Solicited me regarding modification of my home loan and a 100% money back if they failed to provide a modification. I paid $4200 to them. No modification took place and company refusing to give money back. They keep transferring my calls to other people, and taking my number to give a call back. Then no one answers the phone.
My home was behind only one payment when this process started, now it is in foreclosure, and I have not received anything but issues of stress and emotional pain. I am out $4200 I could not afford to throw away or give to this unethical company. I want my money back, and that no one else have this happen to them
