Brockton Capital Solutions

Attleboro, MA

Marla of lynn, MA September 26, 2009

I recieved a call from A woman names Angela W. stating that I was approved for a loan in the amount of 10,000.00 dollars. Said I had to option to secure the loan. A deposit of 995 or 1800 I decided to go with 995. I sent out a western union to someone by the name of Patrick T. I called them back and gave them the MTCN number. She told me that 10,000.00 would be deposited into my account in 4-6 hours.

The time went by and no deposit. I called her and she said that the lender took a second look into my credit score and needs and other 995 plus a isurance deposit of 1000.00. Said I would get the security deposit back in 6 months. Then the insurance deposit back in 12 as long as i was making my payments.

This morning something didnt feel right. I called the bank and theres still no deposit. So I decided to look online, and there is was. All the complaints abouts this Company. Its was all a game. Their a fraud and now Im one of their Victims. I hate myself right now. I feel ashamed and stupid for believing them. How can I trust anyone. Plus Im down 3227.00 including all the fees from the western union.

bryan/brian contacted my wife in regards to a loan she applied for on line. He told her because of her bad credit she can get a loan but would have to pay 800 up front then once they recieved the money ( via western union) ONLY, they would deposit 5000 into her account.then make no payments for the first 5 months then only 161.34 per month for next 31 months. Its that old saying "if it sounds to good to be true, its not true"I called them back on the 800#, got a recording then either press the extension or 0 for c/s.I pressed 0 for c/s, and spoke to a person. I asked him for there email address so I can look up there quailifications, which he gave me:brocton capitol solutions. I went on line and it took me to a sight where people were complaining about the same thing t was questioning.I went no further, contacted my wife and told her it was a scam, and not to have anymore contact with those people

After applying online for a personal loan, I was contacted by phone by a girl named Angela Weiss from the company Brockton Capital Solutions. She said that if I send in 806.00 dollars I could secure a loan and wouldnt have to make a payment for for the next 6 months. I am vulnerable right now like everybody else ( god bless the middle class), and almost took the bait, but went online to do some research, and here I am. I feel for the people that sent money in, times are tough, and it sickens me that people would prey off of those who need help. We've got to shut these people down some how. Stay away from this company, and also watch out for too many personal questions over the phone.

Well i applied for a loan for the amount of 10,000 and i was called on thursday and told i was approved. So they told me they would email me the contracts and all i had to do was sign and send back and western union 1270.00 for my first 4 payments and when they received they would release my funds of 10,000 in 6-8 hrs. Well friday afternoon came and there were no funds yet so i called and spoke to tim and he said it should be there soon if it wasent there to call him in the morning, so i started thinking is this a scam and my wife google this company and we found the consumer compliants on the company about how it was a scam.

So saturday morning i called and where is my funds at and he said that he needed another 2000 for insurance posiibly and i said no way i know what you guys are doing and i want my money back or i will see you in court he denied everythig that i was saying to him and he said is business is real and that he hopes he sees me in court.

This company contacted me stating I had been approved for a business loan of 125,000 but I would have to wire a 5300 down payment to the lenders account for the loan to cover the first 4 months of payments. Being unemployed this was an answer to my prayers. All contracts look legimate and they know all the proper terms. I contacted the Massachusetts Better Business Bureau and they have no information on this business but they also informed me that they were not licensed with the Massachusetts Division of Banks. In order to be a lender in that state they must be licensed! Thank you Better Business Bureau!

I recieved a call from brian or ryan morgan stating i had been approved for a loan, but I needed to send 806.00 thru western union. then i would recieve the 5,000.00 loan. i was very suspicious so i stated checking around, at the same time this man sent me the forms for the loan, it looked legitament but i still was not convienced. I also called the attleboro police dep.which I found out was right around the corner from the address given on the forms sent to me. the police officer told me that the address was a home not a business. the man on the phone brian morgan swears to me that it was a business. the police officer also informed me that there is no such bussines in attleboro. you need to see the website it sound and looks legitament. its scary. but this company needs to be stopped because of the hard earned money they are taking from the people. they asked me to send them the money but i didnt i was one of the lucky ones. i also have a bad feeling that montrose financial and cralsbad capital are all the same. imagine how much money they are stealing form people like me. also was able to find out that the website for brockton capial solutions was created on the 3rd of this month sept.09. and this guy tells me and it states on the website that they have been in business for 10 years since 1999. but there is no good reviews of this company. how can we stop them.

They contact me saying that i been proved for a loan, after they explain all they told me if i want the loan i need to send first collateral payment thru western union.I ask him why i have to send money and he told me that way i did't have to start paying until march 2010, but we were ready to do it, at that moment wen i call him from western union he told me to fillout a form that is for a person not for a company so that was very suspicious and then he told me to mark internacional(ontario, canada)i ask why somebody out of country and why not a company and he told me because i pay less money and the funds going to be deposit to my acct in 6hrs. So after i took all the informacio i call my daugther and she told me not to do it, because that wasn't true. We almost felt in delincuent people they dont have nothing better to still money from others they work so hard..

Adrian of Lawrenceville, GA September 16, 2009

I applied for an online loan at numerous places. My credit is not the best in the world. Brockton Capital emailed me back with a sweet deal. Eight hundred down on a loan which went towards the payments of the loan. I was also told that I would receive the loan within 6-8 hours. I was contacted the next day with no results. I was scammed into sending another payment with the promises from Tim Hardy that I would have my loan within two hours or it would be his job. I fell for it. Not a good idea. Today however, I was contacted again with the request another payment due to their accounting department wanting an insurance payment. That was a mistake on their part. I am out over 1700 bucks, unable to pay my bills for the month, and they say it will take approximately 15 to 30 business days to receive any payment. Not looking good for having a roof over my head.

Victoria of Chrisney, IN September 12, 2009

We were contacted via email (after I had spent several hours on the internet trying to get a loan) from Brockton Capital Solutions and it said we were approved for a loan. We had to pay a Collateral Payment up front then our loan would be deposited. We did not receive the money and we were told the next day we needed to send more money but when we told them we could not send anymore we were told we would not get the loan and my husband asked for our money back and of course we were denied.

The guy that my husband talked to said the lender decided he wanted more money before he would give us the loan. We were desperate enough for the loan that we fell for it once but was not stupid enough to do it again. that is the story behind Brockton Capital Solutions. They need to be stop before they end up with more peoples money. The harm was the fact that they got all the money we had and gave nothing in return and we can not pay the rest of our bills for the month of September. We sent them a whole months salary.
