Dear College Network customers,

I have been able to locate your contact information in our system and I have forwarded your complaints to our Customer Care Unit.

For those who have not taken any exams at this point in your programs, we would be more than happy to work with you individually to get you started in your respective programs. Part of our contractual agreement is to assist you with academic support and we encourage you to take advantage of the services you have purchased.

For those who have questions regarding the contract, financing, or our relationship with our partners in education, please contact Academic Support at 1-800-634-1443. We will gladly answer any and all questions you might have related to your program and/or the enrollment paperwork.

The College Network tries to respond to all complaints about our services or materials. Customer satisfaction and customer success are a high priority.
