Kimberly ** told me I was approved for a $6,000 loan and to send her $544.98 for a collateral payment and I never got the loan. She told me that I needed to make another payment of $544.98 for insurance and then I could get the loan. I told her that I wasn't going to send it and that I wanted a refund. She said 30 days but I need my money now. I needed that money that I sent her for the children cause I am a single parent and I am unemployed.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

This is a follow-up to my earlier complaint against Kentucky Lending Branch, which has been displayed thankfully. They have agreed to send me the refund of the 3 collateral payments which were $1,300. The thing is I have requested for several days a written confirmation that they are sending me a refund around July 25, but have yet to do so. Of course I have very little trust in them. Also, what I have trouble understanding is why they are sending me a refund almost a month and a half later.
Right now it's been hard for me but, at least I am getting a refund according to them, but I want something in writing sent to my e-mail. Maybe one of your lawyers could say something to this branch so I can have more peace of mind. If they continue to ignore my request, then I would freely speak to an attorney on this matter.

This is a follow up to the complaint I sent you guys from June '09. I spoke to a supervisor from the company, and she told that the previous lender Ronah ** doesn't want to do business with me anymore. She said they found another lender, who wanted to lend me $5,000. I then needed to make a deposit for $500, and after adding the $1,300 I had already sent, the loan would have been for $6,300. I told her I couldn't do it, so they will send me a refund, which is going to arrive in about 30 days. I requested something in writing, hopefully I will get it soon. If there are any more issues, you will be alerted immediately. The refund will alleviate the economic situation. Hopefully, they will do the right thing, but if they don't, I will let you know.

I requested a loan through this company which seems to be a reputable company. We both mutually agreed to the terms and I signed a contract on May 24. I received the copy of the contract back. The terms were $3,000 dollars for two years ending 2013. They requested a collateral payment which I sent. Then since I was a person with bad credit, I needed to make more payments for insurance purposes which I did last week to a lender by the name of Ronah **.
The total payments are over 1,200 dollars. I was promised the funds would be in my account last Friday. It's now Wednesday afternoon and still noting has been sent. I feel am I getting the run around. A supervisor or loan officer was going to call me back but they still haven't. Is it possible your agency can help me with this situation? Courtney ** told me that the loan was approved on several occasions. I just want the funds ASAP or a return of my 3 collateral payments.
Consequently, I had certain things like bills to pay and personal matters to take off and since they requested collateral payments, I am very short on money.
