Keeping Customers Loyal

It's a well-known fact that it costs many times more to acquire a new customer than to keep doing business with your existing ones. For this reason, Metropolis Loans is appreciative of each clients concern below. It's all about relationship building. So what can you do?

Customers Aren't as Loyal as They Used to Be

It used to be that customers would find one service that met their needs and stay with it for absolutely years. Now, though, customers are fickle, and can all-too-easily to be tempted away by a competitor's offer if they feel that it sounds cheaper or better than yours. So-called 'loyalty management' has become more of a science than it ever used to be, and it's one that you need to make use of if you don't want to be constantly failing to retain your customers. Which is why we have the highest referral business in the nation.

Here are Metropolis Loans "we are crazy about" feedbacks:

For Mimi Below:

She received two modifications between her first mortgage and second mortgage. In addition, she also received 3 settlement offers on her second mortgage, saving her a total of $670.00 a month in her bills, but that is not enough per her complaint. Even though we do our jobs, it's never enough when folks want things for free, and or next to nothing. So we appreciate her feedback, but we were able to help her save her home from foreclosure and did get great service. In addition, we were able to reduce her mortgage payments with Metropolis Loans assistance.

For Deborah Below:

She did save 350 on her mortgage and was 2 years behind in monthly payments and was able to go from a 6.5 to a 4.1 percent fixed interest rate for the life of her loan. Client was still unhappy. Even though her interest rate is better than a refinance rate with her home being 100k upside down. Metropolis Loans was able to do that for her. We have never had a client lose their home, and she wasn't going to be the first.

Finally, we appreciate them, regardless of the outcome, because we did have a connection and we care about each and every client, and we still truly wish them the best in their endeavors. And hope their modifications are working for their best interests, which is saving their home from foreclosure. All the best Metropolis Loans!

My bills are piling up. This company promised to get my bills consolidated to where, I would be paying a certain reduced amount, and lower my home mortgage payments. They told me to stop paying my creditors, and not to talk to them, also, to fall behind on my mortgage. Doing this, they said, would make the creditors more likely to settle for a smaller dollar amount. I paid them money up front, with the assurance from them, that this would not hurt my credit.

My credit is ruined beyond repair. I had a judgement levied against me by the courts, and now I am making payments to a law firm, and almost lost my home. My mortgage is not lower, it's higher. All this for over a year and a half. Emails were sent, and no replies. Phone calls were made but none were returned. Spent time and money sending numerous faxes. All this time, I was worrying about my bills, and mortgage, and them telling me not to worry, and that it's all okay. It never was okay from the beginning of their lies to the end. Camerin ** is an arrogant a person that I have ever had to deal with, and he's still getting away with it. I would like to sue him for all he has.

This company caused me to almost lose my home by telling me NOT to pay my bills or talk to any of my creditors during the loan modification process. That they knew what they were doing and not to worry that everything was fine. Everything was fine for them. They got my money and ruined my credit beyond repair. If i had the money, I would sue Cameron *** of Metropolis Loans.

I hired Camerin ** on 9/1/2009 to do a loan modification with a predatory lender. The amount of my payment at that time was $1433.21. Taylor, Bean and Whitaker had helped me before Feds. They closed their business in 2009. They were predatory as well. The original payment was $1.655.62. I am on a fixed income and I work 35 hrs per week. Metropolis loans had signs in my area stating they could help stop foreclosure. I hoped Mr. ** could lower my payment with RoundPoint mortgage.

To make a long story short, with the first forbearance notice from RoundPoint, I had to pay $1018.67 for 4 months. I thought finally, that's an amount that is affordable. It was implied that after this amount was paid on time, payment would be a little over $1200.00. Fine. Then, I received another notice from RoundPoint Mortgage stating I had to pay $1.557.98 for 3 months starting 07/01/10. Mr. Camerin ** called me a few days before the 2nd notice. Camerin ** told me he had a really, really, really good deal (I knew I was in a world of trouble). Your new payment will be $1.557.98. I asked why so high? That is when I heard the disgust in his voice. Ms. you have been late with your payments. This is why I hired him to do a loan modification.

I needed help. I want my money back as well. Mr. Camerin ** and his cohorts at RoundPoint have basically forced me into losing the home I have been in for almost 10 years. I am going to fight back as best as I can. I have filed complaints and this includes: Metropolis Loans/RoundPoint Mortgage; North Carolina Attorney General's office: State of Arizona Attorney General's office; Federal Trade Comission; and Center for Responsible Lending. I will be contacting help to stop foreclosures, Hamp Assistance (home affordable modification program). I have also registered a complaint with USA.gov.

Anyone out there, if you have been a victim, do all you can to get help against predatory mortgage lenders. I will more than likely lose my home if I don't get assistance. I can't afford such high payments, due to age, low income. I will not be able to purchase another home. I will be homeless.
