Is this your Business?

Burger King

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

We bought apple pie for our kids and our daughter thought it was blueberry pie. But when we looked closer, they were patches of mold. It was so gross and my kids almost ate it.

We race in Timmonsville, SC at the Florence Motor Speedway on Saturday nights. We live in McColl, SC and to come home, we can come through Darlington or through Florence down I-95. When we go 95, we do Wendy's. When we go Darlington, we do Burger King. We chose Burger King that night, we pull a race car hauler and we got there at 11:15 pm. We got out, went to the door, it was locked. I looked at the sign and it said that dining room hours till 12pm. I knocked on the door. A black lady came to the door and I pointed out the hours. She said yes, but we had no business in 1 and a half hours so we closed the dining room early. And I pointed out we can't get through a drive thru with a trailer.

She shut the door in our face, no food, no service, was rude, and my last time ever at any Burger King as long as I live. But you need to know why your business is hurting; this was the only fast food place in Darlington. So, we came home with a bag of chips from a convenience store after a long day of racing. Thanks so much, by the way, this was this past Saturday night, April 28th.

2-3 times a week, I visit a Burger King store #6489 near my workplace in Newport, KY. For the last 2 weeks, the food and service have been offensive. I would have discontinued my loyalties some time back, but usually, I'm shopping for 2-4 co-workers as well. A week ago, the cashier ignored me with no other patrons for five minutes, so I left. Today was the last straw. Admittedly, they were busy, and when I stated that I had four separate orders, I was met with discontent. See, I was sent with not only money but separate coupons for the separated orders. I was told that I couldn't use coupons for separated orders by the cashier, who was I admit more friendly than the supposed manager, who was an **. This is how a business becomes #2.

On Saturday, March 24, 2012, I visited Burger King #17033, which is located at 1311 Dutch Fork Rd. Ballentine, SC. The drive-thru was very backed up and we had to wait awhile to place our order, but the cashier was very nice and apologetic. She pointed out that they were short-staffed, which was very obvious and I felt very bad for them. When we finally received our order, everything was intact and hot. I was eating my onion rings then after sharing them with my husband and sons, a disgusting spider crawled out of the bottom of my onion ring container. I was so disgusted that I almost gagged. I was so upset that we did not finish the remainder of our meals. I will never visit this Burger King or any other ones for that matter and I'm spreading the word to all of my friends and family as well.

I had ordered a Double Whopper and asked that it be made as it appears on the picture on the menu board. I noticed on my receipt that I was charged an "extra" charge for lettuce, onion & tomato of $.50. Shame on you. BK should be putting out the same product it pictures on the menu board for the posted cost representative and not be charging an additional fee. To me, this is clearly misrepresentation of what you claim your product is for the price you charge. My dissatisfaction threw out the past years of patronizing your business and has finally gotten to the point I write this email. I think that the combination of the hot box burger patties which are all but cold and the less than acceptable garnishments, I am just about to the point of not going back again. Too darn bad because you have the best burger available...you just forgot how to make it.

I took your survey to get my free whopper but when I get to the restaurant and ordered it with the meal, they still charged me $3.40 for my meal, when the meal is only $5.09, and the whopper is over $3 by itself. You can't take $3 away from $5.09 and still come up with $3.40. I don't care how you do the math. If you're going to offer a free whopper, I think you should honor your coupons for a free whopper if that is what you're offering and not cheat your customers by charging extra for the fries and drinks. I believe you are practicing false advertising by doing this, or at least advertise this practice you are doing so as to not be offering a free whopper, which you are not.

I walked inside to give my order for my husband and I. My order was taken quickly and satisfactorily. But the wait to get the order was simply outrageous. Customers were yelling at the drive up window about the long waits. They also beeped their horn over and over again. The manager told them they were doing the best they could. He only had two people on even though it was Friday night around 9PM. I guess that's not normal. It didn't get any better. Long, long, long wait. People backed up to the street and came inside yelling for their orders. This was at 701 West Riverside Dr Parker, AZ 85344 (928) 669-2512.

I was in Burger King on Federal highway and Sheridan with my wife and the manager ** was yelling at the employee. The employee was upset and I was upset over it .The employee tried to to take my order but the manager was still screaming at her. I asked the manager what was wrong and she did not answer. I went to the restroom and it was a mess. I will never return to that Burger King again.

I went to BK for lunch with my sister and 7 others, including a party of 7 with me. Our lunch was outrageously priced. I said I could go just down the street and get the McDonald's full meal deal at 1/3 of the cost. Not only were prices far fetched, but service was terrible. The manager was right there and lines were backing up. It cost me over $40 for three Happy Meals and four other sandwiches and two onion rings (two of the sandwiches were meal deals, if you can believe that). Don't go to the BK next to Old Town in Kissimmee, Florida. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau for prices not being posted on menu and that is a violation.

During the Mardi Gras festival in Metairie, Louisiana, my husband and I took our daughter and our six-year old godson to watch the Mardi Gras parades. When our godson needed to go to the bathroom, I opted to take him to the nearby Burger King but we were turned away upon entering after being told by an African American staff member that we had to make a purchase or give a donation in order before he would be allowed to use the bathroom. In my opinion, he displayed a very unprofessional and heartless level of customer courtesy. I was appalled by the fact that a six year old was refused bathroom access by Burger King.

**, who was the acting manager of Irving, TX store on Esters Rd tried 3 times to get the customer order correct. A number of other customers also witnessed this folly. I suggested the customer gets his money back since the manager was unable to get the order correctly, double meat with cheese. The manager refused to do so. I was disgusted by the treatment of this customer and decided not to eat at this establishment, so my friend and I left. I cannot speak for my friend, but I am not planning on coming back.

I went to the Burger King district #10785 on 4/06/2012 lunch time and there were 5 people behind the counter working, not counting the ones cooking and not many people in the dining area either. We waited in line forever, but there was only 3 people in front of us. The girl working the register was so rude, she did not even look at me but once and I had to ask her 3 times what she said and tell her 3 times what I wanted. When we finally did get our order, the other lady threw the tray across the counter and dumped all the onion rings out. She did not say a word and my french fries were cold and way overcooked.

Right then I just about to walk out, but they had my money. So we went to go sat down. We could not find a clean seat/table to sat at, so we wiped it off and laid out our paper because they had no napkins out. The floor was filthy and I watched one of the other workers come out to clean. She did like 4 tables and walked over the trash in the floor 5 times and did not pick it up. Then she took the trash can out of the bin and left it in front of the door and went in the back. So finally, my husband and I got up and left. The only one I found to smile was the manager. Funny. It will be a while before I'll go back. They will have to change some people. I told about this to my family so they will not either.

This has happened more than once to us. I thought you needed to know after several times. I worked in the fast food industry for over 21 years, so I know how it is to work in these places and how to conduct myself and the business. I find it sad that you can't find someone who will work at a good pay like that, but then again, they all know each other and are too young. Send them to McDonald's to work for them. They don't care as long as they show up for work. Boy, how I would love to be the secret shopper here. Thank you, have a great day.

The Burger King in Jonesboro, LA has the worst service of any fast food chain restaurant. The restaurant is poorly managed and has earned a reputation around the parish for the terrible service, unprofessional and rude employees, and poor food quality. I have been to other Burger King restaurants and I enjoyed the food, but I refuse to go to the one near my home as well as others that I know. I think the company should closely evaluate this particular business and make changes since they are poorly representing the company.

It took a manager 5 times to make a whopper with cheese and no tomatoes. As I handed back the 4th burger to the associate, the manager was pouting to the associate about how she has wasted 4 burgers. I asked the associate if that was seriously a manager pouting that she can't follow directions nor read off a screen. She told me yes and the manager continued to pout after hearing me say I could hear her. Then, she had the nerve to tell the associate that if the burger wasn't to my liking, then she should give me my money back.

I told the associate she can give me my money back now without making the 5th burger because it's fine with me to go get hot food at Wendy's. They didn't give my money back, but I thought it was made to order my way, so what is the problem? My French fries were cold and the burger still wasn't hot when they finally made it. The other person I ate with had cold food because they messed up her order, too. This morning, we tried to call to complain, maybe with a different supervisor, but no one answered. We took their survey, so hopefully they will change. I doubt they will, but it was a waste of money.

Old bacon breakfast wraps - Why would BK get rid of such a good meal? It possibly ruined my morning finding that out!

It was April 1, 2012, a Sunday, when I went to Burger King through drive-thru in the afternoon around 4:30 pm. As always, I ordered my food in Spanish. Anyway, I loved how the young lady took my order; she was very polite to me. I really love how she treated me in the window; she looked happy to get my order. I appreciated the customer service I had. I will go to BK again. By the way, the BK is on North Broadway.

This is the nearest BK in my area. Each and every time I have to visit this BK there is an issue. First of all, the drive thru is slow and so is the front counter. Too much playing and talking at the front counter as well as the back where food is prepared, that includes management. Every time I go there, one of the guys from the back, who should be making sandwiches, is too busy trying to get a number from customers.

On March 30, 2012, my son just had to have a Whooper Jr., so with hesitation we drove up the street to BK. There was one car ahead in the Drive thru, no cars behind me. I sat at the intercom system for 8 minutes, I said hello four times and each time, the female manager said, hold on a second. By the fourth hello I was furious, I said hello again, she finally said, "Okay, can I take your order?" I ordered my son's Whopper Jr. value meal. I get to the window only to find out that the rude chick on the other end of the intercom was a manger (go figure). **, I was super pissed already then she had the nerve to take my debit card, proceeded to take her cash drawer out so another employee can take over the drive thru. So, she closes out and the other employee hands me my card and receipt. The proper procedure would have been for her (the manager) to finish our transaction then close out, but nope, that's what happens when all you dish out is bad customer service.

I asked the new young lady (who was very nice an apologetic, she said I don't know what happened, but I apologize, much appreciated for that) for the store manager information she gave me the store owner name and number, Rita Haarman. I called the owner last Friday, March 30, 2012 and today is April 3, 2012. I haven't received a call back. I left a message with my name and number but no response. I'm so fed up with receiving bad customer service at this location. Why do I have to go out of my way to go to another BK to get fast, courteous service?

I work in customer service for one of the leading shipping companies and we pride ourselves in exceptional customer service. I always provide great customer service. BK needs to understand that all they provide is a service and without customers, you can't provide that service. I want is a call back. I don't want any coupons or anything free. I want good customer service, not attitudes or incompetency!

I visit BK almost every morning to purchase breakfast at approximately 6:25 am. Their posted hours of operation on Mondays through Fridays is 5:30 am to 1 am. I specifically exit my bus ride en route to my job, because the bus stop is directly at the curb side in front of BK; all I have to do after getting the carry-out BK breakfast is to wait at the bus stop for the next bus to deliver me to my job.

Well, this morning when I exited the bus, I walked up to the only door entrance and pulled on the handle, and the door would not open. I tried the other door handle with the same result. The dining room lights were out, but the cooking area was well lit, and I saw a familiar Hispanic lady working behind the counter and another gentleman I did not recognize taking orders from the drive-up. I waited until the last car departed from the drive-up pick up window. I saw the Hispanic lady taking a drive-up order. After a couple of minutes passed, I got her attention and told her that the front door was locked. She motioned for me to return to the front door and said that this male worker would be there to unlock.

