On July 22nd 2008 i was surfing the web for Bad Credit Loans, I did not want to deal with Pay Day Loans because the interest is too high. So i saw Beneficial's Advertisement offering Personal Loans with bad credit so i applied, i mentioned their Ad to him that was posted he says ok then he takes my information and says he will call back. As soon as he hung up he calls right back and says i am not approved. So to me that seems like false Advertisement not honoring there words.

I am a 60 yr old, disabled woman! Beneficial calls me just after 8 a.m. EVERY morning, (even on Sunday) & then 4 or 5 more times during the day ! If I answer the phone, no one is there ! I do NOT have an account with Beneficial Finance Co. nor do I want one at this point ! I have not had a loan with Beneficial Finance since about '83 while I was in Georgia ! Will it be necessary for me to turn this over to my attorney ?

How can I get this to STOP ? The telephone # that showed up this morning at 8:10 a.m. on my CID this morning was HSBC . I haven't checked to see if it's the same # every time ?

Due to my disabilities I am unable to use a telephone with out hardship ! If I'm in a lot of pain at night, I don't get any sleep ! I need to sleep during the day or when ever I can. Beneficial makes sleep impossable for me.

My husband and I took out a loan with Benificial, around 10,000.00 dollars. That was a few years ago. We had them deduct the payment each month from our account so we would never be late with payments. We ended up filing a chapter 7 on our house, but kept putting money in our bank to cover the Benificial loan payment. Well, Benificial didn't tell us that they stopped deducting the automatic payment because our home was filed on. Now they said we were so many payments late, and charged many late fees. THEY SAID OUR PAYMENT WENT FROM 200.00 Dollars to 600.00 Dollars!

Every time we make a payment just around 22.00 Dollars is applied, the rest is for finance chargers. WE WILL STILL BE PAYING ON THIS LOAN 48 YEARS FROM NOW! WE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAW - CLAIMS AGAINST THEM, HELP!

We wanted to be able to pay our loan to bennifical on time, so we signed up for a automatic withdrawal from our account. We made sure that everything was paid up to date and I went to the local office, and a man named Gerald, helped me to fill out papers for the automatic withdrawals. We were supposed to never have to worry about late charges nor phone calls again! I told him that we did this with another loan we have with them and it took five times of signing papers before they started taking out payments, each time we had to pay late fees and penalties due to the fact that they couldn't get their paper work straight! He said that this wouldn't happened this time and if there was any problem to call him or have others call him and he would get it handled.

Well, we got phone calls that we were late on our payment, and we said that was impossible, since we had signed papers for bennifical to take the money straight from our account. We were basically called liars, that this never happened! WE have tried calling the local office and no one will return our calls on this matter! We have been working on good faith on our part. We told the ones calling us, it's not us not paying but bennifical not taking the money! Our band said that they didn't even try to take the money out and we were told by someone on the phone that it shows that the paper work was done, the person handling it just didn't send or fax them to ezpay!

We are now having to pay penalties and we shouldn't have to since this is not our fault! This is also hurting our credit rating and we need to borrow some money for doctor bills. I also don't think that we should be called liars as this is slander and I believe we should be compensated for this. Is there anything that we can do to force bennifical to work with us on this matter? Has this company ever been sued for such dealings?

I was with Benificial 1n 2000 thru 2002 back when they were sued and were made to pay 464 million dollars out of that I was given a small check and I am still owed some money from the lawsuit. I have 2 more lawsuits against them and they were suppose to go to court to be told how much more there custermers were to get. Its now 5yrs later and I haven't hears anyhing about what I have coming. Can you please tell me where to go or who I can call. I tried xalling Benificial a few times and no one could help me.
