The CB program was perfect for me. I was able to move at my own pace and concentrate on the core foundations of each course without fluff. Allowing to work full-time without interruption. Some professors are better than some but I guess that par for course.

The only complaint I have about the University of Phoenix is financial aid does not know what they are doing. I was told my SAP report was done too early, to do an SAP appeal, then told not needed, and told I was clear with financial aid which was not true. I’m an Alumni as well. One class left to finish Masters and unable to due to errors with financial aid.

I had a very positive experience with this course and learning platform. The material was clear, informative, and easy to follow, especially the sections on infrastructure and security. I appreciated how the concepts were explained with practical examples that helped me better understand confidentiality, integrity, authentication, and non-repudiation.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the University of Phoenix. My schedule is constantly incorrect or not updated, and I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with advisors, counselors, financial aid, and other departments trying to fix issues that should have been handled properly the first time. I’ve even had to contact professors myself to request early grade submissions just so I could be late-added into the next class.

The Doctor of Nursing Practice program prepared me well to develop and implement evidence-based practice in the community. The guidance provided by doctoral prepared instructors and genuine support created a positive learning environment, making the educational experience both fun and enjoyable. I liked that I interacted with real instructors, in real time, and in real life.

The Competency-Based Master’s Program at the University of Phoenix has been an amazing experience for me. It gave me the flexibility to work at my own pace, manage my schedule, and balance my time while still staying focused on what I needed to learn to earn my master’s degree. What I appreciated most was that the program allowed me to take ownership of my learning. I could move through the work in a way that made sense for my life, while still being challenged to grow, think critically, and apply what I was learning in real ways.

Overall, my experience has been good. At the Master's level I understand communication and collaboration with peers because those are fundamental leadership traits. However, I have found that many peers don't exhibit proper communication or collaboration and the bulk of the work is often left to those who are engaged. I feel my grades should reflect my own work. Thank you.

UOP have been great to me and fits right into my work and family schedule. All my instructors and UOP staff have been great. I wish that there was consistency with instructors in terms of days work needs to be turn in.

My experience has been great and would recommend to everyone I know. The staff and students are all wonderful and made this experience one to remember. I am so glad that I went back to school and even more glad it was here so thank you everyone.

Multiple calls about paying for classes is unbelievable. The school worries more about money than actually teaching. I received calls and mailed every other day. A terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I've been with the University of Phoenix for almost a year now. It has been an amazing experience so far. I have learned so much, and have a grown as a person as well. I have told all my friends and family about the experience and I'm sure someone will eventually follow in my footsteps to get a degree themselves in order to improve their lives. Thanks so much.

I did a Masters with UoP and had a great experience. I am currently in the middle of an EdD and am still having a great experience. I have been challenged and learned theoretical and practical knowledge related to my field. I have found my professors to be caring, knowledgeable, principled and great to work with.

I wish there were pre-recorded lectures for students presented by the professors. That would help create a more holistic earning environment by supporting visual learners like so many people are. This would support all types of learners. It can be tough to just be asked to typically go read 1-4 chapters plus articles and complete assignment based.

I enjoyed taking the classes. However, I do not like that I got a balance on my account even though I took out more loans. My new loans were never dispersed. I do appreciate however the large discount I was given on my balance.

I was extremely apprehensive about going back to school and was not sure what to expect from an online setting but I am extremely confident in my being able to finish school this time around. I believe the first few classes have set me up for success and the instructors are extremely responsive and helpful. I am excited to be able to work full-time and manage this class schedule that actually works with my already busy schedule. I am ever so grateful for all of the staff at UOPX and making this an amazing experience thus far.

This journey has been profoundly rewarding, characterized by rigorous academic growth and exceptional mentorship from faculty. University of Phoenix decided to mess up my financial aid the week of my graduation then when I call them to fix it I get it’ll be fixed in 48 hours every time I call. Will not be finishing my program now like I’m so overwhelmed!

I rave about you to everyone that will listen! The experience has definitely been a life changer for me. I get to still be a mother, grandmother, and everything else. University of Phoenix is allowing me to still WIN!!!!

