On November 4 I contacted U.S. Equity Advantage to cancel them taking my car payment from my savings account. I was told by Brenda that I would receive my money back by November 18, 2009 3 days before my car payment is due. When I called on November 19, 2009 she said that she didn't know why it was sent out and that she would try to expedite it. When she called back she said that it was sent via US mail on the 19th.

I asked why wasn't it overnight to me and I was told that if I wanted that they would charge me and I should have made arrangements earlier. This is a scam to make money of consumers by making them think their car payments are made when they are collecting interest on the money instead of paying the car not when they receive the money. They claim they make the car payments every 2 weeks, when they are only making the payments once a month and only a few days prior to the due date. They charge .95 every time they take the money from my account, but they don't pay the car payment. Beware of US Equity Advantage.