Needless to say, he never came to unlock the door. I stood out there another fifteen minutes, watching from outside the front doors both of them at the cash register, practically ignoring me.

Eventually, the bus came, and I boarded it to the job without any breakfast. I called BK as soon as I arrived at my desk, asking to speak to the manager. The man who was there answered the phone. He told me he would get the manager. I was waiting fifteen minutes on the phone. Eventually, someone hung up the phone. I immediately called back. They hung up on me again. I called back again, and this time, a different lady answered. She asked me to wait for a couple of minutes, then I explained my complaint to her. She said the manager, who I usually see, had to run an errand and that he locked the front doors after first letting the two employees in to conduct business for the morning customers.

I do not understand this way of conducting business: only taking orders for cars that drive up. The lady I suspect was another manager told me a 4-digit confirmation number that I can use beginning the next day I visit that location, so I can receive for my inconvenience a free meal on them. I will revisit Bk for this compensation, but I believe it is best to end this breakfast habit. Several of these times, I have had to wait several minutes before they even take my order.

I love BK's food (Jr. Whopper, Whopper, chocolate shakes, chicken sandwich, Southwestern Breakfast Burrito, Sausage Burrito, and 4-piece Chicken Fingers with Sweet 'N Sour Sauce). I believe BK needs to seriously train their employees on speed of service and attention to detail in getting the order right as the customer prefers it their way; otherwise, they will continue to lose business to their competition. Isn't BK in the business of selling fast food? Walk-in customers are a potential source of their total sales, but they are not treated equally as important as the customers driving to the drive-up window. .

It was about 10:45 pm, I was on my way home, hungry as hell, and Burger King was about the only thing open, so I stopped. I asked for a Double Whopper with Cheese, no tomato, no pickle! I got my sandwich, and guess what was on my sandwich tomato and pickle only! This was not the only time this has happened at this particular Burger King. Was the guy that took my order stupid, or thought that since they were due to close soon, they they thought they would screw my order up and give me everything I did not want on my sandwich, and leave everything that's supposed to be on it, off? Not a very big fan of BK so much anymore.

Burger King has always been my favorite burger restaurant but due to the extremely long wait time, I will not be going back. I kept going back thinking something would change but it has not. As I sat in line, saw 3 cars behind me pull out and leave. A car in front of me left after placing order. BK must be losing money at this store.

I ordered my food at 12:23 and was served at 12:40. Although my meal was good, I really didn't want to wait that long at a fast food establishment. For the amount of employees I witness and it was lunch time, I expected faster service. Expectation is high? That's my fault. During my last visit, a female manager actually yelled at a cashier (apparently new) with a lobby full of customers, who, too, were waiting what we all felt was too long. I may or may not eat at your establishment in the future. If I do, that will be my judgment day for your restaurant. Thanks for your time.

Burger King advertises that they make their burgers they way you like it. No they don't. Their burgers come out stale because they let them stay out and then "microwave them to warm them up," that's a quote from their management. Isn't this how people get sick? They have no complaint phone number that actually does anything and their management is rude all the way to the top. They wonder why they are losing market share to McDonalds and Wendy's. Change the rude people in Mount Prospect. Unprofessional and they can't serve a warm meal if they tried.

As a student and keeping odd hours, I often have a late dinner. Tonight, due to a deadline, I opted for fast food and chose Burger King. Big mistake. My order was completely wrong, cold and stale. In addition to the bad food, which I did not eat, the drive-thru operator was rude and inattentive. I believe he did not enter my order when I placed it as it did not appear on the order confirmation screen. After mumbling through the taking of my order, he told me to pull to the window for my total.

At the window, I was never greeted. In fact, the cashier said almost nothing to me. He thrusted his hand through the window in expectation of payment. I handed him my credit card and it took a long time for him to process it. When he finished, he wordlessly thrusted the card and my receipt into my face. When he brought my order to the window, he finally said, "Do you want ketchup?" When I said yes, he seemed irritated by the response and forcefully threw several ketchup packets into the bag. Throughout the entire transaction, I had the impression that he was very angry.

This is my second horrible experience with Burger King in the past ten days. I will not be returning. Store number 1994 and store number 5688, both on Mississippi Street in Aurora, Colorado, provide this level of service. Anyone who has the opportunity to visit either should decide on something else.

I am highly unsatisfied with your new french fries. I loved your previous fries. They were my favorite fries of all the fast food restaurants. They were good hot; they were good cold. I find the new fries terrible because they have the new thicker cut, so they are more soggy all the time. They even seem like they are under cooked. Now, you have forced me to eat McDonald's fries and I do not like their fries either, but they are much better than the new recipe you have put out. I was so sad to see this. I hope you find my input helpful for the future of BK fries.

I was at Burger King in Franklin, KY around 5:45 pm. When we got there, they were very busy. There was a baseball team there from Indiana that was in line before us, around 15 to 25 of them. I didn't mind waiting the 15 to 20 minutes before we got to order. Me and my husband placed our order. I told the cashier that I would like our food cook fresh and hot. She said okay, she walked over to tell the cooks, and the manager was standing there, and said it will be hot and fresh, because we are so busy. We waited 10 minutes or more for our food, then we we got it.

I was very upset, the fact we waited in line,15-20 minutes. Then waited on our food for 10 minutes or more, then we sat down to eat. We had got 2 original chicken sandwiches; one with cheese, 2 onion rings crispy and 2 drinks. We sat down to eat, opened our sandwiches. There was no cheese. Bread was burnt, one dot of mayo, maybe 3 shreds of lettuce and onion rings were old and soggy. I took the food back up to the manager, told her it was suppose to be hot and fresh. She said it is because of the baseball team. I said no it ain't, they all ordered burgers. She grabbed it out of my hands, gave me a dirty look. So I stood there, waiting for my food. She handed it to me. I went back to sit down, opened up my sandwich and it was the same one, only difference was they took a piece of cheese, and halved it, laid it on my chicken, not even melted.

Burger King use to have the best original chicken sandwich, but this was like a thin frozen patty that was deep fried to done. I don't understand why people in fast food have to be so rude. If the manager couldn't handle a crowd, she doesn't need that position, and then take it out on the customers. If you don't have customers, you don't have a job. I'm not the type of person to complain, but I've worked in public all my life. My parents owned and ran a family restaurant, and customers are always right.

I went to work one day and told the store manager that I was hurling my guts out and needed to go home. She said, "Oh well, not my problem!" and went home. I called everyone I could and nobody came in to work so I was going from making food, to hurling, back to making food. How horrible is this! I couldn't afford to lose my job so didn't quit, but I can say I no longer eat at Burger King even though I work there! I have made a report to the Health Department, but do not know what actions have been taken. So sick! Oh and I have been made to work several times sick, even though the food handler's card says during testing that nobody should work around food while ill. I contacted the GM and he said they greatly value the store manager. Ugh! So be very careful when you order from anyone that nobody is hurling in the bathroom.

It's Sunday 2/19/2012 at 10:20 am, my husband and I went in to place an order. One guy walked around from the side and got a small brown bag and didn't acknowledge us. Another guy came out of the cooler and didn't acknowledge us but we looked at both of them and knew they had seen us. I said, "Excuse me, hello." No one answered, so we waited. There was no one in the dining room and no line at the window so we waited finally my husband said, "Let's go." We got in the car and it was 10:29 so we went to McDonald's across the street and they took our order and the order said 10:31.

We came to the conclusion that neither one of the employees wanted to wait on us nor they hid behind obstacles to avoid us and ignore us. Prior to us arriving, they may have been busy and tired but our thoughts about BK would have been different if they only acknowledged us and said they will be with us shortly then we wouldn't have minded to wait longer.

I live very close to Burger King. Only had my debit card with me. Placed my order and total was $26.22. I was asked for my ID and was told that any order over $23.00 required an ID. I didn't have mine on me. I go there a whole lot and always pay the same amount, if not more. I was never asked for my ID before. I understand if they have something new going on. I was angry that my ID was asked for after my card was slid and my order was paid for. They refunded it but they never should have had me pay for it before they asked for my ID.

I was in the drive-thru, trying to hurry, because I had worked late. All I wanted was 4 Wopper combos, no onion add cheese. After rudely telling me to hold on, she came back on, and told me I needed to go inside to place the order. For 4 combos that were exactly the same? I will be taking my business elsewhere. The Burger King in Gonzales, LA on Hwy 30 is the worst. They always have bad service.

My cell receives updates on the BK free deals, such as super bowl free whoppers and the free Valentine fudge sundae. Not only did the Queens Village BK not participate but the Jamaica ave BK didn't even know about it. This update I receive is useless. It only reminds me I'd rather spend my money at McDonald's. At least, they know what time it is when it comes to their deal offers! What a sham, oops, shame. Three cheers for McDonald's. Thanks to BK's whacky deal offers.

I asked for fries with no salt and well done for so many times but it was not taken care of. I asked for cheese on sandwich but they never got it put on. Their dining room tables are not clean and so are the chairs. The floors are not being swept and mopped clean. The bathrooms are not clean either.

My son went to the drive through on Sunday, February 5th. The cashier forgot to give him his card back. He pulled away and realized it. He immediately went back around to the window. The cashier then told him they had already cut it up. Company policy. I spoke to the shift manager, and the manager. The manager was going to have the DM call me but he was in a meeting. I understand cutting up unclaimed cards, but not two seconds after you leave. I asked what about wallets. She said they would open it, cut everything up and throw it away. They didn't even give the card back to him. I had to call and tell them to give it back. They only snapped it in half, the numbers were still legible. My son will have to pay for a new card and no access to his money for a week or two. No apology. Simply keep saying, it was unfortunate. Not going back...ever. Still complaining to anyone who will listen.

Evidently, there is a website you can comment on regarding your recent visit to a BK, **, however, I have not used this feature for good or bad service before. The problem here is, my daughter, who is a single mom of a 4 month old son, works at our Pekin, IL BK, and some customer did respond to the website. The issue is that those website responses go directly to the GM of the specific store that you are commenting on.

I am physically disabled, and so was the woman who wrote her comments on the website. Shamefully, our Pekin, IL BK manager, assumed that my daughter or I, made the said experience report. Now, my daughter is being threatened with cut hours, or worse. According to another store employee, the woman overheard comments between workers, about lack of employees, having the required food safety certifications. I'm not sure if I even want my daughter working at a restaurant, of such low standards, with an insecure and immature boss.

I went with two work associates to Burger King on Peters Rd. Knoxville, TN. I ordered food, was given ticket and sat down to wait for number. Another group came in and ordered and received food. I went to cashier and asked when our food would be ready and she said, "What did you order?" She said they didn't have any thing else to come up but she would place the order again. I gave her the ticket and we left.

I want the board of health to come out and see how dirty the Burger King restaurant is. I went to this restaurant and how dirty it was. What can be done about this situation? The bathroom was dirty and the employee's share the same bathroom with customers but no one cleans the bathroom. The faucet was broken and you can't wash your hands because there's no soap and the faucet drips tiny amounts of water and that's how the people who prepare our meals do. It's disgusting.

Third time it is. We had a hamburger and onion rings for the last time on January 29, 2012 in Arad, Israel. It was gross. In the past it was great, I don't know what has happened. Since I spent 85.80 shekels, I expect it to be good. Some of the other food is okay, but I really wanted a hamburger and onion rings. I still have the receipt. What can you do for me and my husband, so we can at least enjoy some other things there?

