A site owned by Mario Petrovic of Croatia offers Oakley, Rayban & Gucci Sunglasses for $50.00. I ordered from them in the amount of $300. They are always changing their address up on the web but if you do a regular search on “Rayban Co.” you will find where their new site is. But at the moment there website address is: www.rayban-sunglasses-oakley.com or www.sun-glasses.cc

They took my $300.00 check I mailed to them and never sent me anything. I know I will never see my money back, and I was going to let it go, but after awhile I got to searching again, and found their website was up and running again, but this time at a different address, they never keep the same one for long. I also wrote the company over and over with no response from them at all.

I would like for something to be done about this company, and put a stop to them.

It is very dangerous to use checks or money orders to pay for merchandise purchased online, especially from a company outside the U.S. Darilyn voluntarily gave her money away and the likelihood that she will get it back is just about zero.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses for $50.00 on 4/4/02. Credit card was charged on 4/5/02. Never received glasses or a credit/refund despite several attempts via e-mail to rayban@rayban.hr.

Cynthia should quickly dispute the charge with her credit card company.
