Cindy of Dublin, Ohio writes (7/25/01):
I agreed to keep the sectional on the conditions that he send me some material to fix it and took the discount. What a mistake that was. It has been in my home for almost four months and it is falling apart. The seems are coming apart and the leather is peeling. Even at a discount it is junk. I am writing to make consumers aware of this kind of furniture. The manufacturer is not standing behind this product at all and it has a year warranty. I was told they were sending a inspector out to look at my sectional and I haven't seen or heard from them in months. When I call them noone knows anything. I am out $750.00 and I have a sectional that isn't going to last a year, if that! Report Your Experience