I made my order and drove around to pay and the cashier told me to go back around and re-make my order because she did not get it. So I asked her why she can't just re-take my order now. She said if I don't, she will call the police. I did not want problems so I drove back around, talking to my baby and then looked up and the line was too long so I asked to talk to a manager and saw that the manager is the cashier.

So I did not want to get mad again. This was the last time I'll ever waste my money in any Burger King. I have a Hispanic friend, before driving up at the drive-thru window, I was talking to him on my cell phone behind my friend and I asked my friend to ask for ketchup. Because they both are Hispanic and the guy waiting on my friend, he would give him 2 hands full of ketchup. So I was talking to my friend and pulling up to the drive-up window waiting on the same guy to give me my fries and saw a big box of ketchup right in front of my eyes. I asked for some ketchup and the Hispanic guy inside said he doesn't have any and he just ran out.

So I have been looking for an "I hate Burger King" page on Facebook and now I am happy. I'm a risk-taker and wealthy and wanted to maybe buy Burger King, have something profitable but I took a slow look at everything and I think that Burger King needs to close their doors. Everyone of them around the world is trashy, run by trash. With that being said, I will not even drive in to turn around because someone may see me at Burger King and wonder why I'm there. Someone said Burger King needed a new makeover, and I said it needs hauled to a landfill/dump. Sorry that may disrespect the dump..

This BK is on Dixie Highway, South Miami, on left before Eureka Drive. They will not give me their address just like when I make an order and never have what I would like to eat. It's not right how mean the people that work inside want to treat people who are buying and spending their hard-earned money. In business the people that work inside have to be nice and smiling and have a want to make people spending their money happy before leaving.

I went to a BK in Sofia, Bulgaria with a Bulgarian friend of mine. My order was a whopper, large fries with no salt and a large fanta. My friend did the order and what we ended up with was a regular burger, small fries with extra salt and a small coke. Obviously, we complained but the staff member insisted that was what we ordered and refused to change anything even though we had the receipt for the more expensive items. So their motto "You want it your way" translates to "You get what we want you to have and that's it". I will not use BK anymore, anywhere because of this.

Burger King has racist employees throughout their franchise, from the drive-thru service to their guest relations department. I placed a respectable complaint months ago (with my real name) and never received a response back. I place another complaint with the exact scenario yesterday (with a fake, americanized name) and received a response hours later. My complaint had to do with racial discrimination by the drive-thru service (in Marion, IL), prior. This is why BK is last in line when it comes to fast food franchises. Racist, ignorant and hillbillies run it.

Do not go to Burger King if you have any respect for the educated. These people own work and hire inbreeds. It's too obvious. I will never go to another BK again, and will continue to spread the word about these racists. Good day all.

San Bruno California located at Tanforan Mall has no bathrooms to wash hands, no hand sanitizer or wet naps. How disgusting! The worker behind the counter said I could go downstairs (after ordering our food) or go to Sears, several stores away from the Burger King. I wonder if the employees had to do the same or if they have a restroom or a place to wash their hands? I will never eat there again.

They have the worst customer service ever! On Thursday and Friday morning about 3am, I pulled up to the drive thru. I asked which was being told, breakfast or lunch. The girl working at the drive thru replied, "What does it look like?" She then started to explain to me she doesn't need the job, it was second and all, and then told me to leave. Never once did she ask me what I wanted to order. People like her are the reason background checks are checked on job. Hostile attitudes don't go well on jobs where customer service is greatly needed. I've been a Burger King customer since I earned my first dollar. Now I am disgusted to think of giving them another dollar. This is terrible.

I went to the drive thru and the cashier sounded like she was having a bad day. I waited like 10 minutes before anyone took my order. When I finally got to the window, I was given the drinks and told to park while they make my order. I don't mind this because I rather have fresh food than food that has been sitting forever. When I got my food, I gave my children their kids' meal only to find out it had the burgers but no fries and my whopper was only made with meat and cheese.

I went back and I was told there was nothing they could do, because they swore they gave me the fries in the kids' meal. They only exchanged my burger for a regular whopper that was all soggy and made horribly. That was like a month ago. I went back today and bought a western bbq meal with large fries. Well, the burger meat was burnt and where were the onion rings? It had one string of regular white onion with no cheese. I love Burger King food, but things like this make me not want to go back.

My husband and I stop in the local Burger King store near the local Galleria mall every once and a while. We had ordered our meals and I asked very nicely not to put onions in my sandwich because I am highly allergic. I had to wait three times for them to get it right. When we finally got our food, I was very disappointed. The only reason why they call it a whopper is because of all the toppings they put on. That was not a burger. And my husband's fries were soggy. I really don't believe this restaurant deserves to be called Burger King. This is the last time I will buy anything from this establishment.

Many times, I have received my coffee not closed tight enough. This morning, I was dress all in white when my coffee dripped all over my pants on my way to work. I couldn't drive 25 miles back home to change and thank God that this morning was cold cause I could of burned myself with the coffee because it's usually so hot. I am writing, so this doesn't happen to any one else and that no one suffers from burn legs. I call the Burger King restaurant soon after this happened but the person who answer sounded like she did not wanted me to talk to the supervisor and said that there was no supervisor or manager on duty.

I just went to a local Burger King and made a purchase. One of the items I ordered was their dutch apple pie. After eating my meal, I opened the pie, only to find mold! I have called the local Burger King in Haltom City, TX 5 times and allowed the phone to ring for about 4 minutes each time. They have no voice mail set up, which doesn't make sense. So I found the consumer relations (corporate) number, and of course they are closed on the weekends. This doesn't make sense either because people eat just as much fast food on weekends as they do during the week! I guess I'll have to wait until Monday to speak with someone.

I went to Burger King drive through. It took 30 minutes when I got to window and they had my order wrong. I ordered the meal with a Coke. They stated I only ordered the sandwich with a Coke. I didn't understand why they were laughing and then she told me that if I wanted the meal, I would have to go around the drive through again and order correctly. I explained that I ordered the meal with a coke like I have countless times at countless fast food places, but this didn't phase her or her co-worker. She explained while laughing at me, for me to get the fries with my sandwich and Coke, I would have to drive back around and order again. I contacted the Burger King complaint line at (305) 378-3535.

I am done with Burger King, this isn't the first time I have had incredibly horrible service and now I know to never attempt to waste my money there again.

With employees like these, in these economic times, it's a wonder how they manage to turn any profit. If a white employee treated a black customer this way, a lawsuit would immediately follow, granting the customer untold sums of money for discrimination and make the news. But since I am white and the employees are black, it is perfectly acceptable for them to harass me and insult me while trying to give them my money. Never again.

On Tuesday October 25th, at 8:15PM, my daughter and I was waiting for our food when a customer came in complaining about waiting for 10 minutes out in the drive-thru. He said "just give me my money back". The name above, said "go and cuss her out, cuss her out for me too". Another employee shook her head, and told her "you are not supposed to say things like that". Troy then said that she could say what ever she wanted. No customers need to hear that kind of talk. She had a very bad attitude. She needs to get a warning, and if it happens again she needs to be let go. This kind of person doesn't need to be working with the public.

I pulled up to BK with a survey coupon and ordered fries and a drink. It cost me $4.14. What did I get for free?

My husband and I went through the drive-thru at the Burger King in Leamington, Ontario and parked to eat on Saturday, September 24th 2011 at approximately 12:30 in the afternoon. To our disgust, a female employee came out on her break, her car was parked 2 empty parking spaces over from us and she pulled out what looked to be a crack pipe and began to use it. She re-lit it 4 times, taking hits off of it and once she realized she was seen she tried to act as if she hadn't done anything and proceeded to have 2 cigarettes and then played with her cell phone. We took her vehicle information, called the manager whose name is Stacey, and she acted appalled and thanked me for letting her know. I informed her I was letting the police know and did so by filing a complaint with the opp.

I received a message later that day from Stacey that the head manager and HR office were notified but I question this. This employee was allowed to continue to complete her shift, and was not reprimanded. What company allows a staff to work under the influence of drugs and lets them keep their job? I am notifying the head office as, in my opinion, this is ridiculous and not safe. I feel the acting manager displayed poor conduct as well. Are they that desperate for someone to work that they don't care that their staff gets high on breaks than deals with food for the public? Seriously!? Something needs to be done! By the way, the only reason I put one star is because if I didn't choose a star I couldn't post this!

I brought myself and my grand kids to Burger King and when they brought our meals they gave me a large cup of tea. They put two pieces of ice in a large cup of tea. I took it back and they put ten piece in it but the tea was still warm. This really upset me because your drink is what makes the meal. I eat at Burger King at least twice a week, breakfast and lunch. I have never been disappointed until now.

My credit card was ran through twice for the same purchase. I do not know who to contact in order to get a refund. My bank tells me that I need to request a refund from Burger King.

My daughter was supposed to get a Paper Jam toy and apple fries. She got a transformers toy and French fries. When she found out what she got, she was so disappointed. She set her heart on one of those Paper Jam toys.

After receiving my order at the drive-through on 8/15/11 around 5:15 p.m., I asked if I could get some hot fries and I handed them back through the window to the cashier. She in turn gave them to a man dressed in street clothes and had unkempt corn rows as a hairstyle. He put his finger in the fries, I guess to see if they were hot, and proceeded to pour the fries back into the bin with other fries waiting to be served. (I am seeing this through the window myself.)

He then went around to the backside and took the fries out of the bin and placed them into the fry basket and then into the grease. I immediately stated that I do not want re-fried fries but fresh ones. They told me it would take a few minutes because they needed to bring in fresh fries but they never removed the old fries from the fryer. I asked why would they do that and I was told that I asked for hot fries. They asked me to pull down and wait but I asked for my money back.

No way I would ever attempt to eat from this nasty establishment ever in my life. I asked for my money back and contacted the corporate office.

I pulled into the drive-thru speaker to order. The person asked my order (young female voice) and I ordered 2 BK wraps, waited for about one minute or one minute and a half for her to speak again. So I pulled around, there was one car at each window. The cashier at the first window, named Valance, never repeated my order to me and I had to ask her the amount of my order because she was just sitting there in the window looking at me to give her money. She then told me $2.97, give me back my change and didn't tell me my change. I pulled up to the next window (white female with glasses), she handed me my order and never repeated the order to me; just handed me the bag.

I am a nurse and a supervisor, so I don't have much time in my day to back track for correction. I was late for work and had to come back to the Burger King --at this point, I had to wait behind six vehicles in the drive-thru. I pulled to the speaker and asked to speak to the manager on duty. When she was listening, I told her my problem with my food and showed my order to her. Nothing but a (2) wrap two piece of bacon and cheese on each. The manager had a little of attitude when I asked for my money back after going through all of this.

So at this point, I'm on my way to work with no breakfast; it's 10:20am. I decided to stop at Burger King on 4312 Veteran Parkway; waited in the drive-thru for 7 to 8 minutes waiting to get served; five cars backed out of the line leaving; never received a meal. Waiting for so long to get served.

I went through a drive-thru, ordered a large chocolate shake and bacon double cheeseburger "without mustard or ketchup". I paid $6.34, drove home (1/2 mile), burger had ketchup on it so I drove back, walked INSIDE, employees exchanged burger for another and they gave me a strawberry pie for my troubles. I drove home and found that the burger had BOTH ketchup and mustard on it this time!

