I ordered some clothing as gifts for friends. I was waiting at home on the estimated delivery date. The driver never show up. I called customer service, was told they were going to redeliver the next day. And I am waiting whole day today. It's 7:40pm now. The driver still didn't show up. I am calling the customer service, I asked to speak to the supervisor because I know they will tell me same thing they told me yesterday. After about 30 minutes of waiting, they hung up on me. Don't use Fedex. They are very irresponsible!

Dec 23, 2009 at my resident, my wife found an attempt to deliver tag on the front door from FedEx. My wife was home "all" day inside the house and heard no one ring the door bell are knock. On that tag it says that you will try to deliver Dec 24 2009 before 1700 hours. So, again my wife made sure she did not go any place and even put a note on the door stating that she was home.

Now this is Christmas eve and my wife needed to go out, "but did not leave beacause of [their] notice". When I got home from work around 3:00 pm we made sure that we kept an eye out for the FedEx delivery person. Now we got to 1700 hours and still no FedEx. The delivery tag states it's from Verison, DT1021 8936 9346, 430968616125.

Now we get to Monday 12/28/09 and my wife is a senior and not a good driver. The FedEx office is over 25 miles away from our resident and that would be 50 miles away and round trip. I took the time to go to the FedEx on Havana and contacted the clerk. The clerk said that they had delivered that package. I said no you have not. She said it was addressed to Susie 16-- Iris Court. I said oh that great, that's my neighbor. I live at N. Iris Court. Which now shows that the driver cannot even get his numbers right when we have them on the mail box, and large numbers on the house.

So, [their] driver lied and left a message for us to wait for a delivery on 12/24/09 all day and part of christmas eve really is bad business. It really put my wife out because she had things to do christmas eve before that evening with our family coming to our house. I contacted the manager there at the Havana office and he said he was sorry.

I don't care how sorry FedEx is, the driver should have made contact with us when he delivered the right package to the right house. This is very unprofessional how FedEx does business when you require someone to be expected to be there "per your door notice". Yes, this is just a package. Jobs are hard enough to find but this incident was totally uncalled for by a driver that does not care about his job and this actually put us out on time lost needed to do other things before christmas day. I hope you don't take this complaint lightly.

I ordered product from Avionics Masters in Ft. Lauderville, Fl 33309 and shipped to me overnight fed ex on Dec.21,2009. Arrived in the Nacodoches station (which would deliver to me) on Dec 22, 2009 @ 9:51am and went on truck, the driver ran out of time and did not deliver, but went back to station. Dec 23, 2009 I called fed ex 1-800 number and the said expect between 10am and 2pm, waited till 3:30 pm and no package, called back and was told for sure today delivery, 5:30pm, no package, called back and was assured I was to get package today! she said she called branch. Waited all day no package, called again Dec 24th - 9am and was told package was at branch and was going to be delivered, but after teo days of promises and lies, I told to hold at branch and I would pick up. I drove one way 60 miles to be sure I got package and did pick it up at 11.00am Dec 24th. fed ex should have told me about delay instead of stringing me along. Very POOR.

Something else, try to get a phone # to any kind of manager, branch or regional, to let them know whats going on, its impossible. They don't have a way for customers get satisifaction. The operators on 1-800 numbers are like parrots, say memorized speech over and over and tell you there is nothing they can do, but put in note to the branch your having trouble with, for them to look at. Do you actually believe any body is going to tell on themselves to a higher authority that they are doing a bad job? Pleeeeease ! Any stockholders looking at this? DUMP your stock NOW! this company can't survive. Check out "fed ex complaints" on web.

I have been waiting since Dec 21st. for Fedex to deliver my 8 year old daughter's Christmas gift that I ordered from ToysRUs. Fedex keeps telling me they can not deliver it due to the weather. They said they tried to delivery it ON Dec. 21st, Dec 22nd and Dec 23rd, Yes we had 15 inches of snow Dec. 18th 09 but my road and drive way was clear early Dec. 22,09. Fedex also said they tried to deliver the item Dec. 24th at 2:18pm but no one was home THAT IS A LIE they DID NOT attempted to delivery it on Dec. 24th or any other day, we were home waitting for the package. in fact my husband was outside. He would have seen FEDEX. Fedex told me they will try to deliver the pacage Dec. 29th. after Christmas. So thanks to Fedex my little girl can't have her Christmas gift till after Christmas. I will never order anything from anyone again as long as they use Fedex for shipping.

