Brought clothes to be cleaned, pants came back ruined with a large stain, was advised to leave them by owner Fran. When I spoke with her, she asked for my permission to put them through a "chemical wash", I authorized her to do so. It did not work. Was advised by her to leave the pants and also by her employee, name unknown. Have left my telephone number for Fran to contact me, never received a phone call.

When I went to the cleaners, was advised that my pants were not there and they didn't know where they were, this was on 3 occasions. It has been over a month now, today she called me at my job and asked me why I haven't returned her calls, was very rude; tried to advise her I never had any messages either at work or home, have voice mail at work and answering machine at home, no messages.

She told me that I am NOT to go into her "store" and "scare" her employees, as I advised them that they need to tell her to contact me, as this has gone on long enough, I just want reimbursement for my pants and the "cleaning" charge that I already paid, which would total $50.00. I also told them that if she didn't call me, I would have to contact the police and my attorney.
