For a year now I have been having major problems with mr tim katzman doing ada violations and also freedom of speech violations to me -- and what i mean by that he thinks that just because he is the director of corporate communications at petco park padres baseball staduim that he can order me a disabled person around.

just last year he took my seasson tickets away from me and made up lies that i called him and his staff fifty five times. my phone company called him said there is no way it is me calling as i have complete caller id and he told my phone company that they where lying. as of june 30th of 2004.

tim katzman thinks he can tell me who i can and can not talk and that is a violation of my freedom of speech. he called me on my cell phone on 7/16/05 and mouthed me off . he called at9:48pm and said that a security are mad at me and i talked to security and they didnt say that.

number two he made a threat to me that he can deny me access to the baseball staduim and by ada law he cant do that as it is against the ada law to deny anyone who is disabled access to anywhere at anytime.

i also want to let u know that back on june 10th i was kicked and punched by a white sox fan and there was no incident report filed until three days after i sustained serious injury. i have had to go and get an mri done and have to go thru pysical thearpy once week for six weeks on my left shoulder and by law if any injury happens on there property they are responsible.
