Albert of Asbury Park NJ writes (8/6/01):
My wife specifically ordered 2 $150.00 tickets to see Neil Diamond on 10/11/01 at Madison Square Garden. The tickets arrived today by Fed-Ex. The tickets were 2 $78.00 tickets, which are located in the nosebleed section. When my wife called them up and inquired, they indicated that was processing fee or something. They charged my credit card for $320.00. the tickets were each $78.00 (total $156), $20.00 for Fed-X (Total $176) and $144.00 went into their pockets.

They also tried to justify this charge as saying that's what you pay as a privlege to get these tickets. They did not inform my wife of any fee, plus the invoice itself says, 2 tickets, $150.00 each. There is no breakdown of any kind of extra fee associated with these tickets. I have the invoice and copies of the tickets to prove the above. The fact is, my wife wanted 2 $150.00 tickets, and got 2 $78.00 tickets and was charged $320.00 for them.

Wife thought she was doing something nice for me and was totally let down when the tickets arrived and not to mention she felt totallly ripped off financially.
