My overall experience would be one big fat "O". I purchased a Jamison mattress and it sagged in less than a month. It was replaced by the factory only after I had to go through a lot of problems of taking pictures of it in with strings hanging across it plus the slats. At 83, I had to move this thing by myself. They replaced it and now it is sagging again. I purchased a new mattress because my old one was hurting my hip. Now I am having the same problem. This is the worse experience I have had in my lifetime of purchasing a mattress.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

We purchased a Jameson mattress/box springs from a local company in 2007. This product has a 10 year guarantee, only if you keep it covered in plastic and don't use it. If there is one spot of any sort on the mattress, it voids your warranty. Well, this bed has sagged and given us a backache and believe me this set wasn't cheap.
We are out our money and still need to buy a new mattress/box spring set. Jameson will not do anything because of a spot on the mattress. I have learned a valuable lesson, but they are crazy! I will never buy another Jameson and I have told everyone I know not to buy Jameson. I'm complaining here and I'm putting it on my Facebook account.

This is the worse mattress I have ever owned. The company says it fall within the guidelines, (after complaining, they sent us a spec sheet) It is the Talalay latex model. It has to be turned often, and you cannot hardly turn over in it because you quickly make an indentation where you always sleep. It is a king size and it was about 2000.00 for the set. I would not recommend it.
It literally is dead weight. You cannot turn it, and it requires it often. This is not a good mattress. My husband and I both now have a lot of back pain.
