Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I called Navisis (1-800-483-1759) to have my mom removed from their mailing list. The rep said okay then proceeded to ask me if it was okay to contact me at the number I was calling from and I said no. Only a few days later, I began receiving calls from Navisis' automated service offering their warranty products. Today, I received a mailing solicitation.

This is not the first time I have contacted Navisis to be removed from their mailing list and call list. In the last conversation, I expressed how upset I was that their company is using deceptive marketing to convince people. This is from the dealership and expiration of a current warranty. Their mail add reads as though it is from a dealership and not as if they are offering a service. It's deceptive marketing.

Secondly, their mailing solicitation is a lie. It always says your factory warranty is about to expire. This scam still will say your factory warranty is about to expire or has currently expired. I received one of these on a car I has sold and had not owned for over 2 years.

I have read many complaints on this company and no one in power is doing anything to shut them down or at least stop their unethical business actions and marketing. They get my phone number then all the sudden have my car information. And even after telling them multiple times to be removed and say you cannot contact me, they still do. Also, I want their business address as their website does not give that info. In no way do I want to be contacted by phone. Email only.

National Securities (the Chicago office is now called Navisis Financial) purports to be a securities investment firm. Maybe it is only this branch but I transferred my $401K to Mark in 2009 when I got discouraged with the response by a Dean ** broker that I had worked with for over 30 years (over $300K). What a big mistake. Mark managed to lose over $85K while making himself almost $20K in commissions in nine months. I was a fool. I trusted him. I depend on professionals for investment advice since I am trying to run a business. He was smart enough to stay just inside the law. Do not trust anyone in this office. They are concerned only about them and not you.