I ordered mdse in plenty of time for Christmas. It was shipped to my office on 12/16/09..Website said they attempted on 12/18. noone was at office @ lunchtime. next attempt @ 12/21 at 3pm. noone @ office so they left tag to sign for package to be left at door. we did. they told me on customer service line that they never intended to deliver it again they left tag just because they have to. ?? WTF?? does that mean. They keep putting the package they are not going to deliver on the truck and now I can't go pick it up, but they don't plan on delivering it until after christmas. They would not let me talk to any managers?? I won't use them again for sure.

I sent a Christmas parcel to my daughter in Thailand through Canada Post/Fed Ex on Thurs Dec. 17th 2009. There is a 4 day shipping guarantee with this company. Today, Monday Dec 21st I received a phone call from Fed Ex in Misssissauga that they cannot send my parcel because it has hair dye and chocolate in it.

I assumed it was on it's way to Thailand. Why did it take 4 days to call me? Why was I not forwarned at the post office in Fonthill that I could not send those things? It was clearly written on the ouside of the parcel and I packaged it there. The person that called me expected me to drive to Mississauga to pick up the items that they were not sending. I live in Niagara and it's 3 days before Christmas.

My daughter will not have her presents to open up for Christmas.

I ordered an item through a website that i have used multiple times. This time the company chose to send the items through FEDEX. The package was schedule for delievery on THursday the 3rd. I took the time off of work to ensure that i would be home for the delievery. I saw the truck while doing my yardwork, it drove past my home and didnt even stop, i figured that it wasnt my delievery. When i tracked the package the next day the're web site stated that there was no one home to recived delivery for the package at 1451. I took Friday off so that i could wait another day for my delievery. I waited until Friday afternoon to check their website again, at this time it said at 1056 they were unable to locate the address.

My boyfriend called for me around 1420 and was told that the item would be delievered with no problems on Saturday. I called there processing station on Saturday morning to ensure that it was on going to be delievered. I was told that it would be delievered between 0800-2000. I called back at 1538 to ensure that the item was indeed on the vehilce and i was told once again that it would be delieverd at the previously mentioned times. It was at 1951 i called again, and was told that it would be delievered another day was unable to be delievered. I was told that it was the company policy to not discuss route policies and deliquencies of it drivers.

I was then told to call back another day to recieve information about my package and why it was not delievered. When i requested to speak with a manger i was told that there were was no one that i could talk to and that they couldnt give me a phone number or e-maill address at which i could make a complaint. When i became adgetated they took my phone number, told me that they would have someone call me tomorrow and the phone was propley hung up ending the converation.

Ordered mdse - to be shipped FedEx Ground to my home. Have 3 miles county maintained dirt/gravel road - well traveled in good condition - mild rains yesterday - clear today - tracking on FedEx site shows Local weather delay, delivery attempted on 11-10 & again on 11-11. Been here all day - have video survellaince - no FedEx attempts to date. Called Customer Service advised driver is scared they will get stuck. FedEx needs to deliver packages as contracted. Takes your money and then calls to ask if you will meet them down the road or pickup at their site -How can they charge fee's for services not rendered? US Postal Service, UPS & Staples have them beat hands down!

My father shipped out a package on 10/25 from St.Louis , MO to come here to Northern Colorado. Estimated delivery was Today, 10/30/09. I have to work at 5 and it is 3:27. This package contains a very important legal document pertaining to a family estate. Honestly, how long does it take to ship a briefcase with papers in it?

Yesterday, FedEx tracking stated parcel was on truck for delivery. Did not get parcel; website stated no one at home, not true. Today I was waiting at home again. there was a slight knock at the front door; I was extra alert, so heard it. Driver did not ring doorbell yesterday or today.
