed that the S/H label, the packing slip and the confirmation email all had different order numbers which I brought to their attention one of my last cancellation attempts. There is also 3 different addresses for the company and today I noticed that the web page has changed. Beware everyone. No more free trial offers for me.
So far I am only out s/h (1 round trip) however I'm sure it's not over yet, since I am unable to cancel this contract.

I ordered over the internet the Acai Berry capsuls for $4.99 plus S.& H.. I found out that it was $78.00, so I called them and told them to cancel any and all remaining product. They said that it had been done and I would not receive anymore product. The next month I received another bottle and bill stateing that the charges had been automatically taken out of my charge card. I called them again and spoke with a Nick and I told him again to cancel any and all remaining product, and that if it was not done that my atty. had advised me to file faud charges and a class action law suit against them
He said that all charges would be refunded and I would receive confirmation on my email. I told him that if I did not have a full refund with in 10 days I would be fileing the fraud charges and the class action law suit. He said that he did not understand my terms, I repeated them again and he said he still did not understand. So, I said you just keep your end of the deal and everything would be fine. He gave me what he said was his employee I.D. # and said that I would receive confirmation on my e-mail that he did the refund. I have not seen it yet on my e-mail as of this morning.

I okayed a free trial to be shipped for $1.99 on 1/30/09. Within a couple weeks I had $78.81 withdrawn from my account UNAUTHORIZED! I called back on 2/19 to get my money back, cancel any further shipments and sent the unused portion of vitamins (only used 3 in bottle) and was told I would receive back only $70.00.
On Feb. 26th, I called again asking where my money is. They told me once again that it would be replaced into my account within 3 days. I of course was charged over-drawn charges due to two checks coming in when I was counting on the $78.00 being in my account!

I order the Free Trail offer for S&H of 4.99. Received the product for 30 days with no invoice or return address. Call company and cancelled product wanted address to return product - they said could not return but no charges would be made to account. Feb 25 a charge for 78.81 came out of my credit card. I called and spoke with Ralph and he told me I did not cancel, so I was responsible for the next 12 months at 78.81 per month and could not cancel. I told him about conversation with Phillip and he said no record.
Too bad I didn't read the small print because I would pay the $960.00 over the next year. I called the credit card compnay and they told me they had over a 100 claims against this company in the last month and the only way to stop the charges was to cancel my credit card, which I did. I am out the 78.81 plus the $5.99 they took out for the S&H.
I have had to cancel my credit card and have incurred telephone charges, aggrevated my blood pressure and and out about 85.00. Plus I couldn't take the capsules anyway because they have caffeine which I cannot take - this is no where in the advertisements.

I ordered their product and I am trying to cancel future shipments. They will not do it over the internet and no one answers their phone. I have tried on numerous occasions to call. All I want to ensure is that I receive no future shipments and that no additional charges are made to my credit card. Can you help me please? Thank you so much.
I have spent a tremendous amount of time trying to cancel this product. I am out $78 dollars and do not want to spend any more

I ordered the product and I am guilty of failing to read the fine print. The capsules were delivered. I needed to return within 14 days for a full refund. I missed the 14 days by 3 days. However, I was able to speak to a live person and insisted that my order be cancelled. I wasn't willing to pay $80.00 plus for the product. The salesperson was very persistent. I finally asked him, what part of I do not want, did he not understand? We agreed that he would charge me $18.00 with a $61.00 credit. I got the credit January 21/09 and was charged another $81.00 by the company the same day.
I called and called. When I did reach someone they denied the charge. My bank confirmed. I was finally told to email to Service @ advance wellness research.com. Needless to say this was an invalid email address. I am out of $81.00. A big mistake on my part for ordering over the web. They've done a great job with scamming people. Once they get your credit card number that is it. For me, a lesson learned.
Money removed from my account after cancellation of the order. Then unable to contact by phone or email anyone. A TRUE SCAM.

I ordered online Acai Berry Free trial. Then I received an email stating they were shipping a 30 day supply but only 14 days were free. On the 15th day they would charge my card approx. $80 for the entire supply, thus no free anything.
I immediately called to cancel and was told I had to wait until the next day or 2. I called back and spoke with Philip and was told I could not cancel the order until I received it. That meant I had to pay S&H both ways for a product I did not want and had not even been shipped out yet.
I have to pay S&H both ways and I believe they will charge my card the $80 even when I cancel. They are a scam.
