A total scam. Claims to send you lots of business but never do. Claims to have 100% money back but will not refund money. Liars and cheats to the max. Call them and no one will answer the phone if your phone is on record. I am pressing claims with American Express and Better Business Bureau as these people should be put out of business as a sham operation.

I was contacted by a sales representative for Force Group Network approximately 1 year ago. At that time, the rep. made very specific guarantees to me. He plainly stated that if I did not receive one rental agreement through their company, my money would be refunded. Not only did I not receive one renter from Force Group, I only received 2 inquiries over the course of 1 year! The rep. made no mention that other requirements would need to be met for my refund. 1 year later, I followed all the proper procedures and tried to get my money back.
They refused stating I did not update the Force Group Calendar. Well, when you don't receive any renters, there is nothing to update! This company is a scam. They do not back up what they state, and they certainly do not have the membership they advertise. Do not advertise with this company! They are simply there trying to recruit homeowners, with no intention of sending us renters. They do not answer the phone or respond to BBB complaints! Owners beware!

Do not list with Force Group Network--it is without a doubt an Internet scam. The toll-free number lists "departments" but they are no departments--it all goes to one extension and one person, "Jenny", which is likely a fake name. "Frank **", also likely a fake name, is supposedly in charge of refunds but there is no such person. They are completely fraudulent and there is no money-back that they promised. In fact there are not even legitimate property inquiries; only general inquiries in the beginning so that the buyer doesn't realize it's a scam until it's too late.

Like other who has complained about this company I bought a contract to list 3 rental properties with a verbal statement from telephone sales person that if I got no rentals in a year my money would be refunded. When I indeed got no rentals, I asked for a refund. Only then was I informed of the fine print that I failed to meet certain rules which were never disclosed up front. I complained and my refund request was refused. I wrote to the Attorneys Generals of Florida where the company is based and my home state Washington. Both AGs wrote to the company and they stone walled and refused to reply.
I plan to work with the Department of Defense and the US Army because this company says the match active or retired military and police, fire personal with individuals like myself who have vacation rental properties. I advise all individuals to steer clear of this company and would like to hear from others so a group effort can be made to go after this unscrupulous company.

I was tricked by several (over five phone calls) voice messages from Force Group; that there are over seventy inquiries for Vero Beach, Florida location; where my vacation home is located, and they have none in their inventory. They found my phone number from other places where I have advertised my vacation home. They called me at home and my cell phone. Finally, they said that they can advertise my home, and if there is no booking within one year, they will refund my money.
I paid the amount $245.00 with that guarantee. After nine months, I requested my money since the inquiries (about fifteen of them) seemed to be fake and phony. There were no subsequent emails from their clients. I wanted to see why no one is contacting me after the initial contact. So, I lowered my rate to a level cheaper than a two star motel. There was still no subsequent contact. My vacation home is in a prestigious golf and tennis gated community.
Now Force Group is refusing to refund my membership, and they are referring me back to few layers of pages that I had no clue that they existed. I asked them why these pages were not included in my contract, and I cannot get any answer from them. I wrote them two letters, and I got a form letters from them without any signatures or names. I called again and told them that I plan file a suit; I need a name, so I can serve my claim. They gave me a phony name that does not exist in Force Group and my claim gone unwarranted, and was not served.

The lady did not realize that she had called me two years ago because I had changed my telephone number 8 months ago and she started backtracking and telling me that it was my fault that I changed my phone number. I paid them over $500 for a two year membership and never received one phone call. They are defrauding people and telling them they will guarantee bookings.
I never received one call. Then she told me that there is "no rhyme or reason why anyone that called me would tell me they saw my ad or Force Group site". I said, "When I ask people where did you see my ad, they have never told me your site." I told her that I ask people because I want to renew with the companies that are giving me business. This is a scam! Do not pay them any money. I have not had any calls or inquiries in two years. I was scammed out of $500.

I paid $695 US to list my vacation property- I was told I would get a packet in a few days- this was Sept 23, 2009- I still do not have anything on Oct 29- When I called I was put on hold and no one ever came to the phone- when I called back there was a voice mail- There is no reply to my emails either. I have file a complaint with my credit card company and am in dispute

This is a follow-up to an earlier complaint. The Force Group Network has resolved this issue and provided me with a refund and agreed to list my property for one year.

January 20: Force group network called me on my private cell phone to solicit my business. They wanted me to advertise my vacation homes on their vacation rental web site. They charged my credit card the full amount of $399. I did not agree to any terms with the company nor did they outline or provide any terms either verbally or in writing.
February 3: After doing some investigation, I found negative feedback from other clients of theirs. I requested that they substantiate the claims they made to me at the time of sale. Received a response back with no substantiation of their promises just an invitation to contact owners they just started to work with that had no history or track records despite telling me that they had been operating for multiple years. Requested information for other areas that they had a track record with in order to substantiate their claim of bookings.
February 4: Received email stating artwork was completed. Web page was not completed. Links did not work and no information was provided regarding our house. Essentially they posted a photo of our house on a web page. (See my email dated and February 5 and email below from them dated February 4.)
February 5: Sent email back to Force Travel copying two employees of the company Specifically stating I do not approve or agree to the terms of the ad until further investigation is completed into your company and the performance claims made by the sales representative.
February 9: Sent follow-up email requesting additional information to substantiate claims
February 11: Sent follow-up email requesting additional information or requesting abbreviated subscription (trial period) for me to verify claims of service or full refund.
March 6: After receiving no information or feedback I requested that all charges be reversed.
Submitted claim to my credit card to have charges rversed. The Force Group network denied and prevented the charges from being reversed.
June 26: submitted a complaint with the NC Department of Justice. Complaint # 0909019.
Mr V. Plumb sent a letter dated July 12, 2009 back to the NC Department of Justice stating he would refund half the charges to my credit card.
He still has failed to do that.
I have offered several solutions to resolve this complaint but the Force Group Network has refused to offer any alternatives or refund my money even when they informed a regulating agencey they would.