I drove back, went through the DRIVE-THRU because the lobby was closed and repeated myself yet again! I am RIGHTFULLY UPSET and the employee started acting as if she and other burger employees were the ones INCONVENIENCED! The girl came back to the window acting as if I had no right to be upset or complain. They didn't offer me a refund (I had to ask for one) or even an extra burger for all my troubles! The girl had the audacity to tell me she could either give me a refund or replace the burger but not both. I threw the $1.69 back in the window and drove off.

What kind of ** is this! ** does Burger King mean by "Have it your way"?

I was asked through the drive thru, "May I take your order?" I had to repeat my order three times. Then, I overheard Spanish conversation and giggle towards and directed at me. I politely asked they not speak Spanish in front of me. The manager asked if there was a problem. I told her what happened, and she LAUGHED! I threw the burgers away, and I will never visit another Burger King again.

I have already had a couple of unpleasant experiences with the drive-thru service at this particular Burger King restaurant (receipt says store #13). Last night was the worse and I don't know what good writing a complaint will do. But I am so disgusted that I will take the time to write down my complaint, and at least vent my frustration. The incident occurred on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at exactly 7:47pm (I have the receipt in front of me). The street sign for this restaurant said "2 Whoppers for $3". I ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese and no pickles. The lady at the drive thru proceeded to charge me $5.54 for the entire order. I honestly wasn't paying attention and gave her my credit card.

While I was waiting for my food, it dawned on me that she overcharged me. When she came back with the food, I said in a polite manner that there must be a mistake with the total. And the next thing I knew, she's getting defensive and giving me an attitude about the fact that there was cheese on the sandwiches. I tried explaining that this still did not justify getting charged almost $1.50 more (not sure what they charge for cheese). But she waved me off, closed the window and just walked away. I was frankly stunned. I thought about parking and getting down to speak with her personally (or her manager), but it had been a particularly long day at the office. And I was just too tired to deal with it. When I got home, I noticed the pickles were still on the sandwiches. So not only did I not get my order processed correctly, but I was overcharged and got an attitude to boot. Can't say I enjoyed the dinner at all. I am disgusted with the service. And I will not visit this Burger King restaurant again, which is a shame because it's the one closest to my home.

My boyfriend and I went to Burger King to have some lunch. We were standing in line, and we watched an employee go from the register to make sandwiches--without washing hands, or putting on any hand protections. There was another employee who had a sandwich in his hand, with his thumb on the cheese, with no hand protection. I will no longer eat there unless you take action.

It is June 18, 2011. Around 6 pm, my husband and I decided to have Burger King in Holmen, Wisconsin. Upon pulling up to the drive-thru, a male started to take our order. As my husband was trying to order #4 (whopper jar Value Meal with no pickle or onions) this male, Cal something, interrupted my husband while still in the process of ordering. Cal very rudely stated small, medium or large, and what do you want to drink. My husband nicely asked him to please let him finish his order. Cal became even ruder with his tone of voice and told my husband that he did not interrupt. My husband told him to cancel the order.

As we drove by the window, one person gave us the middle finger. Upon this action, we drove around the building to get the person's name, Cal something, and the manager's number. I entered to building to find the crew laughing it up until they noticed me standing there. I asked him to write down his name and the general manager's name. He was even ruder upon this request and ran to the back of the kitchen, retrieved the phone, and made a few phone calls before coming back out. As he is on the phone leaving a message for the general manager Jesse **, he refused to write his own information down.

We have tried calling Jesse several times and he has refused to return our calls. We have had a previous encounter with this store, but put it off to being a busy time of the day. Today, however, the establishment was completely empty of customers. Also no one was behind us or before us in the drive-thru. He had no reason to be so rude and unprofessional. As I was leaving the store, I told him he would be hearing from us and he stated that he "highly doubt it". As a manager myself, this behavior would not be tolerated in any manner. Customer service is the key to any company, without it, you have no customers and no business.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit for $2.69, and all I received was one of those miniature dollar sausage biscuits. I'm not happy. I'm sick of getting ripped off by fast food chains in this town.

January 19, 2011, as I pulled to make an order, a bunch of voices were gossiping in the background while my orders were being taken. As I'm near the window, these three large women were talking and giggling while just standing around. These lazy ** were the ones who I heard on the background. I wonder how they feel now once they find out that they are being judged whether I know them or not. They don't know the person they are gossiping about and don't have facts in their hands. By the way, the food I ordered has some hair on it and I ended up throwing it in the trash. It will cost me more to go back and get a refund or replacement. Beware with this particular BK! They're dirty!

I purchased an Original Chicken Sandwich from Burger King. I was on the first half when all of a sudden, I started to choke. I tried to gag myself or grab whatever it was in my throat with my fingers. I started coughing and it finally started coming up--scratching my throat as it came up. It was a bone! Hello! I thought this was a boneless sandwich.

Needless to say, Burger King has ignored my calls, voice mails and emails. I reported this to the Health Department yesterday and today, they contacted me stating that they were starting an investigation. The FDA was notified also. This happened and was reported on 10 Jan 11. I have waited over a week with no response from Danny at Burger King (the man I was told to contact directly) after three to four emails and three voice mails. I still have the sandwich and the bone in my refrigerator should I pursue this under "the reasonable expectation."

After working 13 hour shift in the ER. I stopped at a local Burger King. 1/6/11 At 20:21 order 2 Whopper with tomato and ketchup. 2 large fry's, 1 Whopper Jr. and one oreo shake med. total $15.02 When I got to the window gave the staff person my master card and paid for my meal. The employee asks me to pull up for my order. There was a person in front of me and no one in line behind me. I ask the employee why I had to pull up she states "we need to get your order" told the employee it's been a long day and if I had to pull up and wait for my order could she refund my card and I would go someplace else due to one person was already waiting and no one was behind me. Employee states wait, she went over to the manger Helen, and then started bagging my food. A young female handed me my food very nice and said thank you and closed the window.

I opened the bag and was checking to make sure that my order was correct and the manger Helen came to the window and states you need to pull up and check you order someplace else. I looked at her and said excuse me and you serious. After all this trouble you think I would not check to see if my order was right and after telling me to pull up because you had to get my order ready. I ask her if she had lost her mind. Then I told Helen to refund my money I am not going to pay for someone to be rude to me. I was checking the last burger when Helen said this to me. Now I would spend more time in the drive thru waiting for Helen to re-fund my card. This took another 3 min. I was told by Helen if you want to make a complaint just call the 1-800 #. So what ever happened to customer service? The employee's are there to serve food and not to run customer off. So my advice is to stay away from Burger King on **.

I'm not normally one to complain. But I believe that people need to know this. At approximately 8:15 am on November 21, 2010, I pulled into the drive-thru at Burger King, 181 South Broadway, Salem, NH. There were no cars ahead of me or behind me. In fact, I don't believe there were any patrons in the establishment at the time either since there were only one or two cars in the parking lot. I assumed that they belonged to the workers. I placed my order which included a cup of decaf coffee. I pulled around to the window, paid, then was told by a guy working there that the coffee was brewing. He asked me to pull all the way around the building again or at least pull up so I was off his timer.

I said that that's what timers are for, to see how long it takes to fill an order. I asked if there was anyone behind me. He said no. So, I told him I'd just wait at the window where I was. I didn't get his name. Next the woman working there, Donna (at least that's what her name tag reflected), again, and more emphatically told me that I needed to pull over and park. There were still no other patrons behind me. She was getting pretty rude about it and stated it was within her right to make me move. So I told her that I'd just like my money back. She returned my money. I said that I needed her and his names to make a complaint. She refused, slammed the drive-thru window and locked it.

I went down the street to McDonald's, was treated great, and had my order very quickly. Maybe it was just stupidity on my part for going to a Burger King that had no customers when the McDonald's down the street was, and always is, busy. However, it doesn't surprise me that this Burger King isn't busy when people are treated as I was. To the potential patrons of this establishment, I'm merely reiterating my experience. To the store manager/owner/whatever, I'm guessing that these two were not acting independently and have been instructed to keep the wait-time down. But inconveniencing and being rude to customers shouldn't be the way to do it. I'd recommend keeping the wait-time down by being prepared and properly trained. To the Burger King management and leadership team above the store manager level, I'd offer that you have a problem here that needs to be addressed.

Angry mob chased and failed to serve senior disabled citizen No apology and word.

The GM Carmen ** assaulted me.She grabbed me by my jaw. She humiliated me in front of everyone. I did nothing to provoke her to do this to me. Burger king did not do anything to her, for her doing this to me. They allowed it to happen. There was no action taken by Burger King for Carmen ** assaulting me. This caused me humiliation, and emotional stress. I was afraid to go back to work there, because of Carmen **. No one cared. When I reported to the Human Resources of Burger King, they told me that they could not find the video tape, showing Carmen ** assaulting me.

Also, there were three witnesses, who had seen Carmen grab me by my jaw. They were standing right there, but won't tell anything, since thy are afraid of losing their jobs. Their names are Donetta, Chelsey', and Alice. I don't want them to lose their jobs, I just want the truth to come out. I'm not doing this to hurt anyone like I was hurt, I just want to prove to everyone that I'm not a liar, and that I'm not making this up. I don't have anything against Burger King. I just don't understand how they could allow Carmen assault me?

On Sunday evening around 5:30 pm, we (my husband and brother and I) stopped and went through the drive-thru and told the employee at the drive-thru that I had coupons. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted just to get it right. I was asked what kind of drink I wanted and I asked for unsweetened iced tea with lemon. I was told they no longer served unsweetened iced tea, that they only had Nestea sweetened.

I asked since when and the manager got on the intercom and yelled for over 3 months and she got very rude. My husband started saying she did not have to be rude to me and she just kept yelling. My brother got out of the car and walked around to the door and went in and asked for the manager and I pulled around and parked, went in and asked why I was being disrespected like that. She just kept ordering us out and she said she was calling the Police.

I even gave her my name and address and told her to please call them and send them to my home. They never showed up and the next day I went in to get Bk's corp. phone number and she was there again and I was not allowed to have the number. So here I am trying to make my complaint so I hope something can be done because that manager is in the wrong business.

Burger King advertises "the buck doubler" for one dollar. But a lot of Burger Kings are selling what they advertise for a dollar on T.V. They're selling for $1.74, which is fraud advertisement. If you don't believe me, go to the Burger King in Manhattan on Delancy Street near the F line train station.

This Burger King location is adding one dollar on to your bill without asking the patron if they would like to contribute to the Jimmy Fund. The Jimmy Fund is a promotion they are currently running. I went to the drive-thru today and when I looked at my receipt I saw one dollar added for the Jimmy Fund. I was not asked to donate. When I questioned the girl at the window she said, "Oh, that's just something the computer is adding on." This can not be legal. Is it? I eat there often and have been charged more than once with out being asked. Please let me know what I can do to get my money back and stop this from happening to anyone else. Thanks. I feel as though I am being ripped off. This can not be a fair practice.

I moved recently, about an hour away but I have been staying with my mom the past couple months as I have been ill and needed to be near my doctors. My mom has one habit and that is going to the Burger King in Collierville once a day, and a majority of the time, twice a day faithfully. Personally, I find the managers not friendly at all and jerks and do not understand her wanting to go there, but I will go with her as she wants me to. Before I go on, I forgot to mention, my mom went to this Burger King since they opened their doors well over 20 years ago. She especially does not like to miss her breakfast there.

