I have $669.00 in the card with my financial aid, which I received from school, and I can't get it because the company is out of business.

I received two gift cards: one for $50 and the other for $150. I have tried to activate and their phone number and website will not work. The website is www.mycardsummary.com and the phone number is 877-762-4228. It appears that this company has taken the money and they are gone now.

The gift cards we ordered through my husband's company reward program were not usable. When I went to the website, it said they were expired and if we mailed them back, a small fee would be removed ($5 each card) and they would send updated cards back. We sent the cards, as instructed, on July 21, 2010 and have not received anything back, not even a letter or a phone call explaining what's going on. Now their website and phone numbers are disconnected. And we just lost $100. This is not cool!

The company provided a false information to get consumers use their cards and load bonus money to the account where actually, there is no bonus or you can't even use the card. It's called shell loyalty card where you use a MasterCard to purchase gasoline and on your loyalty card, you get $5 for every $25 you spend. I personally had $35, but the company is saying that I can't use the card anymore where I am supposed to have $35. I have debt with my credit card (MasterCard).
