well my husband has been renting from them since 2005.he has paid for several items.well we got a washer and dryer from them ,they damage the dryer in delivery.which was over a year ago we let them know.they just decied to repair it,when they was suppose to have fixed and delivery it.they bought one that was not ours.we told them and refuse to take it they bought us another and they were money cause those were nore expensive.not our fault they made the mess.they want to make payments on time, but they will not admit to their mistakes.

iadmit we were late a couples of times they call they came ,to our home and drove on my grass left signs all around my home.i dont think they even fix it it cause i went in the store, there was one mess up the same as mine.they left threathing messages on my cell phone and home phone.the last draw was when he came to my home and rearrange my patio furniture and lawn mower.to block my door.and left stickers all over my home that was the last draw.

i had already told them to come and get it cause,i was sick of the hassle.i told them i would call when me or my husband was home, because we both work.they came without us calling that is when they rearrange our furniture.when we got home that night that was it we call the sheriff.the biggest part of the problem was they were calling and harrasing me my name was nowhere on the contract it was only in my husband, wehave given the stuff back but they dont care about anybody but theirself they are rude, very impolite.they want their money.but dont keep up whart they are suppose to do.

On Friday, December 19, 2008, Myself and my wife went to Rent-A-Center and rented a big screen television. We filled out the necessary paperwork and paid what amount was required by Josh. We asked if the television could be delivered on Friday, Josh turned to his supervisor and asked and was told, Yes. Josh told us that the t.v would be delivered this evening. Not only did no one deliver our television and not call us.

On Saturday December 20, 2008, We went back to Rent-A-Center and asked Josh what had happened, he turned to his supervisor and asked how come our television was not delivered his supervisor said We ran out of time.

1. We recieved no appology. 2. Supervisor was uncaring and arrogant. 3. No attempt was made to even show any concern or importance of keeping us as a customer. We requested our contract to be cancelled and we recieved our rental fee back. I only hope that the service quality that we recieved is not an example of the quality of customer service that is represented or encouraged by your company. At this momment we are still without a television.

My wife has a seizure disorder and as a result of the upsetting had a seizure and had to be put to bed.

I signed up with rent-a-center in which I signed an agreement in regards to payment, due dates, etc. Well the furniture that I requested from one of their catologs is the one from the picture, in which I assumed was new. When it was delievered, it was damaged and not from loading and unloading. My night stand has candle wax on, it, the draws was full of garbage from the previous owner, and I was unhappy about it.

The day of the deliever I indicated that the nightstand has candlewax on it and the driver/delivery person inidicated that he tried to take it off but was unsuccessful. So in reality of it, they knew that the night stand was damaged, and decided to deliever it in hopes that I would not discover it or complain about it. So not only did I complain on it on paper, I spoke to a Robert and told him about it. They have yet to order a replacement for it and the results are that I did not pay my monthly bill.

They are threatening me, leaving tags 2 or 3 a day, banging on the door as if they are the police, based on what my neighbors are telling me, sending me threatening letters to my job, and as many as 4 to 5 calls a day on my cell and no telling how many on my home phone.