One morning, I was sick throwing up and I got over it just in time for her to try to get there but realized she left her money at home as she was in such a rush with me being sick and all. She called the location and one of the manager answered the phone and she asked him if he could just save her a couple sausage biscuits or even whatever they had available and she would be there in just a few minutes. I could not believe he was so rude. He told her in a really almost yelling tone that he had other things to do than save her food for her breakfast. I mean that particular store is not that busy so I know it wasn't like it was packed or anything like that. The managers are not friendly in general and are real **. I do not see why she wants to go there, habit I guess.

I hate going there in the evenings as I cannot drink anything carbonated and they will not make fresh tea and they will let the tea they have available sour and it taste horrible and when you go complain about it, you would expect them to go make some more right away, but they do nothing about it. I end up having to wait until we leave there and get a tea at McDonalds. Also, it bothers me as I have an autistic son and they act like he gets on their nerves. He doesn't bother other customers, or run around in other peoples way, or mess with their equipment. I could go on and on but I will leave it there. If I have a choice, you would not catch me in there. I would go somewhere that the food is decent, they make fresh tea, and my business is appreciated.

I don't have a complaint about a store but I do wonder why after years of most food polls done by lots of food critics about your fries being the worst of the fast food chains that you don't do anything about it.I do like BK better than McDonalds but your fries suck. So when I'm in the mood for fries, I don't go to BK. We all know that the fries are formed instant type potatoes BK is always doing promotions to increase business but I think changing your fries would help business the most. I know that all the people I know feel the same way and I don't understand how you people don't see it.

As I was waiting in line the staff there was talking loud playing around texting. One worker was drumming on the menu sign and rapping. The manager had no control of the staff. They were serving the fries with their hand so I did not order any. Can you please send someone or something down here to help this store? We, the customer are not having it our way! I will go miles away to go to a friendlier and clean Burger King.

I'm sorry to give you bad news. But this Burger King is the worst of all. The people that works there are rude, maybe cause they are all teens. No respect for one another. Always making fun of people. They talk about you if they see you everyday going to buy there. Always with their attitude. Even the supervisor there is always in a rush, asking people, "What you want now?" Come on, at least say, "Good morning. How are you today? May I help you?" I think that Burger King has to be someplace else not in Park City. This place really gives a bad name. I've been to other Burger Kings and the supervisor and staff are friendly and caring! They really make me feel so bad. You see them getting, talking about people on line and every time you place and order. Once you get home, they forget to put in your bag like three things. I don't know if they do that so you wont come back or to bother you.

At approximately 4:30pm cst on July 8th 2010, I pulled up to the drive thru menu at the BK in Vicksburg, MS. It was raining and there was nothing to protect the customer and their vehicle from getting soaked while waiting on the attendant to answer the beep that occurs on the inside. My son and I sat and waited for the attendant to answer the drive thru but nothing. Rain was pouring in my window the whole time and there was not another car in the drive thru line but mine. There was no one inside but, the two employees. I finally got tired of my vehicle getting soaking wet on the inside and decided to leave.

No food is that good. I drove slowly past the window, which was open. I could see the female employee who was supposed to be working the drive thru because the mike was around her throat, talking to the male employee who was probably working the counter. They were both leaned against some piece of furniture behind the counter, table most likely, chatting; not working and not answering the drive thru.

For the record, I hate McDonald's but, I left the BK and went to a McDonald's just a mile from there and got immediate service with a smile. Maybe the employees at this BK need some serious training in customer service.

My boyfriend and me stopped in with our three children at the Burger King located in Aberdeen, WA today. The younger gentleman working the drive thru window handed us a receipt to sign and then literally gave food to us as fast as possible. However, he failed to give my credit/debit card back. We did not even receive a copy of the receipt for the food that was purchased. Because of how tired and stressed we were on just wanting to get home, neither my boyfriend or myself was even thinking about the card at the time until we got home and realized we had no card.

The burger king location is about 150 miles away. Again, we have three children and no time to drive all the way back to get my card. I called the Burger King location and talked to a woman by the name of Shawna who claimed to be the store manager at the time. She would not even take the second to apologize. Shawna had even refused to send my card back to me or mail it to Wells Fargo. She wanted us to drive back there to get my card back. In no way are we able to. That would be roughly three hundred miles round trip with the three children. There was no effort on the companies part to offer assistance in this very stressful now heated argument with the store. There was no responsibility from the store. The manager placed all blame on the customer. In the stores policies, the customer is just as important.

I have already called the bank and closed the card. This is beyond stressful, time consuming, worrisome since identity theft is heavy and not one apology from the store or manager at the time. What can be done? The manager said that my card is in a lock box. Well, what about before that? My number and information and name was just floating. Shawna's answer was for me to call a man named Jeff to place a complaint on her. She never mentioned anything about contacting Jeff in regards to my card. This Shawna person took no accountability for the employees action in keeping a customers card. Anyone who has children would understand that your mind is in no place to remember a card as there is screaming from the children, food being rushed, cars behind waiting, stress from the fourth of July, tiredness, fussiness, the list goes on and on.

Shawna was not a manager. She did not act in a professional manner. She put the blame on the customer, which is the wrong thing to do. This was at the Aberdeen, WA Burger King location. Not professional in any way. No company should ever put blame on the customer. The employee had my card. With her as a manager, she is representing Burger King. It does become her responsibility, and therefore, she should be taking responsibility.

This is a warning to all who eat at the Clearfield, Pennsylvania Burger King. There's a short [clerk] with glasses that works there that will hit on you (if you're a guy), but then will become as mean as a snake to you if you don't have any interest. I use to eat there all the time, but now today, I'm never eating there again. When I was going there, I met a girl that worked there, but that [clerk] would keep trying to cut in between us, and hit on me. I eventually did get the other girls number, and went on a date with her, but as soon as that happened that [other] started being [rude].

Today, I left there (after being treated [rudely] yet again), and when I got home, I decided to check my food before eating it and surely enough there was spit all threw it. I ended tossing it all out, so there's about $9.00 down the drain. Here's a quick message to her and people like her that may be reading this; if you can't handle rejection or can't remain professional, you should probably not work in a public service job. I don't know the exact amount her temper tantrum cost me because she was way too busy throwing a fit to give me my receipt, but I ordered a Large sized number 2 (Double Whopper with Cheese Meal) that came to eight dollars and some cents (roughly 9 bucks).

My husband and I went through drive thru, placed and paid for it. They told us to pull up. Fries were not ready and they would bring food out to us. Well, the girl came out without any food and asked my husband to come inside. Something is wrong with the order. Then the manager and this girl that came out started flirting with my husband, telling him how fine he was and asking him who was in the truck him. Needless to say, I was furious. This was one of my favorite restaurants and I would go there 4-5 times a week, if not more. Now I don't feel comfortable going there. Very unprofessional and disrespectful employees. It resulted to emotional distress and disrespect. It ruined my whole day.

On 4-17-2010, my daughter and I went to the Burger King located at W Indiantown Rd. Jupiter Fl. We went through the drive thru, ordered 2 cheeseburger kids meals, one with a coke and the other with an orange soda. My 8 year old daughter finished her drink, opened the top thinking that there was ice in the cup, only to find that a large piece of the soda machine had fallen into her cup. It was the spout to the soda dispenser. I immediately went back to the store to complain.

The manager on duty responded by saying "oh, that is the top to the soda machine, it falls off all the time." Then she tried to give me another soda as if that would make things better. I explained to her that I did not want another drink, in fact that I wanted my money back and I wanted to speak to the store owner. This is not sanitary or safe for anyone to have this in there drink.

For some reason, she didn't understand me saying that it was disgusting or understand my frustration, so she said that all she could do was to give me the number to the supervisor that would be in on Monday. You can rest assure that I will never go to that Burger King again and that I will notify the County Health Department and whoever else I feel needs to know about the unsafe and unsanitary things that are going on in this establishment. Shame on them.

This case happened on March 17. I bought 2 fish burgers for my son that night for the next day. I put them into the refrigerator when I got home, which was 20 minutes after I purchased the food. The next day, I put the burger into the microwave oven to heat before serving to my son. A few minutes after my son started to eat, I heard he yelled "Mom, something wrong on this burger, it tastes disgusting." I found a big area of black on the bottom bun. I thought it might be burned. When I approached closely to check it, it smells like mold. I felt very bad for my son. He even chewed and swallowed such bad food.

I brought the molded burger back to the Burger King, they asked me to filling in a complaint form and said they would contact me but I haven't got any call from them since then. I tried to call the restaurant. The manger named Veruska said nothing new except keeping waiting for the management to contact me. I don't know how long we need to wait for their response. It has been 3 weeks since the case happened. The only thing we can do is to avoid Burger King and remind other people to be careful when you eat it.

New advertised burger do not even remotely resemble the advertised photo. Photo shows large burger with mounds of lettuce and two strips of bacon hanging over the edge of the bun. Actual burger has to 50 size pieces of lettuce and 1/4 slice of bacon. What a rip. What false advertising.

I ordered a Double Whopper with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cheese; and a Single with lettuce, onion, and mayo. I discovered the Double had no mayo and when I went inside I was told that they did not have any. Well, I'm sorry, but I can get vine ripened tomatoes at Winn Dixie every day. The single was ordered with lettuce, onion, cheese and mayo.

I also got dill pickles and catsup added to what I ordered. The person at the drive-thru did not greet me, only told me what I had to pay, and never thanked me. She looked offended that I told her "you're welcome" and never responded. Have it your way means nothing at this Burger King. This is not the first time that I have had problems at this location but, it will be the last. Are these employees not trained in customer service? Not that I have seen.

This a.m., my wife and I went to your restaurant for breakfast. We haven't been to this restaurant in quite awhile. When walking out to the dining area, I saw several "lack of maintenance problems".

1) Chair legs are covered with a plastic material and it was coming off at the bottom of the legs leaving bare metal that was causing rust to accumulate on the floor which hasn't been cleaned up. The chair seats are ripped or torn with inside material coming out.

2) the partitions that separate the booths are badly worn and appear to need a cleaning.

When my wife and I go out, we expect a lot more than what we saw, especially from burger king. I don't like complaining but this is warranted. Thank you.

When I went into Burger King on 1/20/2010, there was no one at the front counter but there was someone in the drive thru. I waited approximately 3 minutes without any acknowledgement of my presence. Another one came in and stood for approximately 3 minutes and asked if they knew that I was in line. I replied that I assumed that they did since the drive thru worker looked at me when I entered the door and she kept looking while she took orders at the window.

But, to make sure I said excuse me and asked if anyone was working the front counter. I got no response. Then after about a minute, she replied that she would be right with me.

No, I don't think so. 10 minutes to wait in line without be acknowledged is unacceptable. I left and called back to speak with the manager. When I explained to her what had happened, she told me that there were only 2 people in the restaurant because she had just come back from the bank. Excuse me, this was lunch time. Should the manager have left at such a critical time when she knew that she was short handed? Also, I did not get an apology or anything. She did try to justify why her drive thru employee did not acknowledge my presence. I am sorry, I left and went to McDonald's which I really did not want and which made me late back to work.

