We've experienced much the same as those posted. We just finished settling the debt ourselves after paying New Leaf approximately $5000 for no assistance whatsoever. They misrepresented their abilities, provided poor customer service, and ultimately assisted in the ruining of our credit. While the initials complaints appear to be Florida, I feel their business practices in other states warrant the same level of investigation.

New leaf Associates promised to eliminate my debt so I took out a $4000.00 cash advance on my card to pay them upfront. I made the cashiers check payable to Quantum Business Solutions.
I signed up on or about October 2004 and am financially ruined. Up until October 2004 or so clients were told to stop all payments and the process would take apprx 180 days and after my debt was cleared, I would receive a full refund of our fee.8 months or so went by with no resolution, it then came out that the company turned out to be a fraud. I had to file bankruptcy and I lost my boat and my truck as well thru the process. I want my bankrptcy shown as a direct result of this company, a refund of the fee I paid them and legal fees if I am entiled to them.
We sent them $6300.00 For Debt Termination and Car Elimination. WE haven't heard anything from them since 12-02-2004
