I am writing to formally recognize one of your agents, Vladimir, based in Cebu, Philippines, for delivering an exceptional customer service experience. I contacted your support line regarding a denial on my business credit card application. Vladimir not only took the time to thoroughly investigate the reason for the denial, but he also walked me through exactly what had occurred and outlined the steps I needed to take going forward. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism made what could have been a frustrating experience a genuinely positive one.

What truly set Vladimir apart was his demeanor. He was kind, pleasant, and clearly took pride in his work. In an industry where it can be difficult to find agents who are both highly competent and genuinely caring, Vladimir stands out as a remarkable example of what excellent customer service looks like. I make it a point to leave reviews both positive and negative based on my experience, because I believe outstanding work deserves to be acknowledged. Vladimir absolutely deserves this recognition, and I sincerely hope this message reaches him and his leadership team. Thank you for having agents like Vladimir representing your company.

I’ve been using Chase for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. The app is easy to use, and I like how quickly I can move money or check things on the go. Customer service has been helpful when I’ve needed it, though wait times can be a bit long sometimes. Fees can sneak up if you’re not paying attention, which is my main gripe. Still, it’s a dependable bank and works well for everyday use.

They had very amazing service; my agent was very friendly and understanding even though I was going through a very difficult time, they handled my situation with ease and peace while I was stressed out and were able to calm me down with their demeanor, I am highly grateful for this bank and recommend their services!!!

I’ve been with Chase for over 8 years now. Never really had any impactful issues until recently. I’ve been a credit card holder for them for about 3 years. Always paid my cards. Recently got came upon harder times and only was paying the minimum for about 6 or 7 months after maxing out the cards. Last week I was able to just pay off both cards to completely resolve myself of that debt. Once the credit was available. They reduced my credit limit by 1200 dollars completely taking me off guard. It’s very disappointing I’ve been a customer for this long and them to do that after putting them first on my bills to be paid. I will definitely be removing all my funds from Chase and finding a new bank. As this was very unfortunate.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Chase branch located at 380 E 4th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33010 on a recent visit. My party and I waited for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to be assisted by a representative. There were only 2 representatives available to attend to the entire line of customers. After waiting that long, we were forced to leave without being served at all.

I consider this level of service unacceptable and a form of mistreatment toward customers. While I understand that appointments are encouraged, walk-in customers should not be subjected to such excessive wait times and loss of personal time. Staffing levels must be adequate to handle the volume of clients and avoid these unreasonable delays. I expected better from Chase. I hope you will address the understaffing issue at this location so other customers do not have the same experience.

It’s very sad to report that after banking with chase after many many decades that they quality of customer service has gone into the toilet. Specifically the branch in West Los Angeles run by Hector ** and his team is the most incredibly rude, disregarding, dismissive branch. Their reviews, of course speak for themselves with one store average reviews. The team is busy, socializing while clients sit and wait. Even with an appointment, they do not know how to manage their time. Usually on personal calls and other matters. They make numerous errors and mistakes as you can see in the reviews.

The staff is beyond rude. Of course this is a trickle down effect from the main manager, Hector **, who has run this location pretty much into the ground. Losing money, clients and overall morale. I am surprised he is still with this company. Perhaps they’re waiting for a lawsuit of some sort with all the numerous mistakes that he makes and his racist demeanor, and remarks to clients. It’s unfortunate that nobody is better managing this team.

I do not recommend this card. I have this card for over 20 years. A check got lost in the mail, they claimed they tried to call when the account was days late (not 30). No call as my office line is recorded. They sent emails but they send out so many sales emails they all blend together. Anyways when I got an alert from CK that I was late, I had to go investigate. Called them with the check and the number, it was lost. NEVER HAVE I EVER been late. They didn't believe me and reported to the credit Bur. My 100% payment history dropped. After talking to supervisors, etc., no one would do anything. Claimed it wasn't their fault. I paid the card off which I didn't owe much anyways and canceled the Card. They lost a 20 year plus customer. Use Caution.

2 stars for Chase Bank's bad procedures to verify a check to clear (let's wait until the customer calls to have funds released, and we will attempt to call the bank from which the check comes from, or wait the full two weeks to make sure it doesn't bounce and come back, if no response from anyone, then we will release the funds.)

