On January 23, 2008 at 1:55p.m. received a call from Avin Santini from Refinance. com. I was assured that my loan would take 3-5 business days to close. The promises made were that I would be getting $90,000.00 cash out, paying off the 1st mortgage and both American Express cards, that which never happened. After finaggling for about 4 months the loan was approced and it was completely different as to what we had agreed upon since the inception of the loan.

I never received the $90,000.00 in cash as agreed upon instead I received half the amount and none of the credit cards were paid off. I was sent checks with all kinds of amounts that did not agree with the credit card balances.

I have the original e-mail from Mr. Santini made promises that never materialized. I wanted some of the $90,000.00 proceeds of the loan for my retirement and it never happened.

Now I have a thirty year loan and no money for my retirement.

Mr. Santini did not act in any way shape or manner acted in good faith and Refinance. com should be held accountable for this travesty and injustice.

I am now drowning in debt and there seems no end to this. I have contemplated going into bankruptcy and I am going to be forced into doing this. Help, Help.

While waiting for the loan to be approved I found myself getting myself in a deep hole trying to get this loan approved. The situation became very desperate for me waiting as I waited for them to approve the loan, afterall it was suppose to take three days like Mr. Santini and I had agreed upon not 4-5 months. My credit was comppletley destroyed as I waited for them to approve the loan. I kept on being asured that the loan was approved but by then I was too deeply indebted. Now I am stuck trying to pay off the credit cards that they were suppose to pay off and a mortgage that I cannot afford to pay. Had they given me the $90,000.00 promised my credit would not be destroyed because I would pay off all my debts and I could afford the mortgage payment.

I was so deep with them that I couldn't get out because I needed to pay my bills. The three or four moths that I waited to have this loan approved sunk me to the point of desperation where I couldn't turn back and I had to proceed with the loan.

I feel they used predatory tactics and at constanly mentioned that I did not need a lawyer and that I could do this from my home.

My credit has been destroyed and I am in desparate need of help.

I mentioned to Mr. Santinini that I had had open heart surgery and that I was hoping ot recover. I also mentioned to hime that I had had 22 surgeries and that I was a Vietnam Disabled Veteran and I felt that I was taken on a violent roller coaster ride.

I think Mr. Santini used untethical and predatory tactics in getting this loan approved.

Final fact the loan took so long to have it approved that by the time it was approved I was into too many debts and I was committed to them.

I wanted to pull out but I couldn't for I had too much to lose and I was to deep in the process and my debts just about doubled.
