NES is a company that I believe is a scam. I applied for two positions that were posted. One was for the Medical Office Receptionist position that was available on 06/26/2010. I got an email from the employmentjobs.com. What I see is that NES is posting this same job (Medical Office Receptionist), which included the salary wage. I received so many calls from academic advisors. It was so annoyingthe calls wouldn't stop. I tried to send an email that they have posted as their email address and I also faxed the number to NES staffing. It was like the email address and fax number did not exist. All my personal information floating God knows where! Shame on you, NES.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I followed a link posted on Yahoo Hot Jobs for an administrative assistant. The link lead me to the NES (National Employment Solutions) web page. I completed the "application" and uploaded my resume. As soon as I completed the upload, I got a web based message that my "search did not produce any results."
Shortly, after submitting all of my personal information, my phone at home began to ring. It was The Academic Advising Center. They said that I applied for going back to school. I recall specifically clicking "No I am not interested in furthering my education" while on the NES web page. I asked how they obtained my phone number and was given the response that "you must have completed a survey somewhere". I think the NES web page is a scam and they are selling personal information! I have been inundated with telemarketer calls and spam emails since posting on the NES web page and telemarketers calling my home.

I didn't click on anything else, I just sat there thinking I was searching, I was applying.
Then my home phone rang, it was The Academic Advising Center. They said that I applied for going back to school, I said no I didn't, I was applying for a job, Sporting Event Liaison, and how did you get my phone number? Then she hung up. Now I am getting spam emails and telemarketers calling my home. I tried calling the phone number listed, but all you get is the human resources mailbox, so I hung up and tried again, only this time using different options, again, the human resources mailbox, I did it again, choosing again different options, same thing. Every phone call that comes through, never gets answered, you wait on hold waiting for a representative to pick up your line and no one does, so then it tells you to leave a message. No one calls you back. so then I went to their site again and looked around, I filled out a form to advertise, someone called me back then, when I told them my story they didn't have anyway to help me. I have also tried to remove my personal information from thier site and I cannot do that. I only allowed my personal information to go to the job I was applying for. but it was a fake job posting.
