Franklin of Chicago, IL on Feb. 24, 2011
On February 12, 2011, I faced a terrible experience at this facility. I stopped by to buy a soda and when I went to my car, there was a thug installing a boot on my car!
The Store was Little Caesars Pizza, 3135 West Addison Street, Chicago, IL 60618-4550, (773) 267-6366.
The guy had bloody hands and I even have his DNA on the receipt. The guy told us he was an ex-convict and he was bleeding profusely. We were afraid of contracting AIDS or hepatitis, who knows what an ex-convict is exposed to!
On the surveillance video, you may clearly see that we both feared for our safety!
The booting company violated the city of Chicago Ordinance Chapter 4-233 because:
a. I am a paid customer
b. The boot wasn't fully attached when we returned to our vehicle.
c. The business provides a fake address and incorrect contact information
As you can see, this a huge weird complex system with the only purpose to deceive clients and avoid complaints. I am sure all or some of these are fake addresses, too.
d. The business is not in good standing with the city of Chicago.
e. The person installing a boot clearly told us he was an ex-convict from gang related activities (violates section 4-233-040)
f. Consumer bill of rights was not provided.
The guy works for Global Parking Management and I am extremely disappointed that Little Caesars is associated with a company that has predatory practices against their own paying customers in the City of Chicago.
I will make sure my voice is heard, this company has already been on WGN TV Chicago and their corrupt practices continue day after day.
I reached towards the pseudo-manager of the store, an incompetent person that couldn't care less for the well-being of his paying customers, and I explained that I had just purchased items there. He ignored me and left me at the mercy of these thugs. What a terrible business practice! Why do you treat your paying costumers that way?
I had to pay $115 to get that boot removed and I feel assaulted and extorted. I will never buy anything from a store like Little Caesars, because they don't care for their customers well-being.
Well, will you eat at a place that is associated with this terrible business practices? It is up to you, but I will never buy anything from them ever! I lost $115 and I am still concerned about AIDS or hepatitis contamination because the guy that installed the boot was bleeding all over the place.