I was shopping at Visat Ridge Mall on 01/09/2010 on a Saturday. While walking around the mall we decided to place an order for 3 adults and 2 children we placed the order for 3 combo meals king sized and 2 kids' meals. We received our order and proceeded to go home to partake of our meals and noticed we were missing a #2 with cheeses king sized and called the mall location back to make them aware of our dilemma hoping it would be resolved and we were told to pick it up next time we were at the mall.

We went back to get what we were missing Sunday 1/10/2010 and we approached a female cashier the only girl working at that time and she was extremely rude laughing and huddling with co-workers making fun of our dilemma. After about 10 minutes of waiting a shift supervisor by the name of Allen said he would have to make a call to get us taken care of about 15 minutes he ask us if we remember the restaurant phone number and because the number was written down at home and we didn't remember it he refused to do anything. My final words are it is indicative that burger kings hires such employees and puts customers through so much turmoil to get what they are owed. I will never walk into another burger king unless this is resolved and you can take that to the bank.

I am writing because of an aweful experience that i endured at a burger king restaraunt. There were what appeared to be 2 employees working- one in the kitchen and the other taking orders for dine-in and the drive through. It was not a busy evening- there were 2 men in front of me that seemed as though they had been waiting awhile. This was a sunday evening and i took my year and a half old son with me to get a quick bite before bed. I waited behind the 2 men for around 20 minutes before they FINALLY got there food and left. Then it was just me and a very hungry, impatient baby at this point.

Another 10 mintues went by before i was acknowledged by the women working the counter. I was told "ill be right with you" At this point i couldnt hold my son anymore, he was getting too heavey- so i let him run around the restaurant- disturbing no one- BECAUSE WE WERE THE ONLY ONES INSIDE! Still waiting - another man came in and left after waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged---when he finally was spoken to - the women told him that the "chicken machine" was broken. After the man left- i was told by the women "i havent forgotten about you maam".I would say we had been there at least a half hour - before our order was taken-- and it was another 10 mintutes before we got our food.

I work in customer service and i know that women was hoping that i would get sick of waiting and just leave. I, depite the frustration, would rather be the person that wont go away. i was never rude to her or acted impatient- even when my son was wrything and screaming in my arms. I cant believe that an establishment could treat a paying customer that way. It took so long that at one point i thought that maybe i was on that show "boiling point" . I will never go back to a burger king again. After all that- i was never thanked for my patience or given a verbal apology for the HORRIBLE treatment. I hope this letter reaches the person who manages-owns allll burger kings- if it was my business - i'd want to know.

I'm writing to complain about the commercial that burger king has on the t.v! It makes fun of teenagers with small hands! I have a teenager with a disabilty! We are a member of the Poland Syndrome group! Please help us in taking this commercial off the air! This is going to make teenagers make fun of people with small hands! When u have disability u would not think this was funny!

this is petty, but it has me hot.
I ordered a hamburger with onion, mayo and mushrooms.Nothing special. That is what I was hungry for. The burger was a buck. But they charged .75 for a couple of measly mushrooms. I told them to forget it. Cashier, a punky kid, told me I ordered it, so I have to pay for it.
I said no way, and he said he was going to call the police.I just wanted a burger and be on my way, and I did not want a hassle, so I paid. I asked about, Have It Your Way...and the smartass said you have to pay for it.I asked for the manager and one was not present. I called the store to complain and was told to call back. I did and got the same line of crap. I asked for website to complain, I wrote and no response. I guess they do not want my business, so I have passed this on to others and I hope they pass it on also.

Shoddy service and crappy food is what Burger King markets.

Cashier had no ideal what she was doing, she no hlep from the manager
stood in line 20 minutes, only 1 person in front of me.

The manager basically thru our food on the counter, had to ask a couple of times for our cups to get our drinks. Had a coupon for a free whopper was charged for it. Went back up to the manager, she did not re-ring the order she gave me my money and walked away, Asked for my receipt (twice) to talk out of my checking accout) and she ignored me. so I took the receipt myself. This is not the first time I've had trouble with this restuarant

I'm on chemo therapy and one of the restaurants recommended Burger King. I've been eating there recently and have noticed that in preparation of the burgers, the staff are not using gloves and also regularly wiping their hands on their trousers. Poor hygiene with subsequent infection to the recipient.

I stopped by and ordered two meals. The food was all cold but one sandwich. I took it back in to be replaced or taken off my debit card. The staff and manager said no, that it was not cold, and they just took it out. I walked out and my husband went back.

They reheated the sandwich and onion rings. They were so hot and the lettuce turned brown and tartar sauce was dripping all over. We could have been burnt from food plus the person next to us found broken glass all over the lot; drove and walked over it. They have a very nasty staff.

My complaint is the vulgar and sexually suggestive television commercial advertisement by Burger King marketing kids meals and Nickelodeon's Sponge Bob Square Pants. I have two children that both watch Sponge Bob and eat at Burger King as well. Both have ceased in my household since the very vulgar and offensive commercial aired. The commercial plays vulgar rap music and displays vulgar sexually suggestive women gyrating their rear ends.

Another quick shot in the commercial displays a grown woman in a long red low cut **** gown. The gown is cut revealing an excess amount of cleavage. This is not a commercial that should be targeting children and I am disgusted and very offended by the commercial and sexual overtures. Physical and psychological damage to the precious and innocent minds of my two children.

On May 4, 2009 we purchased an order of french fries without salt at Burger King #01304. Ryon Sanders decided he did not have to refund us the $2.27 we paid for the fries. We were unable to consume the fries because we are allergic to salt. He refused to give us contact information to a regional manager or the corporate office until we contacted the police and they arrived. He also refused to replace the fries with unsalted fries.

We have contacted the regional manager via phone and their corporate office via e-mail but we have not received a response as of yet. Ryon Sanders did not incorporate Best Practices and denied us our consumer rights when he decided to not refund us our money we paid for the product.

One of my fellow co-workers went to Burger King on her lunch break. When she returned to the break room, she unwrapped her sandwich and found that someone had taken a bite out of it. She then called to complain from her cell phone and was hung up on three times. She then called from a phone located in our store and spoke to the main manager at Burger King. She stated her complaint and was told nothing could be done. When she asked for a corporate number, the Burger King manager stated that the number was unavailable and hung up.

My husband and I are outraged by Burger King's commercial using spoonge Bob and women with square butt. This commercial is very demeaning to women and it has no place on tv promoting a kids meal.

What was Burger King thinking with the Sponge Bob butty commercial? Its terrible advertising kids meals like this. Shame on Burger King. I will not be buying anything there.

I am writting concerning the commerical that they are running wioth Spinge Bob and the women with the bricks in the pants. I do think that the commercial is very defencsive to me ad a woman. and not appropraite for children to see. The commerical needs to be pulled. It hints to sexuallity and this is not what Burger King is suppose to be about. The commerical is attended for our children since they put sponge Bob in it. Where is the respect for women and children.

I am very offended by Burger King using a sex inspired song to sell children toys. The commercial is sexist and promotes sex to children. It needs to be pulled immediately.

The big shots were terrible. they were mashed and no tomatoes or lettuce. It looked horrible nothing like Jack In The Box. employees don't were gloves and hair hanging out of their hats. Blew $17.66 ON APRIL 19TH.

LOST MY FAITH IN BURGER KING, NO ONE CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. JUST THEIR MONEY.

I am very upset about the Burger KIng KIDS meal commercialbaby got Back Last time I checked kids under 13 were the ones consuming these meals. and we have big butts shaking. Children hear the loud noise and groovey song and it catches in their head. Is this the message we want children to hear and sing because of a fast food chain.

April 17, 2009 approximately 6:30p my 2 children and I went to BK. There was a dead bird by the door near the drive through. I told the assistant manager and she said she had seen it this morning but did nothing about it. After we set down she got one of the employees to go out with her to see it and the employee (female) picked it up by the tail with her bare hands and came through the store, went past the customers (and there were several that saw her) while we were all eating, back through the cooking area to the back door and put it in the trash. She came back up front and squirted her hands with sanitizer and went back to work!

One of the other customers threw her food away uneaten and went to say something to the assistant manager. We just left. This was really appalling and I doubt we will ever go back. VERY unsanitary to say the least. Disgusted with the store Would like a full refund. Chicken sandwich meal and chicken fry meal. $11.00

Burger King's new commercial featuring square butts is offensive. How dare they use these images to sell their product to children! Interesting that they're using Hip Hop music and a mostly African American cast for this commercial. Offensive and racist! You may rest assured that I am alerting as many people as possible about this derogatory ad. I am also asking people to boycott Burger King until this ad is pulled from the airwaves.

Burger King's commercial featuring Sponge Bob Square Pants and the King dancing to a rap song while the women prance around with telephone books in their pants to make their butts square is inappropriate for children, is sexist, should not be ran during prime time or day time television, is offensive and racist. At the end of the commercial the rapper says booty is booty and then the commercial talks about buying a kid's meal. What does booty have to do with food, why is there a black rapper talking about booty is booty and what message is Burger King delivering, and who is the targeted population?

As a black female, as a parent, as an aunt, I feel this derogative commercial is specifically targeting black children and adults because of the type of dancing, the music selected and the rapper at the end. I am also offended by the sexual innuendos (language and movement).

I am sure that this has to have a psychological effect on our children who see/experience enough negativity in their daily lives. I am sure that BK, without being offensive, sexist, insensitive and racist can come up with a more creative way of selling their product. I would like to see this ad pulled and an apology submitted.

I am complaining about the Sponge Bob TV commercial. I find this thing very offensive and demeaning to women. I also think this it is sending a very bad message to our kids. What does girls in skin tight dresses shaking their behinds have to do with burgers? And the man at the end saying Bootie is Bootie is so disgusting I can't watch it.

As a long time customer of Burger King I find this whole thing very distasteful and until they pull this commercial I will no longer book birthday parties, nor will I allow them to attend one at any of the Burger King resturants. It's about time we take a stand for some sort of morality in this country. Maybe Burger King would be better off relocating all their stores to the red light districts. After all, thats the clientel they are soliciting.

I was watching the show Two and A Half Men. During a commercial break Burger King advertised their Sponge Bob Square Pants Kids Meal. The music was set to the song sung by Sir Mix-A-Lot entitled Baby Got Back. The women were wearing very tight clothing and had very large breasts. They were very seductive. Under the women's clothing were very large, square shaped boxes indicating that women were sex objects and their buttocks should be observed very closely. The man singing the song said that bootie is bootie and had two **** full-figured women sitting on each side of him. The demographics were for adults. Kids Meals are purchased for children and children should not be subjected to sexual innuendos. Disney should also be ashamed because Sponge Bob Square Pants is copyrighted by their company.

Lost of revenue due to boycotts. Children could be psychologically damaged by viewing that sexist commercial.

Ok me and my sister go to burger king in town and order our food we go home to eat and after eating my sister is cleaning up the mess she puts her hands in the bag to put the napkins back in there to toss them when she pulls her hand out it is covered in brown stuff she starts laughing and joking around about what it could be.. She then smells it and it smelled like **** sure enough there was **** on the inside corner of the bag my sister or myself could not stop throwing up GROSS she called the manager and was told she will get a refund.

