Company claimed they would remove negative credit information from credit reports. Written contract/guarantee stating would do so in 30 days or less. Not fulfilled and will not refund $2,000 fee paid. Several letters and phone conversations made. Was referred to company by mortgage broker for home refinance. Wasted 6 months waiting for company to fulfill promises. Lost $2,000 in fees paid.
