I ordered one of the units from the Ab Energizer infomercial on 12/15/01 and received it sometime in late January or early February. I was billed 120.75 on my credit card. I returned the unit sometime in February, 2002 to the Fulfillment Center for Ab Energizer. I included a copy of the invoice along with a note asking for a refund to be credited back to my original method of payment. I emailed "orders@abenergizer.com" in September, 2002 as instructed by the call center, with no response about my refund. I repeatedly tried calling and emailing only to find the number disconnected and no such address exists on internet.

It is now November, 2007, and I am still waiting on my refund with no response from Ab Energizer. I am out of 120.75, not to mention the aggravation and humiliation of being duped by a disreputable organization.
