Sleepy's - Damaged Merchandise |

I was to have a daybed delivered February 20. Upon delivery they discovered that the twin flat spring was missing hooks on each corner. The delivery guy explained that he could return the same day with the missing parts and that someone would call me back in 20 minutes. After the delivery guy left, I waited 2 hours before calling myself. I never got the gentleman's name I spoke to but he advised me that they were not sure of the missing parts so they will exchange the whole set which would be the next day, Sunday. When I called Sunday morning to verify delivery the gentleman I had spoken to the day before never wrote up an exchange or delivery date. I was told to put a mattress on the floor for my daughter to sleep on. I'd have to wait til Wednesday, February 25 for a new delivery. I feel my daughter should not have to sleep on the floor for 4 days. Report Your Experience
