Nelson of Maywood CA (03/26/07)
Last year, around March 1, I went down to Dodgers Stadium to try to buy tickets for opening day. Everybody knows how hard it is to get them through a raffle system they do nowadays.

Luckily, I was able to buy 6 of them, but it called my attention to a reward program they were selling that day, called Blue Rewards. For the price of $50, they would give me four ticket vouchers for a game of the 2006 season, Thursday, and what was most important this program would give me the chance to buy opening day tickets 3 days in advance. Plus I would be able to gain points every time I make purchases at participating merchants.

I jumped at this opportunity and started using my registered credit card everytime I need to make purchases at the participating merchants.

From Augusut 06 to Jan 07, I spent around $3,500 in purchases at these places. My disappointment came when I received a letter from the Dodgers apologizing because Sports Loyalty Systems Inc. had discontinued the program and all they could to make up for it was sent me a four-ticket voucher for the 2007 regular season game Mon-Thursday and that was it.

This is not fair.
