Received an unsolicited telemarketing call. A pre-recorded message, offered assistance with poor credit or mortgage difficulties. The call provided a telephone number 1-800-990-3990at the end of the message. Pre-recorded call that I could not disconnect or end until it played through. Very annoying and insensitive. I returned the unsolicited call on January 10 and talked to Zima who told me their organization is non-profit and their calls are legal under the new federal do-not-call law, since they are "non-profit." Their calls are annoying, disruptive, and intrusive. Consumers can call their 800 and request to be dropped from their list. "M" of Little River SC (11/23/03):
