I was promised a 20% return on the automated trading system. I sent $6,000.00 and I was not given a broker to use for the system and they stopped returning my e-mails. I would like to use small claims court but don't have an address serve them.

I invested $5,000 in a Boomer System trading platform; promising returns of minimum $500 a month per $2,500. Platform performance was guaranteed or investment in the system returned after a 12-month test.

I contacted Mark ** at **@autofuturestrading.com one month before expiration. I received assurance that refund was imminent, as there was a loss of $1100 over the period. At end of trial period, no more responses from Mark **.

This system is associated with www.visionfinancialmarkets.com and Pacific One Group. Avoid this scam if you see either of these entities and Mark ** or Alex ** involved.

I got a call from a male sales person about an automated trading system that was supposed to return $500.00 a month on a $2,500.00 investment. He directed me to a non-existent website although he did tell me that they were about to take it down and maybe we could still log into it. This very high pressure sales person didn't want to listen to my questions, just pushed his propaganda. Sounds like a hit and run boiler room operation to me.

A woman called offering an automated day trading service. Minimum investment was $2,500 and the fee was around $300 (I'm not 100% sure of that). She said that for the past eight years, their automated system has posted returns of 20% per month. When she gave me actual figures, it only amounted to 11% per month. At those rates of return, a $2,500 investment would be worth billions in eight years. She said that they were only opening up 300 slots for first time customers and that they were running out fast. There was a website she directed me to: Autofuturestrading.com. The site requires a password. She did not give me one. When I checked the internet domain name registry (WHOIS), it is registered with DomainByProxy. That site keeps identify information private.
