Elizabeth of Baytown, TX (4/12/01):
I did this until I recieved a letter saying I had late fees. When I asked the reason for the late fees I was told payment was not received, when I said that was not so because I am ahead with my payments I was told my account is not set up for split payments which no one told me until I brought it to their attention. My problem is why did someone not contact me when the first split payment was received and where did the late fee come from? Adjustments were made but now my interest has gone up and so has my balance. Cathy of Sunset Beach, NC, writes (4/21/01):
I have paid extra interest for 2 months on a loan that should have been refinanced by the end of Feb. I have taked hours of my time calling and trying to get a resolution to this. Emotionally, I have been very frustrated and angry to near tears at time. I cannot get anyone to help me. Report Your Experience
