We started with an agreement with them to help us get our mortgage back on track. All started out okay then, as soon as they got their payment, we could not get in contact with them. They lied about sending my documents to my mortgage company and now, the situation is worse than before. All their business numbers are now disconnected and there is no listing on the address they have given us. We do have a cellphone number for the person handling my case, "Ben **" **, but he never answers. When I leave a message to call me back, I do not get any calls back. I've left numerous messages over the past two months, without a response. Also, I have never received any copies of any documents that should have been sent to the Mortgage company. What needs to be done to try and get the money back?

The called me and told me that they were a group of lawyers who could help me refinance my mortgage. They made me stay behind with my mortgage to pay them. Now, they had disappeared and I can't find any information about these people. Please, if somebody knows them, help me. I am about to lose my home.
I hired them to assist me in obtaining a loan modification to our home. I lost $3000 and no favorable result. I had to do everything and was constantly trying to contact someone to no avail. Do not hire them! You will lose your money! You would be better off working with your lender by yourself and you'll know the outcome of that! Wish I could say something positive, but these bums took my money and then insulted me for not keeping up with my lender's restrictions. I thought that was why I hired them! Last correspondence I received from The A.I.D.E Group was unprofessional. They have my money and I had to retain a real attorney!

I'm so far behind now and it was not this bad until I started with them! I'm being asked to make payments that should have been made per them. I have faxed them countless documents and now they can't be contacted! I'm thinking about taking a road trip!
I hired this company to help with a mortgage modification on my home. After about 11-12 months of faxing bank statements, pay stubs, utility bills and various other requested material, we received a call from our lender that if we did not pay a sum of over $13,000 in the next 30 days, we would be in default of our loan. We paid the sum of $3000 to the group to retain an attorney. We are now being told that there is nothing else they can do. The AIDE Group failed to achieve any of the objectives that they were hired to perform and we are now in a hole so deep that I don't know if we can get out of. I was in an automobile accident at work and am collecting Workman's Compensation and my wife is disabled and collecting Social Security benefits. I have three children and don't know what to do or who else to ask for help. I find it very hard to believe that the best course of action is to foreclose on the home and not work out some kind of arrangement. That is what I hired the AIDE Group to do.
