I dropped my suit off at Ashburn Village Cleaners in the Summer/Fall of 2001. Unfortunately I forgot about this suit until May 2002. When I returned with my ticket to pick up the suit - it was gone. The lady working at the counter told me my suit was gone before even looking for it. She became very defensive immediately and told me they are not responsible for articles of clothing after 30 days. This disclaimer was not listed on my ticket. They have been uncooperative since this date and have now stopped communicating with me, including being hung up on repeatedly.
