French Cleaners

I brought French Cleaners a very expensive, delicate designer sweater to dry clean. I asked questions and was assured that their dry cleaning process would be safe for the garment. When I unpacked the garment at home, I immediately saw that it was destroyed with multiple visible snags and runs throughout the sweater, rendering it unwearable. The attendant, who I believe is part of the family that owns the business, was rude and hostile. He offered no remedy, no refund, not even an apology.

My once beautiful favorite sweater is ruined - I don't think it can be replaced because it was a limited edition designer item.
