Opti Express is offering a rebate offer on its No Rub Express 12 oz. product. I believe they are claiming an offer that they are doing everything possible not to actually reimburse consumers as they claim!

In TWO separate instances they failed to send me the rebate. In one they claim the UPC symbol was not included in my submission (I know for a fact I sent the UPC STAPLED TO THE REBATE CARD!). In a separate instance, my in-laws who live in a separate address ON THE SAME STREET AS I were told they were submitting a duplicate submission. Their name is different from mine and so is their address (we do however live on the same street in the same town!).

I took the time and trouble and the postage to mail in the offer as did my inlaws!
