Ticket Liquidator

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I was charged over $200/ticket for tickets that ended up being worth only $61.50/ticket face value. Also, when I had originally googled for the tickets, in a bold-faced type, their Google blurb said "telecharge". Clearly a ruse to confuse people into thinking it is a telecharge site. I tried contacting the company to no avail and my credit card company says that since I knew the price when I paid it, I am obligated to Ticket Liquidators.

I received my Peter Frampton concert tickets in St. Augustine, Florida for Oct. 7, 2011, and was shocked to see that each ticket price (on the actual ticket) was really $79 but that Ticket Liquidator charged nearly three thousand dollars for four tickets (that included a $430.68 scam fee for processing)!

This smells of ticket scalping. I will be contacting the Attorney General for the State of Florida to investigate the legal propriety of this transaction.

Hi! Back in 8 of May 2010, I order 4 floor tickets in section 7 row p for $1531.80 from a company named ticket liquidators. On the same day, they took the money from my credit card.

It was September 6 and I had no ticket confirmation, so I called the number to find out what happened to my ticket. I spoke to a man named John, John told me that the company could not get the tickets for the section I had prepaid but would give me side ticket section 101. They would cost me $75.00 plus tax each and told me I would get a credit of $1207.80 which it has been 2 months and I have not get the refund I was promised. I have reported to Amex. Amex had $ 1207.80 in dispute but I received a letter from Amex stating that ticket liquidators or ticket monopoly said that the tickets were delivered to me as promised and no money was owed to me. My original order was ID** worth $1531.80. What I got was worth less than $380.00. On top of all the calls, I had to pay Amex $1207.80 more than I had to.

On 02/24/09, I went online in search for tickets to an upcoming event, Phantom of the Opera here in Kansas City, for myself, my wife and our daughter. I found some tickets with Ticket Liquidators, who also go by the name of Ticket Tracker. The cost of these tickets through this company were $754.44 for 3 tickets. This included a $208.00 per ticket charge, $38.00 servicecharge and $15.00 for standard delivery.

When the tickets arrived, we noticed that the value listed on the tickets was only $75.00 plus a $3.00 service charge per ticket. We immediatly attemptecd to contact Ticket Liquidator to question the almost 250% mark up. Yet could not get anyone to call us back or respond in anyway until after the show. When we finally did hear from them, their response was that the cost ofthe tickets is predetermined by licensed ticket sellers who list on thier site. In other words, ths is a common practice of theirs, to mark up the tickets almost 250% and have no qualms or concerns about the ethics of this practice. In todays economy, we have companies like this that vulture on people and refuse to discuss communicate in any way until it is too late.. Beware of this company and their practices.

We firgure that we were rippe off $518.44 by this company. Considering that the orginal cost of the tickets was shown as $75.00 plus $3.00 service charge per ticket, yet we paid $754.00

I am sure I am one of many, but the scalping of the Hannah Montana concert tickets is truly disgusting. The tickets for the New Orleans concert on 1/26/08 are starting at $500.00 a piece and go upwards to $2000.00. FOR ONE TICKET. The tickets were sold out before they were even introduced to the public due to an internet presale for mileyworld.com members and I am convinced that all of the mileyworld members had to be deviant adults only interested in making a buck. A 'average' parentdoesn't have a chanceto get a ticket unless they are willing to pay the outrageous prices. I am truly disgusted at the entire thing and think each of these people should be prosecuted. Imagine these tickets originally sold for NO MORE than $64.00. Now I have to do all I can to keep my child from finding out about this concert since there is no way she will understand how we are unable to go when it has come to our town. We never even had a shot.
