They actually told me that they do not have to go by the law of California. They said that they are above the law and can harass me anytime they want. I think they should not be allowed to loan money in California since they have an attitude like that.

I took out $500 payday loan in January. To date they have deducted $900 from my checking account which they claim is just for interest. This is nearly a 100% interest. I want them to stop now. They are continuously deducting $150 twice a month from my checking account and it is overdrawing the account.
