Global Credit Solutions has called our telephone number for 6 years, asking for a person by the name of Lori **. We have had this number for 6 years now. We are not Lori **. We have requested on multiple occasions that they remove our telephone number and quit harassing us. However, 5 times a day we receive a call for "Lori **", and when I pushed the number to speak to a representative the representative accuses me of lying and that I'm either Lori ** or I know her. They are rude and even hang up when I argue back and threaten to file a complaint. My husband is a process server and offered to find her for them for a fee, which of course they hung up on him. Please make them stop harassing us.

In July of 2008 my husband and I signed a contract with Global Credit Solutions that was to be effective for a year. The contract agreement entailed my husband and I to pay $1055, divided into 3 monthly installments to repair our credit legally. Global Credit agreed to send us dispute letters to send out to the three credit bureaus to start the process, and every time we received letters from the credit bureaus we were to fax them to Global Credit and they would repeat the preceding process.
Every thing was going well until around the middle of October, we sent them letters we received from the credit bureaus. We never received a emailed response to say they received the letters, or anymore dispute letters from that day to this day. We have called profusely and left several messages to no avail. Even though the companies' telephone number is still connected, we are not able to connect to their website.
We loss money due to a contract that has not been upheld. One of my husbands' credit scores went down.