But i have the bag and the reciept and i want it tested all i need is to come down with something cause someone wanted to play a nasty joke on a customer.. There are very immature and nasty people that work at all burger kings... Never will anyone i know go to a burger king again!!!

could not stop throwing up for about an hour after noticing the bag had some kind of feces on it... GROSS

On Tuesday 17th March 09 - drive through we ordered one kiddie meal of 4 Pc. chicken nugget with chocolate drink plus one no. 6 meal combo plain. We were charged $11.50 but were given wrong drink and not plain sandwich but with tomato lettuce mayo. When we questioned the manager Mr. T was rude and told us that we placed wrong order and move on. He kind of shouted.

We are insulted and hurt and the kids feeling sad with family.

At around 3:30 on March 10, 2009 I went through the drive through at Burger King. I order Chicken Fries for my 2 year old son because I knew he had liked these. We didn't eat in the car because I couldn't reach back and give him any at the time so we had to wait until we were home. I was handing him the chicken fries and I was wondering why he was making a face and started to spit the chicken fry out. He doesn't like many textures of food and if he finds there is something wrong with it he spits it out. Well I went and picked the food up off the floor and found it was hard.

I looked at it and it was a bone. I just want to say I was reading another post on here from Pamela of Janesville WI and it seems they had the same problem. Thank God my son didn't swallow it because that would of been a disaster. I think that they should put some type of warning about bones being in there. Trust me this isn't over I have contacted the Health Department I even contacted the Burger King I got it from. Have they called me back yet NO of course not. Who know's what kind of bone it was?

Today at 5:30p.m. I went to the drive thru and ordered a whopper and a whopper meal. Had a coupon for a free whopper making the total cost $5.29. When I paid I gave the girl $6.00. She gave me change and I proceeded to the pick-iup window. At that time I counted the change and it was only 35 cents. When I was handed the meal I asked if the receipt was in the bag. She said, You want a receipt?. When I said yes because I was not given the correct change she went to the original girl, came back with my receipt and the change I was owed. It seems to me that this whole episode was a way for the drivethru cashier to rip off the customer as well as the company. By not printing a receipt she can pocket that money and by short changing the customer she can pocket that money.

I tried to go to the Buregr King website to send them an email of this transaction to let them know that their employee in this case was ripping off the company and the customer. Unfortunatly they do not take email contacts, only a long distance call to Customer Service. Well, I am hoping that maybe someone in Corporate might monitor this complaint site, so I am reporting this happened 03/08/09 @ 5:30 p.m. @ store #1702. I find it not so smart for a company to isolate itself from its customers by not having a way to contact them by email. We are actually in the 21st century, you know.

On March 2,2009, I took My family member to our local Burger kings Restaurant, 4 adult and 2 children. I wanted to use the cupon that was issued by burger king which it came in mail 4 day before march seconde. so I walked in the front counter and the lady behind the register, with no name tag and any uniform on wanted to take my order so I told her that I have these copun and I am going to place the order as is in the advertising, after I placed the order the lady said the coupon is expired and there is another coupon, I said i just got in the mail few days ago and she refuesd to take my coupon and cancelled the order and I told her I am a restaurant manger myself for 12 years and I have never said to my customer that your coupon is expired.I would take it anyway to make them happy. But here I asked my family let go to another place which is very near by and spent 28 dollars on food and drink.where that money could be for the burger king?

Very poor in customer service. Not wearing the company uniform and no name tag to identify herself. Refused the order due to poor customer service.

Just received the worst service ever at a retailer/restaurant. Went through BK to pick up my son some lunch and after inspecting the hamburger, realized there was no cheese. I very nicely asked if they could put cheese on it. This girl was noticeably disgusted at my request and grabbed the bag from my hand, slammed the window. I could see her throw the hamburger back there. Then she literally dumped it in the bag! It looked like a tossed salad with all of the ingedients spread throughout the bag.

It was clear that I could not ask her to remake it so I asked for my money back. She slammed the window again, was jamming the register and then threw the money at me dropping half of it on the floor behind the register! Then she ignored me and the money on the floor. Asked for the manager and it turns out that she IS the manager. How horrible. Her name was Stephanie.

I didn't get a lunch or a full refund. Won't ever go there again.

I went throught the drive through Saturday morning and ordered breakfast 5o include hashbrowns. The girl on the speaker said something I could not understand, I said What? I still idin't understand her 2 more times. The girl put the manager on the speaker and it she asked What size? I said Oh okay, a large please. Pulling away from Burger king I looked in the bag and saw that she forgt my hashbrowns completely. Since I had to get out of my car I expected some sort of remorse on thier behalf. There was non and she started telling me that I had no right to say anything and wanted me to pay for it again. I gave her my whole bag back and demanded my money, which she gave me but was cussing under her breath. Now I remember why I like McDonalds so much better!

She failed to comp me for the juice because it had already been opened, even though the mistake was caught afterward.

My boyfriend and I went to have lunch on 1/4/09 around 3:00pm at this location. The cashier was very helpful but then there was another lady getting the orders. She gave us our cups for our sodas and I asked for a wedge of lemon for my ice tea, and was told they didn't have any.

As we waited for our meal to be put together, we had the opportunity to watch the person preparing the meals; to my astonishment I saw that she didn't wear any disposible gloves and was handling everything with her bare hands. As she was preparing the food, she threw several things into the garbage and one fell down to the floor. She picked up and continued preparing the burgers. When she finished, she grabed a rag from a bucket located under the preparation station and cleaned the station. She put the rag back in the bucket (and never changed the water) and proceded to prepare someone elses meal.

I asked the lady that gave us our food if weren't they suppose to use gloves to prepare the meals to which she said no. Our meal included some french fries, and she just took some very old ones and put them together. When she saw that I was watching what she was doing, she threw them away and asked me if I wanted onion rings to which I said no. She prepared some new fries but you could taste the old oil in them. Overall the restaurant was dirty and the personell very rude.

I ordered a triple Whopper plain, and the patties were covered/dripping with grease. It looked as if they were fried on a griddle rather than flame broiled. There were no flame broiled marks or taste. I think this store is not following the corporate cooking policy.

I was in the drive through when Shaniquah said That [expletive] needs to get off of her cell phone. I repeated what she said and asked if she said that. She stated yes, you have a problem with that? I asked if she had a supervisor there for me to speak with and she YELLED, did not just go and get him, for him.

Cory came to the window and asked if he could help me. I told him the situation and all he said was ok, have a nice day. and then I let him know I was going to report him to corporate and he said, Go ahead they wont do anyting.

I will never ever go to another Burger King and was highly upset the rest of the evening. That place is never clean and that situation just topped it.

If you sign up to receive promotions from them they will email you occasionally with special offers. The most recent special offer was for a free steakhouse burger with the purchase of any BK Value meal. This is a lie. There is no need for 'special coupon software. This is spyware they are adding to computers, which is an invasion of privacy. Burger King blatantly lies to you and says that the special software? is needed in order to print the barcodes that are scanned at the store.

My co-workers bought Burger King and my fiancee Kevin ate half a whopper while he was working. About 30 mins or so after he had diarrhea,he threw up, and felt dizzy. He look at the other half of the whopper and saw there was red parts that looked like blood and parts of the meat looked raw. I took what was left over back to the Burger King it was purchased at. I asked to speak with the manager and the woman at the cashier asked how she can help me. I told her what happened to Kevin and she asked me, "Do you want your money?" I told her, "No, I just want to speak with the manager." She then wrote down the restaurant manager Alex's phone number. Kevin called Alex and told him what happened. Alex asked a few questions about how Kevin felt and said he would get back to him.

Shortly after a women call Kevin and asked the same questions Alex asked and said she would get back to him. Kevin waited and then decided to call Alex back. He didn't answer so Kevin left a message. When Alex called back he apologized with no idea on how to help Kevin or give directions to what you could do when you eat raw meat. We are quite disappointed in a franchise that is more concerned about the money in their pocket than the consumer health and well being after eating an uncooked meat that was frozen and kept in the frozen to preserve from decaying in the freezer. Meat may not go bad, but bacteria and germs that is drive in cold climates live and feed off the meat. That's why there are regulations on what temperature the meat has to be cooked on to kill the germs.

We went to this BK for late lunch. While waiting for our food at the window by the drive-thru, there were at least 4-5 women crew were GOSSIPING about another customer. When we got our orders and arrive back in our office, we found out that the size they gave for our french fires were kids meal size. We want to go back but our lunch break were up. If those women weren't gossiping and paying attention in their job, it should not happen. If it weren't for bad economy I request those who were involve to be fired!

Asked for 2 each bacon egg biskets to go what I received was bacon egg and cheese I can not eat cheese products. Also the bisket was extrely soggy and uncooked to include flyes were food was being issued to coustomers. Also problems with credit card machine failure to operate.

Discusted with the service provided, employees are constentanly rude with customers. If you order your food it will take you an average of 20 min to 45min to get your food, then hope that it was done right. I'm overall discusted with the way this Burger King is being managed and more discusted of the way they are treating our families and our soldiers.

Just like to share with you what happened to me during my last and will be the last visit at Burger King - Philippines (Robinsons Mall - Galleria). I think they were having their last order they cut the line of guest piled up at the counter and they said they were already closed. good thing we already ordered at the cashier. since they were already closing, we decided eat our food inside the movie theater. since they dont have much product available the cashier told us that if it's possible if we could wait for 5 to 10 minutes. since i am suffering from POLIO (my one leg was shorter than the other leg)i lean beside the highchair next in me, just to release the pain im suffering everytime i stood up for a long time.

everything was ok until the manager named Haidee scolded at me infront of the other customer who are also waiting for their orders, in a very unpleasing and humiliating manner she told me that i wasn't supposed to sit at the high chair (I'm not even sitting i just need some support) i was so very humiliated that time that i walked out of the restaurant and let my partner wait for our orders.

by that time i said to myself to let it go. but when we are at the movie theater already, we were so surprised that our orders were totally wrong. with that kind of experience i realize to do something about it. this is the first time i'll be complaining. im hoping they could do something about her (the manager) and whole restauratn as well. thanks

when u go thru u never get what u ask for and when u address it with the manager u get the same answer they repeat what u wanted through a speaker system but u can not hear and they talk to fast.. the manager gives u a fast answer on the phone.

why is there not a a place to get proper service even fron the cusmer relations department at burgerking the do n rightot care as well. they figure they are owned indepently and not their problem. when has there been a franchise pulled its all about how much they can make. thank god for checkers across the street they are polite and make sure the order is correct. who do u talk to for verry bad consitant service and u like the type of food.

wrong food and they blame u for the issue

I love Burger Kings food and was so happy when they opened one locally but will continue to drive way out of my way to avoid this store. The employees are so rude they talk back to you! When i ordered cheese and got none, i took my ticket to the counter and requested cheese. the ticket was snatched from my hand when the burger maker screamed out that she made the burger how that woman wanted them though clearly BOTH tickets read whooper jr. W/CHEESE. the burger maker continued to mumble rude things under her breath as she literally threw the burgers(same burgers, mind you, not properly re-made burgers) as the manager, who i can't get more than a first name from and that's because it's one his name tag stood there and smiled. And that's all he did.

The next visit was just as bad. It took 25 minutes to get my order. I stood there as the counter help served and had a long chat about the days happenings with friends as half my order sat and got cold. After the counter help and their friends had their gathering, i was then told it would be a few more minutes while they put more chicken down to cook. Which, in itself, isn't so bad except that i had already stood there for almost 15 minutes waiting for these so called employees to chat up their friends. The was no manager in sight. End result was half a bag of cold burgers & fries topped with 2 badly made, but hot, chicken sandwiches and 3 disappointed family members!

