Robert of Peoria IL (02/05/09)
i ordered a trial sample of cylapril. i was told i had 14 days to cancel my membership. i thought it was 14 days after receiving it, but it was 14 days from the order date. i received it 9 days after the order date, so i actually had only 5 days to try it and cancel. i called them on 12/26/08 (11 days after receiving it) and they said it was too late and i would be charged 49.95. this is intentionally misleading on their part so they can get 49.95 instead of their offer of 9.95. it is sad that companies like them prey on senior citizens and other victims who are trying to improve their health but get scammed instead.

i was charged 49.95 instead of the trial offer amount of 9.95. and it continued my losing faith in america and internet businesses.

Hello I first contacted adrenal fatique institute on December 27, 2008 about their product called Cylapril after watching a TV add commercial. I then called their phone number to discuss this product on losing weight around my midsection. During our conversation I asked the sales lady did this product have hunger suppresent in it and I never got a answer.

After agreeing to order the trial period of this product I gave the operator my credit card information. I was to cancel this order before the 30 day trial period exspired. I have been sick and I completly forgot to cancel my order.

Since then the company has deducted 49.00 back on 01149 from my checking account for a book that was suspposed to be free. They then have deducted another 56.00 from my account that is to be deducted each month from my card account. I haven't even touched any of this product because of a medical problem I know have. After reviewing a company called Burnfat.net on the net they stated that this product Cylapril doesn't have any traces of a weight losing indigredient in them. And also that they charge way too much for these pills.

I have decided to cancel the rest of the order. I have sent the company a Email to ask them can they cancel my order. I will know this week if they can. If not I will have to cancel my bank credit card to keep them from deducting any more money from my account. It has been only 4 days since the expiration of the trial order.
