Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I read about others who were stupid enough like me to request a loan from this company. I pay $240.00 a month for a $500.00 loan. None of this goes toward the principal. After paying for 2 months, I still owe them $620.00. How in the world can these people get away with this? That's like paying 50% interest. Why haven't they been investigated? I know there are laws about how much interest a loan company can charge. The details were not explained to me since it was done over the internet. What can I do? I borrowed the money because I was behind, and now this extra $240.00 that seemingly goes on forever will be charged against my account until I can save up $500.00 to pay them back in full. Please help all of us! Please?

Daniel called my mobile phone and said as soon as I received this call, I need to call him about charges brought against me for a loan. He needed my attorney's name and what I'm going to do about this. I explained to him that I never received a loan from this company. He has an accent. I refused to verify any information that he says he had. When he called my mobile phone, his number was blocked. He left a message on my voice mail leaving a number and states that I need to call or else and God bless.

My loan of $500 was to be paid back in 5 biweekly payments. Here it is almost six months later and I am still having money taken out of my account. $150 finance charge for each payment? To top it all off, I cannot contact anyone form the company!

I went to Integrity Advance, which is a loan company that helps people who are in need of some extra cash until payday. I've applied for a payday loan with this company on August 26 of this year. I requested a loan of $500.00, which was deposited into my account on or before payday.

They requested that I pay the loan of $650.00 for 5 pay periods, which I though would pay the loan in full. My contract states that this loan would cost me $150.00. On 9/30 they took out $150. On 10/14 and 10/28 they took $150 for each date. And on 11/10 they took $200. That equals $650 which I thought would pay the loan. But on 11/25, they took another $185, after which I called the company. It seems you need to call the company prior (3 days) to your due date to let them know how much you're paying on the loan. I had thought each payment was making a payment on the loan but I was informed that each payment was only the finance charge not until the 4th payment did they apply any amount to the balance.

In laying it out, I've paid $735 in finance charges for the 4 payments it was $150 and on the 5th payment it was $135. And now that they have started paying on the balance, the finance charge goes down. Currently, I still owe $400 on my initial amount I borrowed. They explained now that my balance was being paid, the finance charge is lowered, the next payment will be a finance charge of $120. So for a $500 payday loan that has a contract that states $150 in finance charges need to be paid. I will be paying over $1350.

I was approved for a payday loan for $400 on 08/09/11. They told me they would take it out of my account in the next 2 pay periods. It is now 11/21/11 and it is 6 pay periods later and they are still taking more money out of my account. I closed my account.

I went to Integrity Advance, which is a loan company that helps people who are in need of some extra cash until payday. I've applied for a payday loan with this company on May 12 of this year. I requested a loan of $500.00, which was deposited into my account on or before payday. They requested that I pay the loan of $150.00 for 5 pay periods, which I though would pay the loan in full. But they keep taking huge amounts of money from my account for just a $500.00 loan.

The payments taken from my account are: $200; $185; $170; $150; $140; $125; $110; $95; $80; and $65. In my opinion I am paying off more than I borrowed, which is over $1,000, just for a $500 loan. I feel this is a rip-off. After I make my last payment, I am not doing business with Integrity anymore.

My loan has been paid off in full and these fools are still harassing me. They gave my information to people from India, who are rude. When I called, this fool who said that David ** was not there, said that I needed to get a hold of Integrity Advance and get a letter.

Everyone, do not use Integrity Advance for anything. I want compensation for pain, suffering, mental torment and an apology.

I was looking into loans and unknowingly received a loan from them. The amount was $400. They have already taken $420 from my account and they told me I still owe $400. You can never get a hold of a person on the phone; I had to do online chat. I called the BBB on them and I also called my bank.

They will not get anymore of my hard-earned money.

I took out a $400 loan and they tell you one thing and do another without your approval. I'm being ripped off biweekly. Every time I call they, give an excuse but turn around and take more money out my account. I think this company should be looked at. The problem resulted to overdraft fees, late payments, physical and emotional hardships.

In September of 2010, I took out a loan for $400. Being short on cash because my wife was out of work, I called Integrity Advance. They told me my total payment would be with $120 interest included, that is $520.00, after they took their last payment. I thought the account was debited twice again. I don't have money to give away. That's why I borrowed from them. These people don't have any integrity and are misleading and deserve whatever sentence punishable by law.

I received a Payday advance from this company on September 21, 2010 in the amount of $500. I have been paying $150 bi-weekly when I get paid. They have gotten $700 from me, thus far causing my account to be overdrawn on several occasions. When I talked to the company representative, she informed me this is what I agreed to, and I would continue to pay $150 until I call three days before Payday to inform them to pay the loan in full. They are a rip-off and need to be run and put out of business for misleading customers.

