allyn of los angeles, CA October 15, 2009 I took my vehicle in to have the interior reupholstered and was givin a quote of $950 to for the seats, and $770 for the rest of the interior. Came to an agreement that over the 30 days it would take for the work to be completed that I would be able to bring money to the company to go towards the payment in full. Everything was going according to plan until one day I arrived at the company and noticed that the interior was being painted a different color than I had chosen. I talked with owner to let him know that the color was not what I had picked, and he stared explaining to me that the original color for the year, and model of my car is what he was going by. I eventually convinced him to paint it the color I picked but noticed that he was giving off an attitude. He added an extra $50 to my bill saying that it would cover for the new paint. I was told taht he would finish the work in 2 weeks time so I left him with a $100 towards the bill, and I let him know that I would be back the followung week with another payment. The next week when I arrived I noticed that the vehicle had not been worked on and I was asked if I could give them another week to complete it. Week after week my car was still sitting without the work being performed and then suddenly I was told that the company had a new owner and they didn't have any knowledge of the agreement that previously arranged. I had givin this company about $1200 until I noticed that the work being done was very unprofessional. Report Your Experience