My complaint is with How customer service has went completely out the window. You drive up to the speaker to order your food start placing your order and even before you are through telling them what you want they are rushing you saying will that be all? so you politely tell them know and contiue on with your order and again before you are finished they are asking will that be all? after they finally quit asking you if that will be all you finish your order and drive to the window only to be rushed again.

They ask for your payment which you hand them and yes I mean THEM. Two people at the window one is trying to shove your drink in your hand before you can even hand your money over. You try to put your drink in the drink holder and they are shaking your bag of food at you and giving you your change back all at the same time. God only graced me with two hands not the four that is trying their best to have me out of their window in 10 seconds flat. You know I could understand if they were really busy but no one was in line behind me.

After they were done shoving everything at me they acted as if I had commited a crime when I asked for Ketchup and Jelly ( it was breakfast ). This is not the only bad expericnce I have had with drive thrus- Often I get asked to pull up to WAIT for my order- I ask why do I need to pull up if no one is waiting behind me and I was told Because your on my time - They have sensors in the drive thru that colck how long a customer has to sit and wait. They were having a contest with other Burger kings so in order for them to get a good score I had to be inconvienced ( the customer) What ever had to customer relations?????

In a nutshell, this female manager/supervisor has very nasty attitude and should not be working for any position that deals with customers. I was asking whether I was overcharged for what I ordered. She said I owed them couple more cents for an extra burger? (I didn't want an extra burger!) She got upset and clasped my receipt in her hand then threw it on the floor.

I will not go to this BK store again. And I will post my experience online wherever I can.

I ordered a Whooper at the drive thru window and when I got home I had a chicken sandwich which I took a bite of and threw the rest in the garbage. The person that took my order was as friendly as a snake.

The woman working the drive through window was wearing her headphones and using her hands to turn the microphone off and on. She would take the money from the customer, put it in the cash register and proceed directly to the french fries and scoop them in the box. I mentioned to the manager that she should not be handling food and money at the same time. The manager said she was supposed to be washing her hands after each transaction. I told the manager that she was not doing it. The manager shrugged her shoulders and kept working.

Burger king lost me as a customer. The cross contamination could have caused customers to become ill.

me and my husband and son went to burger in on pawnee in wichita ks on sunday may 4th 08 to have breakfast and the manager there his name was jerry it was around 10:30 am he was in the back making sandwichs and not haveing any gloves on he was also eating in the back where the food is made

he also came up from to the registra is and went and eat some fries in from of coustomers i feel thatthis is un sanitary to do and for a managers to do this is not right i thought while u r making food u can not eat in the back where people are preparing the food and u have to where gloves i think something needs to be done thank u very much

On Sat, Feb 23, 2008 at approx 12:30 p.m., my husband and I went into this Burger King location to get some lunch. I had a coupon for a free whopper as long as I purchased a drink and fries. The employee taking our order said it was expired. This coupon had NO EXPIRATION DATE. We were handed our cups and went to get our soda. There was NO ICE or CO2 (only syrup) for the sodas. We mentioned this to management, and he gave us an attitude. The employee was getting our order ready and she was picking up our french fries with her hands. She was NOT wearing any gloves. Management was standing next to this employee and saw her do this and said nothing. We asked for some (4) ranch dressing packets, they opened the small refrigerator and gave them to us btu 2 of them were bad (out of date). If these things were wrong, who is to say that there is NO hot or cold water, refrigerator is not working among other things or other bad food?

Because my son loves trucks I took him and his baby brother to BK as a special treat. I ordered my son's Happy Meal and was trying to decide what I wanted to eat. While standing there I watched one of the workers as he was putting Burgers together. He was wearing gloves which was good, but he got an itch under his arm pit, shoves his hand down his shirt, scratched for a while (he saw me looking) THEN HE TOOK HIS HAND OUT AND WENT RIGHT BACK TO PUTTING BURGER PATTIES ON THE ROLLS! I felt sick.

The manager asked what I wanted, and I told him what I saw and that I could not eat anything. He tells the worker to wash his hands and says to me, "There are other people working here that didn't touch the food." My reply, "How do I know they weren't scratching something else?" Besides all that, the restaurant was filthy, the service so slow. The drive-thru girls paced back and forth frustrated, saying I need drugs to deal with this %&#! I didn't dare go in bathrooms. I drank a bottle of water, and when my son finished we left.

No damage resulted other than feeling sick to my stomach. I feel so insulted that the manager of this BK thinks this filth and unsanitary behavior is good enough for us because we live in the country. I would close it down until it was cleaned and new workers trained properly. I will never go there, and I'm telling everyone what I saw....

Upon placing my order, sales associate couldn't hear my last request and starting yelling rudely via the intercom. As I approched the drive through window, I asked the sales associate wearing the red shirt without a name tag to speak to a Manager, she stated that she was in charge, so I explained that her employee has poor customer service skills and needs to be disciplined accordingly, she (Manager)quoted that I should not be talking to her employee with a tone, and suggested I can go take my business some place else.

This type of behavior is rude, and less than expected when dealing with an abusive employee who represent a franchise and to make matters worse by reversing roles and fabricating lies.

I paid for three Rodeo burger's and a Whopper amd a small fry and small coke. Guess what. As I got down the street I saw I was missing the fries and drink. The Burger king was short staffed and the manager told the staff to stop taking orders in the drive thru and at the front because it clogged the system?? When I got my order I drove down the street before I realized some items where missing. The Whopper was a heated blob!!. I kept my receipt and I decided I would call back when they where less busy. I decided to go back with the receipt in a couple of hours and the manager was nasty saying she gave it to me. Beleive me I have better thing's to do then argue about missing fries and drink. The manager say's Do what you have to do!. I feeled robbed and Burger king and McDonalds get rich off of short changing people in the long run. I have the finacial means to buy a Burger King so Why should I have to argue with them about stuff I paid for and have the receipt???

Only a couple of dollars , but it is the principal. The manager is a ##%&$% Hole and has bad customer relations skills and should be fired. Ripped by the Burger King.

Returned two chicken sandwiches because they were over cooked. The manager said they were okay to him, and gave me only $8 of the $11 spent and said the drinks were okay and he would now refund the entire meal.

575 East 400 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84102

lost of $3 to pay for unwanted drinks, gas to drive back to resturant and embarrassment by manager, saying that order was okay to him, but it was dry and over cooked.

My daughter had won a 25.00 crown card in the which spidey are you game. When we tried to get a prize claim envelope from FOUR different stores, we were told everything from (we don't know what that is) to (we thought the game was over so we threw them away) to just blank stares. I even called corporate office and was given an address to claim an envelope. I told the guy that I didnt have time for that because it had to be postmarked by the 16 of July. He said thats the best he could do. So my daughter dosen't get her prize and I wasted 10.00 worth of gas trying to get a silly envelope. I would have thought corporate would have at least taken an extra step to allow me to claim this prize.

My wife said the women's bathroom was dirty and had only a small roll of toilet paper. We complained about that and the dirty tables. The manager thanked us and did nothing. I was very disappointed and will not return to this location.

It will not survive since it's in a nice area with many clean fast food restaurants nearby.

They list a price for the childrens' meals that include a hamburger, cheeseburger or chicken strips; strawberry applesauce or french fries; and milk, juice or soda. However, they end up charging extra for the milk. (they charge more than their marquee states the product costs).

Every person that orders a kids meal is being overcharged.

i have my own landscaping company and i am out a lot and eat lunch at burger king quite often, but this store made me so mad today 6-25-07 that i have to tell someone. i am calling their 1-800 tomorrow also to complain. we were at the drive through today i pulled up to the screen and waited, after a while i said hello several times and continued to wait, after a couple of minutes i drove around and there were 2 cars ahead of me they got their orders and then a car drove around behind me, i said that i was waiting at the screen but know one said anything and i proceeded to order, she screamed the order to the main counter and the lady there said i would have to drive around again. i was in a hurry and i did not want to wait in line behind other cars again after being in the drive thru lane already to long. she said there was nothing they could do for me there, i asked for a manger and a latino man came and said there was nothing he could do and i would have to drive around through the line again, all i wanted was 2 combo meals for me and my son in the truck with me. i told them they would lose my business if they could not take care of me and my $10 order, he said o-well, i cursed and drove off quite angry, nothing like this had ever happended to me like this at a fast food restaurant.

I had a free coupon for a free whopper didn't expect as big as a whopper and run around as they gave me no burger was ever given :(. I handed the coupon the the drive thru employee with a corner of the other scratch part missing. She gave it back to me half way scratched off (Yes I saw her and 2 other women looking at the coupon gathered and checking to see if I was looking at them) and all she could say was sorry. I went to complain to the manager who didn't even listen to me and gave me some number to a real estate lot (925-866-8429) and refused to give me his name. This place needs a serious ettiquette check as I think some of the underage immature acts are moving up the ladder.

I'm never going to Burger King again not only are their burgers lackluster but their customer service is a real kick to the customer while hes on the ground.

On Feb 2, 2007 I had taken my childeren to Burger King in Mckinleyville CA, and ordered a Whoppeer Jr. meal and two childerns meals. After recieving the meals, My six year old son took a bite of his burger and said, I don't like this, something is ugly with this dad), I checked his burger and found it to be raw in side, I checked the othe kid's meal and found that the other burger was also raw. I informed and showed the assistant manager, she said she would buy me two new ones, I declined the offer ,( my childern do not need to eat raw meat) and asked for a number to contact and make a complaint. I contacted the number and the man on the other side stated, You got no bad burger from us, I replied that yes, I did and I hve photos of the burgers and his assistant manager looking at them). He then offered to buy me two burgers. I would have felt better if I had seen something with a logo . at least offering an apology.

My six year old son had pains in his stomach, but I do not believe that he consumed enough of the burger to make him sick.

I drove thru Burger king ordering food including chicken fries for my toddler. Which I had gotten for her a few times before and she liked to eat. I handed her a few on our drive home. While driving my daughter who's almost 2 years was sitting in the back in her car seat and coughed up a part of a chicken bone which had been in a chicken fry. I called the Burger King to tell them what happended. I was so angry cause I was just blown off by management. I wanted a warning put on the box of the fries that it may contain bone and cause a choking hazard! I didn't get any sorry, replacement, or even my money back! I kept the bone in the Burger King bag for a week until it started smelling up my fridge then tossed it out. I felt there was nothing I could do about it. I don't have money for a attorney. I just think how lucky my child is to be alive because she could of choked or I could of got into a car accident. I also wonder if this happended to other people as well as myself?

My daughter could of died!

I went to Burger King to purchase value meal bacon double cheese burger 3 Whopper Jr's with cheese 3 small fries 1 small drink a pie 1 nugget they over charge me for this order the food was nasty and sloppy and all the sandwiches were made with big whopper buns they charge me for more than what I brought I am very dissatisfied and I would like to have my charge card refunded this was the second time in questioning that I had a problem with this Burger King over charging me and not giving me all the food I had purchased or charging me for more food than I purchased and when I call and complain they are very nasty and do not want to refund me my money and tell me instead of refund I can come get the food any day since it was already purchased.