I was told that $50 dollars if the $150 went towards the principal. After the 5th payment, I am still expected to pay $500. I am not going to be able to pay for Christmas because of this company.

My car broke down in July 2010, I used my whole paycheck for repairs. I found Integrity Advance Loans online and applied. I was told for a $100.00 loan, I would be charged a $30.00 finance fee. I was okay with that. I needed $100.00 to buy a few groceries and gas to get me by to my next pay date. They credited my account on 7/23/2010 for the $100.00 and I set up my due date for 8/13/10 for them to take out $130.00. I called them two days before my due date and said I was worried I might not have the $130.00 on time, but to go ahead and deduct it from my account anyway. I told them if any problems arise, I would call them back. They said okay. There were no problems and so on 8/13/10, they only took $30.00 from my account. I called them again before my next pay date and they said they only took the finance fee but they had me set up for 8/31/10, they would take the $130.00.

Well, they have been taking $30.00 from me every pay period for a total of $150.00. I called them in September and asked them not to take out any more money from my account because they received more than the $130.00 agreed upon to repay. They refused and got into a shouting match with me. I was told because I didn't call them 2 days before the loan was due, then it automatically renewed itself. I asked for their collections department and spoke to a Katrina, who was very kind to me that day and asked me to call her back the following week on Tuesday. She would try to waive some of my finance fees. When I called her back, she turned on me and was very, very nasty to me. I told her I would close my checking account and she said "go ahead, but you still owe us $130.00 dollars".

Today, 9/29/10, they took $80.00. My rent and car insurance is due and now, I don't have enough money in my account to cover those expenses. I called them and spoke to Lizzy. She said they are going to take $65.00 from my account on 11/15/10 and then I will be all paid up. I told her I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Please don't use this company. They rob people, whether you are borrowing $100.00 or $500.00, it's not worth the financial burden they place on your checking account and your sanity!

I borrowed 300 dollars with a 90 dollar finance charge. They have already taken 5 payments of 90 dollars which adds up to 450 dollars and I was told they are going to take the full 390 dollars next payday then I would be paid in full which amounts to 840 dollars for a 300 dollar advance! Ridiculous. They will make 450 dollars off of me . They need to be stopped and sued, I wish I could sue them for 390,000 dollars to stop them. Montel and Money Mutual are a scam!

I took out a loan in late June because my check was going to be delayed. I was told they would take out a payment of $120 every two weeks. I was fine with that. I had used other lenders such as Magnum Cash Advance before and after 5 payments, the $400 loan was paid off. It's still a rip off but bearable. Well, I just called to pay the loan off in full and my balance was $520 on a $400. I had already paid six (6) payments of $120 for a total of $720! This $400 loan is going to cost $1,240.00! What a rip off! Do not use these people!

Upon sign up for a payday loan with Integrity Advance, I told by a representive that $150.00 would be deducted on a bi weekly bases in my $500 dollar loan, months had passed, and I notice that not only the $150 dollar dudection that I assumed was going toward the principal as well as the fee, and gone from $150 to $200 and even $230. This establishment is very misleading, my $500 loan cost me $1871.00 almost twice my loan amount. My account was over drawn several times, which cause serious financial, I've not had a car repo, and now have a judgment from the auto finance company.

I had gotten a $500 loan from Integrity Advance. I was told via telephone that they would take $150 every two weeks for payments on the loan with the $150 fee for establishing the loan. That was back on 1/12/2010. Now on 4/27/2010, we called to inquire about what was going on because my husband had looked back on our account and they had taken a total of $1135 from our account! They told us that our balance was $520? Just sounds highly illegal to take so much for such a minimal loan. We have fallen behind now on our vehicle payments and it has caused great stress on our marriage having to endure financial issues.

I got a loan for $400 with this company, with a service charge of $120 every two weeks, unless I tell them differently. Well, I was okay with that, until I checked my account two days ago, and discovered that instead of the usual $120 being removed from my checking account, they removed $520.00 without telling me. I checked my email account, and I had a message saying, "thank you for your payment. Your next payment of $120 will be due April 30, 2010". I immediately got on the phone to call these people, because them withdrawing the entire loan amount, plus the service fee at one time, overdrew my checking account!

