He claimed the business venture would take 4 years due to the city of Sacramento needed time to get tentative maps etc. He agreed to pay for all engineering cost and all monies and he said he had financial backers. I believed him and the llc he claimed would prevent anyone suing me and taking the land.
He then transferred our llc where he was manager and I was a member without my knowledge into river tree properties. Got together with Spartan home loans and Red Shield Inc. borrowed 325,000. Ran off with the money, Spartan home loans foreclosed on the property, my property and now wants to offer me my personal things from the barbershop or 4,000 dollars on property that I was defrauded out of with Sherman C. and said I should go after Sherman C.
Spartan home loans is hard money lenders that literally steal from people. Me basically out of property, land, my barbershop, etc. How. Why. I hired an attorney named Danny B. and in the settlement hearing he did not ever pursue getting my property back and when my husband died he sent me decision to stop representing me. Where is the justice? I have lost everything.
My barbershop was my income, Sparta home loans hired a Dirk to property manage my barbershop. They now collect rents, the land they kept. Economically, I have been stripped of ownership, I built the barbershop and Spartan home loans has taken all my economic land, barbershop, even my relationship with my daughter who now pays the rent to dirk the property manager who was employed by Spartan home loans and Red Shield Inc.
