I had, unlike some, had credit go bad to someone other than my self. So I called this company Key Debt which described the situation to me, and thinking that they were miracle workers, everything was going to be alright. Well, I couldn't be more wrong. Take your money out of the mutual account that is Global Client Solutions, because they too (the bank) cannot get a hold of these individuals who we trusted thousands with!

How do these people sleep at night, knowing they ripped people off?! They never did one thing in almost four years to help me. I had to find out the hard way when I have been paying for years! I cannot believe they are allowed to get away with this crap. Please, if someone files a class action lawsuit against these thieves, please contact me. Thank you.

I paid Key Debt Services over $6,000 with an agreement that they would negotiate reduced payoffs on 7 different credit cards we held. They did arrange a pay off on a card with approximately $2,000 balance on it. I settled for a little under $900. They also set up a payment schedule for 2 different cards which we are now paying monthly on the total balance owed. I actually settled another on my own for 40 % of the owed amount. I have had little to no contact with them since I finished paying the monthly amount on our contract. I call and get their voice mail program, leave messages, but get no answers.

I actually filed a complaint with the BBB and within a few weeks, I got a telephone call from them promising to maintain contact with me. I have had no contact since and I am about to have suits filed on me for the other cards we had contracted for. I am ready to hire an attorney and go after them.

Over a year and a half, they withdrew money from my checking account until I had the required amount to pay off my credit card, $9,000. In July, the final payoff was supposed to happen and apparently, a storm has crashed their servers. It's now September 8th and they still have not given my money back. As a result, I won't be refunded in full.

After being with them for over 2 years, basically, nothing has happened with my creditors because I am still getting calls and letters. On top of that, they took money from my account on a non-authorized date, causing numerous checks to bounce. With all these, I decided to cancel my business with them on December 2, 2010. With the cancellation, I requested the refund of my money which was over $17000. I called them numerous times to find out when I will receive my money. Throughout the month, I got the excuses of it still processing. Finally, when I called them on April 19, they said that the money will be available on April 29. Time came and nothing. I called back and they stated there was an issue with accounting and it will be in my account on May 2.

May 2nd came and nothing. I called them back and said there were insufficient fund until May 3rd. Today is May 3rd and still nothing. I've waited over four months for my money and still nothing but excuses. I am still getting calls from the creditors. I can't improve my credit because the funds to pay them are with Key Debt.
