I wish I would have researched this company before I bought my truck! This company is a joke! They call you the day your payment is due and harass you. I received a total of 22 calls in one day, the day my payment was due! The payment was paid and they didn't update their system after I gave the 8th call the confirmation number from paying online. They continued to call my cell phone, my office, my mother, my fiancee and even went as far as to call my dad and say there was a family emergency with one of my children and they needed to get in touch with me immediately! I have a special needs disabled child so this sent my family in a panic.

Once I got her on the phone and blessed her out for lying and causing unnecessary stress for my family, she laughed and said you need to make your payment. Hello, I did and you have the confirmation number, not to mention the money has already been taken out of my account! She said, "oh well, make it on time next time". I was paid on the due date! I will never ever use this company again. I am counting the days to the end of my loan!

I contacted Jason ** on Thursday, December 1, 2011, because I was told that my vehicle was repossessed by Mark One on Monday, November 28, 2011. Jason ** confirmed that Mark One did repossess my vehicle on November 28, 2011. I asked Jason how much I needed to bring payments current and if I could pick up my vehicle. Jason told me that I could pickup my vehicle and it would be $1800 to pay for all fees and back payments. Jason told me that he would send me a correspondence outlining the fees by email. Jason never sent the correspondence, so I contacted him again by phone on Friday, December 2, 2011. Jason told me that I was no longer able to pick up my vehicle because they (Mark One) sold it at an auction.

I will ride the bus before I ever apply for another car loan with this company. They are rude, unprofessional, and inconsistent. They have harassed me the entire length of my loan with continuous calls to my work, personal and home phones. Often, I receive these calls despite having made my monthly payment.

Toward the end of my loan I made 2 lump sum payments, attempting to pay off the loan early. They still continued to call despite getting overpayments for the month! There should be an option to give them a no star or even better, sad faces. This is the worst experience I ever had. Thank God I don't owe them anything and I don't have to deal with this company anymore.

This is harassment. I get more than 10 calls a day. They are calling my employer and leaving notes on the door. I asked for a deferment because the car that I am still paying for needed repairs. The forms that they attached in an email cannot be opened. I asked to please send it in the mail and I would send it back. They refused. But they did have someone leave a note on my home door to contact them. I thought maybe the same person could leave the forms I needed to fill out.

I received 10 or more calls a day. I felt very harassed after I had spoken to someone earlier about the account. They have very rude customer agents. I was told wrong information on every conversation. The managers have no knowledge of what they are doing. My account was not even one week past due. They call and harass you every day, worse than a payday loan.

Mark One is committing harassment. I find that they have a way of tapping into my phone records and find out who I have been in contact and they are showing up all over town just to locate me. They are calling me under names that are found in my directory to hide their identity. They are contacting clients and other person in the community that have nothing to do with the transaction. They have found a way into records that they should not have access to.

They have affected my business because they are showing up on doorsteps of persons that have nothing to do with our transactions. Clients are now questioning me and my success in my business because they are sending collections after me.