I love the support from the school, and my peers everyone is helpful and encouraging. The only thing I wish I had known is you don’t have breaks like you would with a brick and mortar campus. With that being said; if you plan your time wisely, you won’t be stuck to your computer all the time, which is important to me!!!

My experience was phenomenal. The program met my goals, and the pace was tolerable. The faculty was expert in their field, which made the learning experience unique. I recommend the University of Phoenix to all adults professionals seeking to achieve their higher education goals while maintaining a professional life.

After 157 emails and empty promises of resolution, I have to drop out. I have ID verified 17 times through the link, sent a copy of my license, and Video verified 47 calls, daily chats, and multiple forms. All for them to finally recognize that there's a glitch. They supposedly sent a ticket for the 6th time to solve this matter. Nothing! No estimate of when the matter will be resolved. But... I will be responsible for the debt if they don't solve it by May 2nd. All of this in a matter of 1 1/2 months.

The University of Phoenix learning portal is easy to use and has been instrumental in my higher education journey. Online learning can be a challenge, however, the support from staff, finance, and counselors has been important to my success.

This has been the most organized and well taken care of business school. All professors I've had so far have been great and very patient with me when I have questions. Throughout each class all the assignments have been easy to read and understand.

The psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program has been an excellent experience so far. The curriculum is well organized, and the content is both engaging and highly relevant to clinical practice. Any challenges that have arisen have been addressed quickly and efficiently by supportive faculty and staff. Communication has been clear, and resources are readily available when needed. Overall, the program has provided a positive, encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and professional growth.

I have been with the university since 2019 and I must say I loved it up until they changed How they issued out financial aid funding. I have had nothing but issues with on time payouts. Scared to finish or start a class because it takes so long for the funds to be released to pay for the classes. I’m currently waiting for my funds to be distributed that’s 3 weeks late and that’s scary because I’m at the end of my master's degree.

So far so good, but the only thing that I do not like is, my history professor will accept late work but not for a grade, i was sick and submitted my work and rec'd and got 39 points out of 225, once I was feeling better I resubmitted the assignment and I emailed her to let her know, she told me that my resubmitted work can not be graded, yes I was mad.

My experience completing my Bachelor of Science and competency-based Master’s in Healthcare Administration has been highly relevant to today’s nursing field. The curriculum effectively connected clinical practice with leadership, quality improvement, and operational decision-making in healthcare settings. I found the class presentations and course materials more than adequate, providing clear, applicable knowledge that translated well into my role. The progress guide plan was especially valuable, allowing me to work at my own pace while maintaining accountability. I also appreciated the consistent communication, including messages and announcements that offered instructor availability, support, and encouragement. Overall, the program strengthened my clinical leadership perspective, enhanced my ability to manage patient-centered care, and prepared me to adapt to the evolving demands of modern nursing practice.

I did earn my Associates of Science cybersecurity however I didn't get taught the codes necessary to get a job, Also with what I was instructed in I don't have the knowledge needed to be certified as an ethical hacker. I am having to go to other sources to get the knowledge I need. In a few of my classes there were problems with the labs and I was instructed to just go to the next task so I lost out as far that goes. I feel swindled I now have student loan debt that is quite large and I didn't even get what I paid for.

The professors were all friendly and helpful. Coursework was informative and I feel that I've gained a lot from the Social Work B.S. program. However fieldwork was a nightmare. The process to get approved for fieldwork made me want to quit college and give up. Very unorganized. The list of approved places to do fieldwork in my area had only one organization, and when I called they did not have a qualified person with the very specific degree requirements for supervision. Would absolutely not recommend any Bachelors program to include fieldwork with this university. Many outreach attempts to get supervised were surprised to hear I'm required to do fieldwork at the bachelor's level and only offer to Masters level students. Hoping this gets removed for future students and their journey to success.

It has definitely been an amazing journey so far. Amazing staff, instructors and classmates. Courses have been a real challenge, but I can honestly say, I enjoy the challenge. Time frame for assignments helps since I also have a 3 yr old that I am taking care.
