I acquired 2 payday loans for $150.00 ea. They advised they would only be taking interest out on my paydays, which were every 2 weeks until I requested them to pay the loans out in full. I requested them to take the full payment out of my account twice over the course of the next month. All requests were ignored and every payday, they would take out different amounts for interest. I tried using the live chat which never worked and the phone number they provided just went to voice mail which was never replied to.
In desperation, I put a permanent stop payment on my bank account so they could no longer access the funds. I had already paid out $291.00 in interest over a month and a half for a $300.00 loan. Finally, when I issued the stop payment, Linda contacted me by email stating I owed NSF fees and interest. I explained to her why I issued a stop payment and explained to here I was willing to pay the interest plus the full loan back for the first 2 paydays but that was it. I calculated based on what I had already paid and issued an email transfer for $183.40 stating right on the email transfer acceptance would be accepting payment in full and I would no longer owe them anything. This brought the total I actually paid them $474.00 in total for a $300.00 loan that should have been paid off on the second payday.
They proceeded to cash the email transfer and then 2 weeks later on the date of what should have been my payday, they tried to put through payments totaling over $524.00. Of course, the payment was stopped and then I received an email from Linda stating that she was informing the credit report agency about my delinquency. I forwarded all the email to her with my requests to pay the loans out in full and a copy of my bank statement showing the email money transfer they cashed.
She sent me another email back stating that if I sent another $300.00, then they would call it even. I sent an email back saying they were a rip off and they were never going to get any more money out of me. She then sent another email back stating she was sending it to a collection agency and it would go against my credit report.