20 stars for Dawn, who works at Chase Bank call center late shift, I called at 5 pm MST. After one trip to the brick and mortar location, many phone calls to the customer number, that only allow a person to enter debit card info (which I don't have yet, new customer), I finally got Dawn on the line, who went up and beyond to help me with dealing with getting confirmation of a check to clear. Dawn, deserves a pay raise and a bonus. One for letting me vent on the banks process, being patient and sticking with me to get the problem fixed. (Unlike Paul, who I spoke with before Dawn, on one of the previous calls, who called the wrong bank to get clarification on the check cleared up.)

Chase bank is literally probably one of the most horrible banks in the world that there are. They find any way to take a fee for anything that they can, they charge you just to be a member, and even when your paychecks are direct deposited or even a paper check put into the bank, they will hold two thirds of your check, like it's a freaking scam that you're trying to pull on them for at least twenty four hours. Honestly, if you're looking for a bank, I suggest going anywhere but JPMorgan's Chase Bank. I plan on switching myself.

I am extremely disappointed with Chase Bank and how they handled my dispute regarding a defective electric bike purchased through Walmart’s app. I trusted Chase to protect its customers from situations exactly like this, but instead, they completely failed to help me. I purchased an electric bike on October 31, 2025, with a one-year warranty. In April 2026, the bike stopped working completely. Walmart customer service later informed me that the third-party vendor was no longer working with them because of issues with scamming customers. I spent weeks sending pictures, videos, and emails to the manufacturer in China, only to be told that they would do nothing to fix, replace, or refund the bike.

After Walmart kept refusing to take responsibility, I contacted Chase and requested a dispute because I paid through my Chase card and clearly did not receive the product and warranty service I paid for. Instead of protecting me as their customer, Chase refused to properly dispute the transaction and basically allowed Walmart and an overseas manufacturer to get away with scamming me. This was not a small issue. I provided evidence, explained the warranty situation, and showed that the seller failed to honor the agreement, yet Chase still failed to support me. Very disappointing customer protection service from a bank that advertises security and customer trust.

I expected Chase to stand behind their customers when merchants fail to deliver promised services, but instead I was left alone dealing with Walmart and a manufacturer in China with no resolution at all. Based on this experience, I no longer feel confident using Chase for major purchases because their dispute process did not protect me when I truly needed help.

I opened a personal and business account with Chase. Every time I tried to do a business transaction such as a transfer, I got a call from the fraud department wanting to know why I was doing this and would spend 30 minutes explaining why and answering the same questions multiple times. Then they asked in a survey what I thought about them and I told them they were a pain and made it difficult to do anything. The next day the closed my account and said that I would receive a letter and a check. It's been over 2 weeks and still they say my account is still under review and don't know when my money will be sent to me. Contacting the fraud department who closed the account does no good as all they say is they don't know and have no information. This company is a joke and had I known they were so poorly run I would have never gone there. I can't believe they can legally do this.

Opening the account online wasn't difficult, but it wasn't particularly easy either. The first issue I ran into was Chase's limited business categories. As a Social Media Brand & Recruiting Strategist, there wasn't an appropriate option available. After spending about 12 minutes on the phone with a representative, we eventually settled on "marketing consulting" because it was the closest fit. The bigger problem came after I deposited a personal check through the mobile app, which Chase itself recommended as a deposit option. About two hours later, I received a notice that my account had been locked due to "suspicious activity." When I called Chase, I was informed that I was completely locked out of my business account and could not access any account information. Meanwhile, the funds had already been withdrawn from my personal checking account.

Chase claimed they could not see that withdrawal, but I have documentation showing that the money was removed from my personal account. To be clear: Chase locked me out of my own business account, the deposited funds were no longer available in my personal account, and I had no way to see what was happening with the transaction. I was also told there was nothing I could do, that visiting a branch would not help, and that the representative I was speaking with was the only department that could assist me. I've had legitimate fraud alerts before with other banks, including Santander. In those situations, I was notified and sometimes had a debit card temporarily restricted. However, I have never been completely locked out of my own account with no visibility into my funds and no clear path to resolution. This was an extremely frustrating experience and not what I expected from a major bank. Chase needs to do better.

They don’t do nothing wrong, but they close my account without notifying me and couldn’t give me a reason why so for all you that owns Chase please look out for your account because they will close it on you and not have to have a reason and I hope y’all share this and get the FBI involved because Chase needs an investigation because it’s fraud to their customers so again for all you, Chase people watch your account because they will close it on you.
