I received a statement saying that I have defaulted on an account I am not aware of. I sent a letter of correspondence with no reply. I am worried that I will be sued. I don't want that. All I want is to correct this matter quickly. I have no idea what's about to happen due to not knowing of this account. I asked for documentation of the originals for the account attached with my signatures. I'm still waiting to receive them, and I want this to be documented before actions are taken.

For the past few months, I've been receiving robo-calls to my home phone for a person I've never heard of. I've had this phone number for 5 years. When I try to call the number they leave, to tell them they have the wrong number, it's always busy! I know, I've called over 20 times, and it's always busy.

They are accusing me of a debt I did not make. Someone from this number, 1-800-, keeps calling my parent's home all hours of the day. I do not live there. I am being falsified for this account they are trying to pin me with, account number is xxxxx. I have notified the local police to investigate this problem. Thank you.

I received a letter from LTD financial mailed on Jan 14, 2011. I spoke with Rebecca ** last week over the phone. She mentioned to me that she would dismiss my case based on the information I provided to her. But unfortunately, I still receive phone calls from the company harassing me to pay or they will obtain a judgment and report the same to credit bureau. I had purchased my primary residence in 2005 and my first and second loan was through Countrywide Financial. Unfortunately, my house was foreclosed in 2008 and sold in public auction by Countrywide. BAC Home Loans/Countrywide has already reported the foreclosure status to my credit history and made it a public record. And it will continue to stay on my profile until June 2014. Then, why am I again being harassed by your company? If you will need any further information regarding the same, please feel free to contact me. I hope you will give this your utmost consideration and request LDT Financial to withdraw the claim from their system and not to make any harassing calls.

They have continually called our house phone number at all hours day/night seeking people that owe money. First it was a Laurie ** and now it's Kimberly **. We tell them they have the wrong number, but they just won't stop calling. I do not know these individuals and even if I did, I would not care to know their financial situations or be part of tracking them down for this collection agency. I have been told that I am lying and will refer to me as Mr. **. This phone number has belonged to my wife and I for 4 years now. This is very disruptive to our household with 2 small children. They will call up to 4 times a day starting at 7am and going as late as 9pm (EST) and we have no idea how to get them to stop or to just understand. They have a dead end and are wasting resources by continually harassing us.

Receiving phone calls daily from LTD Financial Servcices, they are looking for a James, I have advise the caller the person does not live here, nor have the ever lived here but the calls keep coming, even this morning.
