I purchased Stock funds through Bob McIntosh in 2000.At the time he worked for Prime Capital. He told me repeatedly that I had to hold those accounts for 5 years to avoid penalties or fees.

Now in 2008 I was going to roll that fund over and found out there is an INDEFINETE 3% back end fee. When I called him now he basically said, not his responsibility, deal with Prime Capital. According to the fund (Alger) he received his full commission in 2002. He falsly represented information to me about a fund (or ommitted) for his financial gain.

3% of my investment which currently is estimated at 550.00 (what I would lose)