When I called, I was told that I would have to prove to them that they took the money! I sent a copy of my checking account, and was given back the bank overdraft fee, but the $34 dollars was all the money I had to my name! I went from having over $800 in my checking account, to having $34 in one day. Then, the representative asked me if I needed another loan! I am broke right now, but I would rather be broke, than to ever get anymore money from these people. It's not worth the headache. They withdrew the entire loan amount, plus the service fee, without letting me know, overdrawing my checking account. I'm broke as a joke right now. I couldn't afford to have that money deducted without prior notice.

On January 7, 2010, I requested a payday loan from the above company. I had asked the rep to explain, as we were going through the contract via the internet (because it was too wordy and complicated to understand). She did not once explain that the $150 being taken out biweekly was just going to be a finance charge. She only stated that the first $150 was going to be their fee and that if I did not change the amount for future payments, it would be deducted from the loan amount.

In the beginning of March, I called because I wanted to find out if I have paid in full yet or if a small balance was still due. That is when I found out how they were applying my payments. They said I still owe $600 (original loan amount was $500).

I applied for a payday loan with this company for $500 thinking it was being paid in full the following month. Come to find out, they wanted to charge me a fee of $150 and I had to call three days before the payment to say pay the balance in full. No one never told me I had to do that so when I asked for the agreement, it was never sent to me after stating it was email.

I called on 01/2010 and spoke to Nicole and was told that I had to call three days before the first of Feb to make the payment in full and that I would still have to pay the $150 along with $600 which I felt was unfair. So I stopped payment to them to have them send me the final bill to pay in full which I did not get. On 03/08/10, they wrote a check for $650 and for $175 and deposited it into my account causing it to be overdrawn all because they refused to provide what I was asking for. I feel like this company is acting illegally towards their customers and something should be done about it. They are overcharging all customers which is unjust. Please help me with this company.

I took out a $300 loan with this company. I have taken a number of these loans with several other quick loan companies. Integrity has found a loop hole in stealing from the consumers. They take out a phenomenal fee every two weeks from your bank account, and do not apply any of the money to your loan, unless you phoned them exactly 3 days prior to the withdrawal. On the due date of the loan payment in full, even if the funds are there, they do not apply payment to your loan. They only continue to make outrageous withdrawals.

At the time when I paid this loan off in full, I had a difficult time getting them to send me a confirmation number that it had been paid. They refused to send a letter stating that they will no longer withdraw from my account, even after the loan has been paid in full. This company needs to be fined, and should pay back all fees taken from all consumers who have dealt with them. They have stolen a large amount of money from me, when the funds were available to pay back the loan in full on the due date, according to the contract.

I took a loan out, which I wish I hadn't and they keep taking out of my checking account. I know I have paid more than I owed by a long shot. I am very unhappy with my decision. I don't make a lot of money and have had a lot of it taken from me from this loan. I have bills to pay and have an even harder time making the bills with the payback that they keep taking out of my account.

This company is the absolute worst. I didn't want to even take a loan but I really needed the money. I was approved for $400 and I will wind up paying back close to $1500 for it. It's a complete rip off. I should have canceled it all together when they missed a digit on my bank account and it took an additional two days to get the money. It is not worth it. I will look elsewhere if you need a little extra cash.

In the beginning of using this service, it appeared God-sent to get the needed funds. I borrowed $500.00; I have paid back over $2,000.00. In the end of December 2009, I was told my balance was $195.00. $100.00 was deducted from my last check in December; then $95.00 was deducted from my January 8, 2010 check. I called on January 19, and it appeared that I still owe $130.00.

How can I stop these people? They can come up with a new amount and end my payments whenever they choose. I have asked them to take the full amount out of my next check and any further payments will be considered fraud.

I took out a loan with this company in late June 2009 ($550). I made several calls to pay off the loan. They would never take out the full amount when it was time to pay it off. Since then they have been going into my banking account to take off different amounts of money. I e-mailed them. Then I called on December 12, 2009 to fix the matter. I asked why they continued to go into my account. The woman stated that I owed $455. I said I want to pay what they think I owed and agreed to pay off the amount on 12/28/09. Again they went into my account and only took 1/2 the amount. They then went into my account again on December 31 and took out more money. I can't seem to get rid of these people. I know I don't owe that money but I was willing to pay it to get rid of them.

This company misleads you in many ways. I applied for a $500 loan and to date I have ended up paying back over $1400. I have called and faxed several times to cancel my loan with this company and keep getting the run around. I have also stoped payment on the withdraws so then they started writing electronic checks to go thru my bank. I would never do business with them again. They have overdrawn my accout serveral times. And have taken over $1000 from me that i can not afford to be without.

claim to give you quick loan tell you your paying off loan then say it was just interest payments and you still owe full balance on loan that crazy need to read contract Ill end up paying loan twice.
